Tippy Toes Moving and Storage

I am in tears writing this review, my proceeds were set to a truck dec. 17, 2016 and that I had been told it’d just take 7 to 15 days to get my possessions from Houston Texas to South Florida. I didn’t get my possessions for fourteen days and my possessions were divided up (that wasn’t at the contract) I didn’t get the next half of my possessions until March 6 2017. Many things were missing and damaged a Dyson vacuum .When our possessions were removed the truck that the boxes seemed like they’d been wet and boxes which was labeled”brittle” was crushed. I predicted each and every day with mostly no response. Our entire entire home was in this moving truck. We now have our things a few damaged, and vacuum cleaner remains lacking ( when I predict they haven’t any clue what I am talking about, they never watched a vacuum). I am blessed the truck even showed up with how this organization is run. Please please please I do not need this to happen for you, don’t use this business! I wouldn’t ever want this to occur to some one else. Crooks and burglars!!!

This business deserves 0 stars but I am forced to just give 1. This really is the most disgusting, undependable company I’ve ever dealt with. I frankly think that is a brand new business since they don’t have any clue what they are doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

My things got picked up in Texas to Georgia 10/27/16 also it’s currently 11/21/16 along with my stuff hasn’t arrived yet. According to the contract I signed up, they’ve got a mean of 7-15 days of getting my stuff delivered. Now is currently day 26 and my things haven’t arrived yet. This firm won’t pick up their telephone because they truly don’t. I’m being told by this man from dispatch that my stuff is arriving from the end of the week because two weeks ago. This is actually the 2nd week and today he is telling me it’s for sure coming from today (Monday). Well today I am advised that it will not come until Tuesday if it even shows up. I frankly believe they lost my things as it’s so tough to speak to the organization and if you do get a hold of these, the gps signal has been missing. I really don’t get how you can not get a grip of this driver constantly because is not that the most essential thing of a national moving company? This is so absurd that I am already asking for legal information to get reimbursed. I spoke to dispatch and that he said he’ll help me out somehow, and now he informs me that I will not have the ability to get compensated because the provider isn’t getting any gain out from what they billed me.

Worse moving company on the planet can not clarify this so called company. They reel you in with sweet personable conversation, behave really helpful and eager to assist. As soon as they receive your deposit, nobody answers the telephone when you phone to ask a question, and when they do reply they tell you they are gonna phone you back rather than do. We had been advised that they would encounter between 12 and two, nobody answered the telephone for two hours and also at 3:30 we receive a phone call saying they will not be here for another two hours. Wow! I am not even letting these burglars take our items, I’ll be moving them myself. So in the Event That You use this”firm” beware and Decent fortune
