I made a decision to utilize POG based off most of the 5 star reviews I’ve read. My experience was just the reverse. I chose to an 8 am proceed, by 900 that there weren’t any movers so that I phoned Tim, the supervisor who informed me that he’d call back in 10 minutes and discover out where his team had been. No call, and so I called him back, he said he made a mistake in shifting my appointment tI’m using the next customer but that he had been sending an excess man to assist another job get done quicker. He informed me they’d be within one hour at most, which could be 1015. . The movers showed up in 1140. The truck that they brought was quite little and from 3 movers just 1, called Jason hustled and also did most of the heavy lifting independently. As it was time to push into the new location they asked whether one of the team members might ride with me, again due to a little truck. Same slowness once we got to my brand new place. Jason hustled and didn’t operate by stacking a number of boxes on the top and moving fast using a dolly. Meanwhile among the other guys is smoking close to the truck which has my furniture and carrying 1 or two little things from the truck! I was angry and understood that this could take more compared to the 3 hours that I budgeted for so I began helping transfer my own things which I paid movers to proceed!! Lee as well as the smoker tried to receive my sofa through the entrance way and was able to gouge my walls and abandon dark scuffs on the walls. Please remember that there was definitely communication during the afternoon because of me phoning YOU since you neglected to return calls at the days which you just mentioned. Can you give a third person at no cost? It’s true, you did. Was he fast and productive? Not whatsoever. It appeared like it had been his very first afternoon carrying 1 box at a time compared to placing a number of boxes on a dolly to become more productive. I didn’t choose at last minute to include things from storage. In actuality, I told Jason over the initial five minutes that there were things on the terrace and he didn’t say that transferring those are an problem. One of the things which didn’t match that I”fooled” you around, were four boxes from in the flat. I don’t own a bed out of IKEA furniture and each movement I’ve had that mattress shot besides a drill free of problem. Your organization is just not effective. “Free extra providers” your movers made the additional work for themselves from damaging the walls, you don’t have to use that as leverage or the simple fact that I had been 100% transferred as I wasn’t! I’m not spiteful, only gave a fair review of my own perception. 1 final thing, please know the entire situation before responding in an incorrect way. My mum and I shared with the very first apartment and we had been moving TOGETHER into the new flat. I’d inform Jason on the road into the new location (because I needed to maneuver your movers) that he had been in the office.
