The trucker showed up at 7 am on Sunday July 29 and promptly launched into a tirade about how much more money she would need to pay. My sister had to cover even more than they’d formerly agreed upon the day before, but she eventually got her possessions. As it happens, a number of her items were missing, like a queen size box spring, a bed frame, a living room chair, framed artwork, and 3 boxes including clothing and household items. Not only did she need to wait for quite a while, she needed to cover things and more were missing.

Very very well done is all that I need to say. I’m absolutely pleased with the move. The men were fantastic when they picked us up and transferred us to our new residence. It was a brief note and I was really excited. It was a fast procedure so no complaints from us.

They promise to call shipment and give me a call back, which I’ve never once received. The most advice I ever got was that my belongings had not even left Texas, that the 14 day shipping window was in no way a warranty, and that there’s really NO warranty for if my stuff might arrive. I just learned after a few waiting that since I do not have enough stuff for a complete truck, this is regarded as a”return” movement – a phrase that was not explained to me throughout the sales process, but apparently it means I need to sit and wait patiently for a different semi truck to should move from TX to NY. I was clearly entirely misled during the selling process – why would I ever once agree to get no visibility or warranty as to if my things could arrive?

The day that the movers were supposed to pick up my possessions they did not show. Weeks later and they still cannot give me some info. It has been nearly 60 days because they were assumed to deliver my items!!
Ive had two lawyers contact Titan, they don’t admit either whatsoever, not return either ones voicemails nor mails.

Worst experience in my entire life.

I am not positive whether that is a scam or just a horribly run business. Someone called Tyler called me to notify me that the truck broke down and they needed to obtain a new truck, but he’d call me within an hour to upgrade me on the circumstance. An hour after I do not hear from him so I call him backagain. It goes directly to voicemail, which can be complete. I send him an SMS message and find the generic”I can not talk right now. I will call you back.” He never calls back. I try calling Titan to find an upgrade on when/if a truck will appear and there’s not any response for the customer support or dispatch lines. The only way to achieve someone would be to press 1 to get a free quote and convince them to possess their supervisor call me backagain. 30 minutes after a supervisor calls me and also makes up a lie about my wife phoning and postponing the movement in early dawn to between 12:00 and 2:00. I call her out on her lie and she states she was perplexed. I ask her if we’re scheduled and she still says 12-2:00.

I notify him my contract claims that he must load my things at the end of the evening or they’re breaking the contract. He’s got a contract in front of him with various DATES! He states that his supervisor will call me to straighten it out. Rodrigo arrives at 9pm just like he said, but that I still haven’t heard from his supervisor.

They billed me considerably more than initially quoted. My items have been shipped with a personal door maybe to not to a TITAN truck as promised. I had been told $35 percent down on contract, 1/3 longer at pickup and balance at shipping. I got a telephone call a couple of days before picking up affirming the amount I’d have to have in cash at pickup. After loading the vehicle I had been told I owed 60 percent of the initial balance. I waited til 11 am before I tried again just to be informed them the same thing, and then again at 12:30 pm. Ultimately, I insisted on answers at two pm. Charged twice as condominium moving from had stairs. Was on initial quote then billed for the amount of days they went down and up stairs. Six hours late for pickup. Spread possessions outside in truck rather than packed tight. Another up fee for additional square footage. They were two days late bringing possessions claiming truck resigned. Employed Penske trucks to both pickup and transportation. Things arrived boxes and filthy clearly indicated brittle were broken down. Demanded payment until they’d unload. Matters missing. I don’t expect things to be returned. Never returned calls once people had been awaiting first shipping date afterward would not state what day they’d be arriving. Never worked with this kind of a cluttered firm. Would never, ever use them again. Clients beware. The quote that they give you, you’ll cover double or longer before your transfer is complete.

We had been planning a transfer from Shrewsbury MA into Sebastian FL with Titan Storage and Moving of Chantilly VA.. Titan failed to appear on BOTH of both pickup dates given in our arrangement. On the afternoon following the next no-show (currently just 48 hours from closing on the sale of the condominium ) we predicted Titan Customer Service to notify them of the failure to do on both the days, our aim to utilize a more reliable option than Titan, and also to require a complete refund of our ($759) deposit according to Titan’s violation of our contract. Titan failed to supply any support but nevertheless needed our residue. After exploring our criticism Delilah (in Client Service ) told us that Titan will be devoting a complete refund of the deposit. After. 30+ times got no refund.
