I’ve moved seven times in 35 decades. In every scenario, professional movers packaged, sent, and unpacked my home products. In twelve scenarios, I had been happy with the movement and obtained my items in great form.
Not with Thomas. A busted stained glass lampshade, a shattered concrete yard decoration, three ripped linen lampshades, a busted bedside lamp–just one of a set, and stained clothes and bed linens. A couch, a chair and ottoman, and a table not from the delivery, rather than found for three times. The unpack team came late, didn’t follow directions about placing items in the right chambers, and dragged a seat throughout the dining area, seriously scratching our brand-new flooring. The group boss laughed when we discovered broken objects concealed. Team members refused to transfer wrongly saved items to the appropriate locations. They joked about the way both people may not keep up with both of these. They refused to slow down and wait so that we can confirm their job. They left until the job was done since”they had strategies .”
My husband didn’t file a complaint or ask replacement of the damaged things because his new company had ties to the moving business.
BROKE MY TABLE! I can’t think they refused damaging my items. Whoever took an image of those items didn’t get a very clear shot INTENTIONALLY so that they did not take the blame for what THEY did. They owe me money.
The business was contacted and they were quite useful in preparing the move. They predicted before they arrived to load and also did an excellent job of packaging the things for a safe transport. On the shipping they did an excellent job too. The movers were very courteous and professional. I would strongly recommend this provider!
