Don’t use this particular plumber, both United and Todd will provide you a, what they call a quotation, ( its non-binding) they estimate 2 prices, 1 cost is reduced, the next is 110 percent of their initial cost, when you consent on the lower cost, which they state is a reduction for prepayment, pay the invoice, the day of pickup they bill you the 110 percent cost! Then state if there aren’t any extra fees you might find a refund 30 days following shipping! I contacted the home office, they refused to refund the differance now even understanding what the salesperson said. Their motive was that there might be hidden or added services at shipping! And to beat all, my overall fat was 1300lbs, and that I needed to cover for at least 2100 pounds. So they receive a charge for 800 pounds of furtinue they never moved and 10 percent in addition to this for doing nothing in any way! I had been told, my criticism was moot and the businesses will survive… I’m quite sure that they will with these costs! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
