DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY

Told furniture could be delivered in 3-5 days.   Furniture picked up 8/24, delivered on 9/17. Whenever I called they stated 3-5 days.   Just One person showed up to send extremely large furniture into a two story home.   My family spent two hours helping lift furniture. Driver came 9/17/2014 later 7pm.   Even though the time was okay, just 1 person showed up.   The driver requested had his assisted arrive.   His firm contact advised me that they forgot to ship helper. The individual wasn’t able to transfer the furniture alone.    My loved ones and I spent two hours assisting the driver go the massive piece upstairs.   This was completely unacceptable because I advised John in Top Priority that the furniture needed to be set in a room upstairs. Upon review of these things, the glass shelves were lost out of the dresser rack and also a night table had a massive chunk of wood missing from the very best. The insure it had been wrapped in had a pit at precisely the exact same location. I contacted John in Top Priority on 9/18/2014 at 10:26’m going to notify him of my expertise.   He scoffed at me for speaking too much time to complain. Once I got him to hear me, he eventually realized that my compliant was less 24 hours old.   He didn’t understand that my furniture just came the day before.   I left my name and amount for his supervisor to contact mepersonally. In the time of the letter he’s not return my calls. I tried filing a claim for my lost shelves and ruined night table. I Can’t file a claim procedure because TP moving is having financial Issues with the Insurance Provider.   I had been told 8 weeks back that They’d mend their problems, but I Can’t follow up since TP moving wills not my response calls.   I attempted to work together with my credit card business but they Can’t help because maximum payoff is just 60 cents a pound.   Basically I won’t use this provider again and warn clients to think the reviews concerning the firm.  John told me his opponents wrote these reviews because of their low rates.  While I can’t attest to the validity of the announcement, I do agree that this isn’t a respectable company that values quality and return company. They toss a low ball cost and sacrifice quality for quantity. Additionally I’m a real client Who’s really disappointed with this particular business.   I can’t get my cash or things fixed, but at least I will WARN others concerning this business’In closing this is a really UTETHICAL firm and WOULD NOT USE or RECOMMENDS them to anybody.

    ITEMS NEVER DELIVERED STILL WAITING

Select up in July 2014. It’s currently 10/2014 and I haven’t got my shipment. I call along with a woman named Renee from charging picks up. She isn’t rude but can not appear to have the ability to assist me. She says she’ll have someone call me back and nobody calls me back. I am really trusting these people today encounter and redeem themselves. I’ve already registered a complaint to the government of transport and am now looking for legal advice.  I still have hope they’ll come through and phone me back with my favorite of shipping. I will keep you posted as to exactly what occurred with my dispatch.

    Total Disasster of a Company

False estimates offered to win company and real price skyrocketed upon pickup. Signed a contract to transfer my household products from NYC into Mia using 30 day free storage. They scheduled delivery before me asking delivery then maintained my storage has become void because I requested the to send. They are presently holding my things ransom till I cover storage charges and rede livery fees. It has been 3 months today and I still do not have my merchandise. I have young children and this can be a dreadful time for the family due to these ppl. They say they may call rather than do, they have horrible customer support without a commitment to making the client a”Top Priority” prevent them if possible. Bunch of both cowboys and lack of professionalism from top to base.

After its all agreed aupon & they billed my card 275. They came back this afternoon, I had been shocked to observe that a little 16 Ft box truck out my 5 bedroom house? I hands 25 sheets of paperwork to signal… I clarified that it was not likely to match… he stated then Ill create two or three trips into the terminal, & wont charge you 3 TIMES exactly what I offered you ALSO, I can’t guarentee whenever your belongings will arrive at florida. We requested then to shoot everything off  the vehicle (They began loading aready) Today Im screwed, we’ve got flights booked out tonight. We’ll be calling the FBI with this deceptive organization.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

