Transcendent Moving & Storage

THE worst going experience I’ve ever had–which includes many motions. Originally, everybody was very helpful and professional –till there were issues, then I turned into a pariah. Household items were originally to enter storage, destination dwelling not completed, it had been remodeled. Was told in April that things could be sent at destination the following day! What a wreck. Damage to walls of house at which movement originated, broken-off console pops on both the washer and drier. The oddest thing was, that once I reported the problems I had been treated as though I had been the issue with subsequent texts and emails by me dismissed. Eventually had to speak to the parent business. Do not understand which sort of payoff is at the long run, and do not care whether it is 100 percent (which I really doubt) because the actual issue is that the entire absence of quality together with the movement and followup care. A true professional manages the issues THEY created, maybe not”circle the wagons”. Everyone can answer a telephone and collect your cash. Totally disgusted and frustrated.
