I used online website”The Relocator” to collect estimates because of my move from Connecticut into Quebec. We used the business to move out of Montreal into Philadelphia. The support provided was outstanding. We consented to a pickup and shipping scheduled and it had been respected. I used this business to move from Montreal to Victoria. Fantastic customer support and transferring service offered from Andy and his staff straight from day one. All products were delivered undamaged and in time. No follow up needed in any way. Never expected such a great and effective support.
Andy gave aggressive quote and also helped in finishing the global move Customs type to particulars. Very dedicated ontime pickup and sometimes shipping.

Communication: The quotation was fair –but the real was a little more – but that’s clear I guess. As soon as I made the agreement that the individual did not provide me advice about anticipated length between delivery and pickup – till I understood this and following a week later to ask – that explained 4-10 times – ( a little tiny jolt ) and I needed to phone a few times following pickup  to find an upgrade for shipping. The pickup men were very good in shielding the things and  effective –I packed all myself but they disassembled the  couch and the bed – rescue — distinct men – refused to scatter the couch and mattress –  that they just wanted to leave- I needed to phone their office  that advised them to reassemble it.   There was still a metal ceiling lamp that the foundation of that I hadn’t yet  disassembled (I packaged the glass color ), however, the alloy foundation came broken in a junction that Wasn’t the unscrewable website – perhaps not fixable.  

So. . Attitude of the shipping men – not great – and total communication not good (though one individual was really good about describing and assisting me with all the types for the boundary.) I never got a feeling of some of these genuinely interested in trying to please. So total -“meh”

Customer service good to deal with until you commit. Very passive competitive afterwards. Unwilling to take blame for messing up things. The movement began with a man that has a little truck showing upon the sag of movement, claiming he wasn’t given the major truck. He can just move half the things because of this. Ever since that time, becoming them to proceed the rest was a nightmare. They keep pushing this date. Now was the confirmed date and no display nonetheless. The pickup part of the move was superb. The movers were packed and efficient everything nice and neat for the mother. I wish that was true about the delivery.
When the shipment arrived, it was a wreck. My mothers custom book case was broken, and boxes were destroyed, bag manage was torn, furniture was scratched and the mattress frame somehow went missing.
We weren’t impressed whatsoever about the shipping.
I am not sure where things went sideways, but I would not advise using this company to the move.

Among the more difficult experiences of my entire life! I moved from Montreal to Colorado. Before I signed the contract, I had been told it could take 8 to 14 times, however it took 28 days because of my items to get there. When I called to learn the status, I had been lied to and told it had been on its way. This occurred several times. On day 23 afternoon, I phoned and was told that it should arrive in a few days. Not 15 minutes after, I received a call from the salesman requesting a copy of my passport. My stuff hadn’t even left the town and they were only getting around to checking the files. When my things finally came, they had two local men unload the truck. They scratched my brand new bedroom set and bumped to furniture. The cost was 15% greater than the quotation and I requested for the truck weigh invoices. I had been given weigh invoices from both smaller trucks which picked up my stuff at my residence. I actually had no way to validate the weight since there were other items on the more compact trucks when they came at my residence. I also lacked additional hotel and meals expenses that were not reimbursed (maybe not from the arrangement ). My recommendation is cover the extra and go with Atlas. They promise that their deliveries!

I used them to transfer my things from Canada to US. The reason why I went with them is because they gave the best quote.

However, I realized my error when they sent my stuff with two boxes overlooking. Those 2 boxes comprised perfumes, hair waxing street, toaster and materials. An extremely coservative quote of 500. .

Driver reply: we sent what we obtained out of the warehouse. They didn’t even bother to cover the checklist.

Official response: provided me 60cents/lb. $50 for the 2 boxes. It’s a scam. Pull out some things and supply insurance that half of moving fees. I shall take legal impression and when you are able, smack fees. Avoid at any price! I will not mind sharing my expertise with you to prevent you the annoyance. Write me at for additional information.