If you’d like a secure, drama-free, scam-free shifting experience, please begin trying to find a different firm now because Leading Priority isn’t for you. I live in Philadelphia and Iencounter many unprofessional companies regular and never once have I had been pushed so much that I must write a review. I don’t write reviews and that I do not typically care for these (well, perhaps I must have look this up business before). To begin, this firm called me as a third party firm emailed them my petition for transferring my mother’s things from Philadelphia into Ohio and from the beginning I must have recognized the signals (completely ignored them since I wanted somebody really bad). They called me by several area codes, disguising themselves as distinct firms with greater costs. I found through this but I just ignore it because I simply wanted the stuff transferred. Stupid me. The motorist who had been coming to pick up the material was 3 hours late but he was nice enough to phone me around 15 mins into the coming time to inform me he’ll be late. It was quite inconvenient because I had a company dinner intended, however I was really skeptical that he predicted. He was a really nice young man, very considerate. After he got there, he also advised me that it would cost me $500 additional. This was later Top Priority and I overestimated the quotation on the telephone (to prevent any additional fees ). I asked them over and over again when there aren’t any hidden fees and they said no. They even explained, I might be paying lower than what we anticipated. So, I told the man, I’m a student and don’t have additional $500. After several telephone calls to god knows whom, he eventually consented to take $300 off. I understood this was a scam but I’d no option but to cover. About 45 mins after, he handed me his telephone to speak with his boss. This”manager” asked me if I could give the 70 percent (roughly $840) to them in cash rather than the test we agreed on. As soon as I explained, I can not leave my home to 2 strangers to go get  $840 in the ATM, he explained”why not give us the entire sum in check today”. I was quite confused to why he’ll even ask me to do this. When I refused, he laughed and hanged me up. The boss explained, he had been on his way into Ohio that night and will send the stuff the following day. My mom and I both were pleased about that but they weren’t any display (leaving my mother to sit home all day waiting for them). They showed up the following day and told my mother it’ll cost her additional $250 to allow them to drop off the stuff. When my mother refused, they stated they threaten to fall the stuff at the parking lot of her home and leave. My mother then called me, all hysterical to send her cash. I asked her to allow me to speak to the motorist. The driver was rude and said he basically do not give a [EDIT] that which I must state and hanged me up. I was quite upset, so I called their principal office. Candice (the agent ) did not even allow me to finish telling her that the issue but flipped the phone over to her”manager”. This so-called manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever managed. He was cursing the entire time that I was attempting to describe the problem to him, he called me a liar (and once I asked him why he’s calling me a liar, he said because I phoned him one…incredible ), he explained to me” I do not understand where you’re from (speaking to my accent) but here people know how to read contracts” (Funny thing is, I am a highly educated individual who endeavors includes composing an studying contracts all of the time). In addition, he maintained, in his 25 decades of doing this particular job, he had never had anyone complain about his solutions but me.  That only made me laugh. Anyhow, after 30 mins on the phone with me , I have tired of all of the insults and chased up. Following an hour stand off, the drivers eventually consented to place my mother’s stuff in her home, just if she gives them the 30 percent left ($360). My mother knew better and denied. With nothing else left for them to perform, they went forward and place my mother stuff at the home. The story did not end there… these motorists saw all of the items they’ve ruined and tried to convince my mother to let them throw away the away damaged goods. There were just two dressers that were totally ruined, they broke her pricey wooden TV stand, reduction pieces of the mattress frame and worst of all soaked the mattress in god knows what. The mattress is unworthy today (because my mother don’t have any means of massaging it). Her expensive equipments became unworthy. There wasn’t any purpose of transferring the material because he did not get any use from them. My contract said that insurance has been included in the fee I paid. I called these folks like 20 times and they keep saying they’ll add a promise for me. Seven months today, NOTHING!! . I’ve sent several mails and all have been discounted. I have images of what they broke. I’m still contemplating legal action against those folks. It is going to occur.

    LIARS!

This firm is completely unprofessional, and They’re liars.   I had been advised that a deposit was not refundable.   After scheduling a transfer, I read All the dreadful reviews of the company online, stating that they had been untruthful and how exactly for clients to register.   I immediately chased another moving business and also called my agent at Top Priority, Candiceyears ago again. She informed me that the transfer has been cancelled and I would be getting my deposit back. Now, two weeks after , I received a telephone call from them to validate my transfer Info.   When I told them that I had predicted Candice back to cancel, I was spoken to quite rudely and advised that all deposits are non refundable.   When I requested to talk to Candice, I had been advised she wasn’t at the workplace, and if I asked to talk to a supervisor, I had been advised that Nobody else except that incredibly rude receptionist was working.Unfortunately, All the negative reviews I read were accurate.   They’re impolite, and care very little about client satisfaction, they lie to clients, and obviously think They Can talk to people just how ever they would like.   DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!   They’ll lie to you.

It is a scam, so do not utilize them. The only real review on here that is favorable is imitation. They basically stole from me and that I needed to speak to my lender. Additionally, I contacted a lot of different things to start looking to them… what they will truly be in a position to perform, I am not so certain, but hopefully something will stick out. So, I am waiting to get a refund of this 100″residue” they accepted out of me.  They never showed up, called, or even given an apology or excuse either, incidentally. The following day, once I obtained”Tammy” about the telephone, she performed dumb. OK, so $100 you say, big thing. . However, it’s the principle clearly, haha.  I truly despise lying scammers such as this, so should that inspection functions to frighten anybody whatsoever about this bogus business, hopefully I have done my part.  Thank you all. Oh, and also”Top Priority,” please do not respond to the article with a false message like those above, anybody reading this understands that you are grifters by today.

