Flooded my utility space, dropped my washer hoses, dented walls, shattered doors….Not to mention was suppose for a two day go out, however movers insisted on doing everything in 1 day that left us with no where to stay overnight, and the did not finish until almost 2am, then send was to be at 1pm, and we had been called to verify that afternoon punctually to become at new house. . .they revealed up st 9pm, and then had no keys to unlock the truck….finally cut off locks and they did not end until 5am. . .These individuals are complete liars and their contract Is Quite misleading

I called to see why I had not been contacted to get a 24 hour notice and when that meant the movers were not coming tomorrow either, just after I called them I was told that no movers were arriving since they were not able to receive any scheduled. They gave me $100 off to push my date back as jenn had inquired prior and I clarified that wasn’t an option since I told her it was not. So without the heads up I had been left hanging in my move afternoon. I had been emailed about two pm on the 12th from jenn that my refund would be processed and sequence canceled. I was eventually sent another newspaper to signal to discharge my residue on the 14th. I wouldn’t anticipate their scheduling of your transfer date. It had been extremely stressful and might have been prevented if they’d only explained that they could not support my move on account of the dates and time rather than assuring me that they could and carrying my deposit.

DO NOT USE We’re employing these men and if we had been advised that it would be here in a day or two after select up on the telephone and that’s not the situation once I’ve called they’re rude and very helpful, when they pick up the things they informed my mother that she did not need to pay after which the office stated it had been incorrect we had to send payment that they won’t accept payment over the telephone or via electrical cable only cashiers check quite bizarre in this era where everybody takes CC payment. I request a manager wouldn’t move me to one. We now can’t do nothing about it and need to wait to determine if they feel as though Delivering the things… THEY TELL YOU SOMETHING OVER THE PHONE AND IN CONTRACT THEY PUT SOMETHING DIFFERENT. BARELY LEGAL BUT DEFIANTLY UNETHICAL

I’ve placed in a number of bad reviews on the business I am sorry to state. I’m still waiting to get a 75.00 test it’s been over annually. Here’s an email I received from them. She didn’t say which Monday we’re speaking about. I have a classic umbrella stand that they broke, overlooking silverware, glasses and other things which had been ruined. It’s been over annually it on the principal today. I even signed a discharge back in october assume to be for 45 days to hear from them. I did I needed to call.
