This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in any range of my entire life. Their communication was abysmal at best-they were 4 hours late when picking up my items to set them in storage. If they did arrive they were nice on the front end-don’t let this fool you though! They’d misquoted my transfer and it ended up costing over $800 additional than anticipated. After two months of storage, then I ordered for my items to be sent to my (vacant ) brand new flat. I called to affirm on July 28th that they’d arrive on July 31 and obtained confirmation. I phoned again July 30th to find out what time they’d be arriving and nobody replied. Finally, they emailed me straight back at 8 PM to state that my items wouldn’t be delivered before wednesday August 2, providing me 12 hours notice. I was then displaced in boston for two nights because my flat had no bedding or furniture. They guaranteed they’d attempt to repay two nights of hotel stays. Then they pushed back my transfer 4 hours on august two to 7:00. I called the dispatcher 3 days with no response, so eventually I called the customer support worker back who informed me that they wouldn’t be coming until August 3. This was clearly getting ridiculous in order that they finally surrendered to come at 9 PM (actually not showing up till 10 PM). The following day they said that they owed me nothing and refused to compensate me for both nights at a resort, which will be obviously absurd due to their failure to convey left me stranded in a foreign town with nowhere to live. They refused to allow me to talk to control on the telephone, and I had been put on hold always and has been hung up on two. My mother and I had to take 3 days from work also while we waited around in Boston, and it is a massive financial and logistical burden. . 0/10 wouldn’t advocate ever getting into business with those folks, if you don’t would like a hassle and also to invest over 1300 more bucks than planned! The workplace manager is rude and doesn’t keep his word.  The send came two days late – never got the guaranteed 48 hour notice.  Both delivery men showed up to provide the furniture and also one man refused to do the job.  My son needed to help so it wouldn’t take forever.  Two things were ruined and it’s been an endless nightmare.  Rude, never answer the telephone (the phone caller ID).  Simply lie on the top of lie.  DONT USE THEM  The workplace supervisor is the worse among these all.

This firm was awful. I have been army all my adult life (30+ years) and have moved a lot of times, and I have not ever experienced this degree of incompetence.

There was no communication between the business and myself. I had been told I’d find a telephone, 48 hours ahead of time, prior to the movers would arrive. Never occurred, period. I needed to telephone the business three days before I eventually got a phone 1 hour before they were scheduled to arrive. The week that my things have been scheduled to arrive I phoned as a way to find a longer accurate estimate of when the truck will be here. I had been advised that my things wouldn’t arrive until the following week. I talked to customer support, that, kept telling me all of the”problems” which occurred. Until I predicted – I’d have been expecting an whole week to get a truck which wouldn’t show. I had been quoted a cost on a 16 ft truck. . .the quotation was incorrect but I did not understand that.   Truck was to arrive at the time, showed up at 7:45 pm.   I had to call 4 days to Learn if the were still coming.   Driver Said I Would Need to pay twice as my quotation was to get 550 sq. feet to not a 16′ truck just like I’d asked.   Revenue man (Jim Ross) phoned me back while I was pushing back to Texas, that he had been screaming, called me a liar, informed me that I could measure my things when they send.   Truck was assumed to emerge to a Friday/Saturday but revealed Monday, again I had to phone them to figure anything out.   Driver got in a debate with my location because he did not need to move the way they advised him to, he jumped to hurt a control and destroy their yard.   I requested to quantify my things however he advised me NO That’s done if they load on the truck.   When bringing things from the vehicle, they had been yanking things out that did not belong to me, they even brought stuff into my home that didn’t belong to me personally.   So I paid twice for what I had been quoted and never must quantify my things in the vehicle to see what the cubic square-foot.   I had been treated with disrespect, known as names and stressed out dealing with this particular Organization.   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY this is going to be a nightmare.

– When I arrived to collect my belongings for the movement, they tried to bill me an extra 50 percent (in cash) for your shifting price. We cautioned but it still cost me a few hundred extra dollars and that I had been told that they would honor this cost if”I’d good care of the men”; significance I would have to trick them nicely in money.
– The pickup crew was rude to me along with my loved ones.
– Client support was unresponsive to my own queries for Many times
– Zero followup from client support staff unless you phone them proactively about your problems
– No liability. Customer attention blames the builders that they use to the pickup/drop away and all you get is”I am so sorry that this occurred to you”
– It took 2.5 weeks to get a partial compensation for the upward charges that I had been subject to throughout the pickup
– over 300 of the things were lost or damaged. Their insurance company sent me a settlement for under $20.00 for all these products. This claim took approximately 4 weeks for them to procedure.

Trust me, complete bothersome experience with those men. They picked my own household things around 27th June 2016 in Boston and until now 16th July, there couldn’t send things to Irving, Texas. In accordance with their comittment, I supposed to receive my dispatch on 5th July 2016. Because of postpone I had to endure with my entire family lot for over 10 times and needed to spend 1200-1400USD to live my entire life in Irving, Tx.