Worst moving company ive ever dealt with

Ahead of reserving I requested Tammy, my sales rep  just how much time it will be before my belongings came. She advised that it could require 3-5 business days. It’s now two weeks following the pickup date and also my own stuff is nowhere available. When I called the business they’d inform me that they were planning to phone the driver and discover where he’s and phone me back. I have to get a call backagain. This really is the worst and many unproffessional movers ive ever taken care of. They also attempt to nickel and dime you on every little thing that they could whenever they arrive at your door step.

Do not use Top Priority Moving!

I’ve moved many times in the previous 8 decades. This was undoubtedly the worst going experience of my entire life.
They offered us at approximately $1,900 because of our transfer from NJ to TX. We needed a little two bedroom flat rather than a great deal of furniture. The quotation had been based on cubic feet.
The movers came 5 hours late on the pickup day. He said that the truck would not start. That compelled us to shed 130 out of our resort booking that day, since we could not leave punctually. I called the customer support representative and told me the circumstance, and asked for some sort of reduction to cover this reduction that has been incurred on our conclusion as a result of their bad support. She stated that the proprietor (Dave) would call me. He’s not.
They filled up all of our possessions and furniture after which the new price was $4,400. I knew that was a scam, but what was I to do? They had all of our stuff from the truck already. I decided to not battle this one.
Fast forward. We’re currently in our new house in Texas. We called customer support to inquire when our possessions would arrive. They advised us it’d arrive”tomorrow”. It was on Tuesday. They gave us exactly the truck driver’s number and told us to phone him to inquire the particular moment. My spouse called him. His name was Jonathan. He had been rude and obnoxious if my wife asked the time he’d arrive tomorrow. He snapped back telling her he would not be there till Sunday and that he did not understand what customer support was speaking about.
    The vehicle arrives on Sunday.
The driver gets out to evaluate the route into the flat. It’s a quick walk to the building. We’ve got an elevator and our flat is situated approximately 30-40 feet in the elevator.
He immediately begins to inform us about all of the additional charges that he must bill us. He explained (that is verbatim)”You expect me to take the elevator up and all this way at no cost? You’ve got to pay something extra.”
This time that I fought it.
I made him to possess his employees unload and attract eveything into our flat with no additional fees. Nevertheless he instructed his employees to bring up our possessions and leave it in the peak of the elevator, rather than bring it into your own flat.
Now, my spouse and I did all the proceeding.
They broke and ruined a number of products. See the images for only two examples. I’d consist of many more, but I am just able to incorporate two pictures with this particular review.
And this is the finale. Though the movers were attracting our items to our flat. I took measurements of the distance from the truck in which our possessions were saved. It measured 8’3″(span ), 5’9″(width), 10″(height). That is a total of 475.2 cubic feet. The quote was for $3.50 a cubic foot. The whole price must have been $1,663.20. They billed me $4,400.
That is a fair and true review of our expertise with Best Priority Moving and Storage.
I’ve chosen to not telephone the owners and contend with them or attempt to obtain a refund. I believe it’s more powerful for folks to writ these kinds of testimonials so other clients can find out who the poor firms are.
Don’t Use Best Priority Moving and Storage.
I have discovered that many moving companies work this way. They sucker you in on a minimal quote. They then jack the last costs as soon as you’re in a situation where you can not do anything (they have your possessions in their own truck ).
    Go with a respectable firm.

The Worst Moving Company, A Band of Thieves!!!

In all of my life, after numerous motions, this was the most worst experience of my entire life.   Before going to deal on this Top Priority Moving, they assured me they would have my items transferred from New York State to Georgia State in 3 times, from the weekend.   Three days turned to 25 days, my kids and I’d nothing to get 25 days.  We eat out and cleaned and wore the Identical clothes Again and Again.   Call after call caused nothing but broken promises and complete disregard for the scenario they put me in. The proprietor, Frank, talked with me a few, he confessed this was an agency failure which I’d be completely compensated/restored, a week later, still nothing!   Eventually, one Sunday afternoon, unknown and strange guys knocked on my door declaring they’ve my items, but that I Would Have to pay them extra cash to eliminate my belongings out of the moving truck.   I thank God, I had the money to provide them, as they were likely to depart and take everything together.  A lot of my items were ruined, flat screen tv gone, 5 poles proceeded, broken washing machine.  All of my boxes have been rummaged through and matters were removed from a number of the boxes. I strongly urge anyone contemplating using this moving business NOT to!  This was only the worst experience because of my kids and I, and I won’t ever use Best Priority Moving, because they are unprofessional, liars, thieves, nor believe their clients a Top Priority.
