I understood and informed them that they’re not putting anything together because every thing is so damaged that it can’t be constructed. I’d let the management know (I had to call 4 times now. . .of program, I couldn’t speak to Bill K.. .just the secretary) and I shall begin the claims procedure. For the time being, I will continue to unpack my mangled and dilapidated boxes, curse Top Tools for this particular [EDIT], inept transfer, and only count my blessing that I didn’t take Bill’s recommendation for auto transport and that I took all of my”irreplaceable” items together with me.

I ended up hiring a few men from home depot and paid them $100 per year to transfer the material in the garage into the flat.
There’s a good deal more that I might have written about such as the phone conversations I had with Bill and Ana, the amount of occasions I had been lied to, the amount of errors made by the business, etc., but that could imply a few more paragraphs. These guys were fantastic! The moving team treated my possessions with caution and worked fast. My move comprised full packaging services including packaging for Beds, TVs, exercise machines and lots of boxes I’d.
