    Horrible customer service!

I am positive Moving Dudes is great at moving items, however their customer support is awful! Their sales reps are unethical and also their communication is almost non-existent. They will treat you with respect till you sign a contract.

I phoned them to transfer my possessions throughout the nation according to their glowing testimonials and their evaluation on Consumer Affairs. Sean was that the sales rep I talked together and he insisted that he didn’t require an itemized list since I’d previous estimates from additional moving companies that anticipated that the cubic feet. He worked together on my finances, but as soon as the movers showed up, they have been angry that the things I’d didn’t fit their itemized record. They tried charging me extra for each product that was not on the listing. I finally reached a compromise with the supervisor, Steve. However, that required a few hours at which the movers were crying at me on the telephone and wanting to strong arm me into paying tens of thousands of dollars more.

No one understood what was happening. There appeared to be no communication between the sales staff, the shipment staff, along with the movers.

Fast forward to a week after, I called to find the status of my transfer. I only wanted to know if my things were still in storage or in transit or whenever they had an ETA. I had to call a few times to learn info, and every time their representatives said stuff like,”well, we do not need to understand that information at the moment. We’ve got 3 months to send your things.” That is alright! I only need a status upgrade! Or they’d say things such as,”we are extremely busy around here so we do not always have enough time to call back the customer.”

I’d also requested them to the cubic feet of the things. I’ve got my things separated for 2 rentals: storage and house. I told Sean that I had to be aware of the cubic foot of these things going into storage, and so I understood what size storage device for you. He explained that would not be any issue but not communicated this to the movers. Together with the entire ordeal once the movers arrived in my home, I forgot to inquire. I’d called Steve to inquire whether he could figure me out. He said he’d find out and call me right back. He never did. Actually, I needed to phone him several times since he maintained not returning my calls.

Then today, I finally receive a phone that my things have been loaded with transit. I request again if they could tell me how big my entire things going to storage. The gal creates a phone and can be told no. They refuse to give me how big my things because some thing about my quote and it is my obligation to locate my very own storage device. I describe to this gal that phoned me (I forgot her name) that I do not understand what that has to do with needing how long my things consume. She keeps bothering me and refusing to help out me. I ask her to not interrupt me and also to allow me to clarify why what she’s telling me does not make sense to me personally, and then she hangs upon me.

I can only expect that the rest of the movement goes well. They’ve all of my possessions in their palms. I am unsure how they’ve so many great reviews, but BE WARNED. I won’t ever recommend this business to anybody!

Do Not Use under any circumstance

If you are searching for a moving business I was trying to find an affordable price but more notably a expedited deadline. I had been going out of Florida to Oregon. Moving dudes needed a fair quote but verbally promised me delivery about 21 days. I’m now on day 33 and also the firms excuse is that the contract states 30 days from original available shipping date and excludes weekends and vacations. Nothing is authoritative in writing about the contract I signed. I was also assured 4 movers could arrive to package my property, rather it had been two and arrived at great annoyance to me personally and my loved ones since they were in the home until 3am the next day. Direction was fully unsupportive, I have been required to inquire upgrades each day as they’ve lied about shipping currently twice. Still I’m waiting and currently trying to go a lawful course and be paid for my annoyance. They’re awful.

    Terrible

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Scam- do not use this organization and do”not” trust whatever that they say. They told us they’d be at our home on Wednesday and did not appear. They promised they’d be at our home on Friday and went quiet till I contacted them. Then they advised me that the driver is stuck someplace else and need make it till Saturday. Which ended up being a lie too. SAVE YOURSELF SOME STRESS and USE SOMEONE DIFFERENT! We had to scramble to discover a trusted firm with less than two days to proceed.

    BEWARE!

I discovered this business following a typical Google search for moving companies. Apparently my hunt sent out strikes to many businesses and I had been bombarded with calls and texts. I wound up reacting to James from the firm once he always texted and called me personally. I sent in a deposit and then countered the transfer well over the allotted time period on account of this job falling by that was the main reason behind the transfer. . After James discovered we were cancelling the movement, he had been quite difficult to attain and not as favorable as he had been when seeking to receive our company. I was subsequently handed on to Steve for the refund and that I had been told that the deposit left on our charge card will be refunded in 5 business days. A week after, I phoned again since the refund hadn’t shown up and now Steve told me that it had been that their accounting policy to issue refunds within 21 business days. He had no excuse as to the reason why he said two entirely different time frames. When I requested to talk to this bookkeeping dept., he explained that they didn’t have a contact number. That really is the worst customer support I’ve ever needed. Use a well-known firm with a proven reputation and presence on the marketplace.

    DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

On May 31st, we received a moving contract out of Cat Rivera of MOVER DUDES to get the sum of $2000. On May 31st, we also received a moving quote from Richard Caveney of MOVER DUDES to get the sum of $2000. We had been advised that the movers would arrive on either Sunday, June 30th or even Monday, July 1st. We predicted the whole week ahead of our shifting day and couldn’t get a grasp of anybody until the day prior to the move. We had been advised that the movers would arrive between 10am and 2pm on Monday, July 1st. In 9:13am, I got a telephone call that the movers were knocking on our door and that if no one answered, they were planning to leave. My MIL went out and there was not any movers nor a moving truck. They called again and stated that they had the wrong address and that they would arrive around 1pm. They didn’t appear till 2:40pm. As soon as they came, they were currently US MOVERS and no more MOVER DUDES. I moved from communication with a thing in Florida into a thing in Texas. US MOVERS said that they wouldn’t transfer any boxes till they had been paid $500 more in money. They said that they were just shifting the furniture to the furniture stock checklist. Nobody from MOVER DUDES asked us how many boxes we’d, we were just told that we needed to pack everything ourselves to keep the agreed upon amount of $2000. My MIL was beside herself crying, being 67 years old, she felt like she had been dealt with quite rudely from the movers. She’d already sent a check for $750 to MOVER DUDES at Florida. She had a check written out for about $650 to donate to the movers after everything had been loaded and a second check for $650 after everything was unloaded. At 5:12pm, the movers said that they would load everything and that they would push from Enid, Oklahoma to Dallas, Texas, and spend the night in Dallas. Then they said that they’d depart July 2nd at 5am and drive from Dallas, Texas to Houston, Texas to my home and shed off all of the possessions. It’s currently July 2nd at 9pm at nighttime. I’ve called multiple telephone numbers and that I keep getting the run around. I’m being advised by somebody at McKinney, Texas which they’re holding all of my MIL’s possessions until her test clears. Then I’m being advised by somebody in Florida that the motorist is en route to my home and will call me if they get shut. I’ve nothing left to presume but that all of my MIL’s possessions are STOLEN!!!! Here are the telephone numbers I Have known now:

5:20pm-received a text out of 214-600-2522 saying: We will need to await the checks to clear. The moment the bank clears the tests, we could schedule a delivery. By US MOVERS

    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I began working with this business 5 weeks before the scheduled movement. Initially everything was great. Fourteen days prior to the scheduled transfer date they advised that they needed to move up the date three times that I was fine with. At the subsequent 3 times I heard NOTHING. My telephone calls weren’t answered, emails never reacted to and they still had my cash. The transfer they eventually scheduled was out the mandatory date of my home closure. The desired to program my move on July 15th that was three months from my first date of June 26th. I’ve yet to get my cash from the deposit which I provided. They have extremely bad customer service when it is impossible for them to meet the duties of the contract. I’ve got a lot more members to be shifting and I won’t ever use this company. Steer clear!!!

STAY WAY - Choose A Real Moving Company

I’m surprised to find this firm is still in business after a lot of negative reviews and even being known on the regional Orlando news for a fraud/scam. My move was that the end of August 2018 and once I ordered this movement, the principal requirement was my things to be sent on September 1. I used ton’t care if they had to pick my stuff up, so long as it had been sent on September 1. I had been confident of this and it had been put in the files that I signed. They stated they were planning to pick up on August 29th but then changed the August 30th. The pick up time and date kept shifting and we had been scheduled to depart to push from TN to Fl around the 31st. I kept getting explanations such as the truck broke down, the driver had gone over his allowed driving hours and needed to stop, they have postponed with a different movement, etc.. They did not get my things picked up before August 31st and I asked how they were planning to send them the following day about September 1 b/c which was exactly what I signed up and was consented to. They explained they were not. The truck and motorists needed to visit Virginia and the Carolinas, and then to Jacksonville, FL earlier they could send my belongings. We ended up at a hotel for five nights, our puppies had been boarded for 5 nights and we did not get our things till September 5th! Then when it came, a great deal of it had been ruined. Nothing has been wrapped in blankets at the truck. It was evident my furniture and things were transferred from 1 truck to another likely several times. It was a mess. I chose to not submit a claim for the harm b/c they’d just pay pennies for this.
At the moment , I filed a dispute against the deposit that I used for the deposit. I then asked a refund and then they turned around and accused me of stopping payment to the cashiers checks! They do not take any responsibility whatsoever because of their own lies, harm, and among the drivers really stole a TV from the home I was moving from and refused it.
When I had it to do over again, I’d have hired labour and filled up a Uhaul truck and pushed my things myself. Hired labour to unload it rather than dealt with these individuals. It might have been cheaper to get it done myself and my things would not have gotten ruined and I’d have had my things once I wanted them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Negative celebrities review if at all possible. Steer clear of this company in any way costs.

We where quoted one cost by telephone to transfer my belongings from storage in my home and if they arrived to send, they needed more cash and money only.

After talking with the exact impolite”manager/owner” he said that his announcement was correct and also the quoted cost was incorrect. No use in attempting to induce common awareness on a supervisor that’s impolite and frees up the telephone on the client and their personnel. The supervisor wouldn’t bulge to a 109 cost difference from the first quote nor had been ready to work with me me on a happy medium.

Following three more calls with him, he obtained worst and required my possessions back and wished to still bill his more expensive charge but now additional fees since he wasn’t able to send for me.

This provider is correct now holding my possessions hostage and extorting more cash in their opinion. I’ve already started an tiny claims court moving and talked to a lawyer. Too poor for the boss that a viable $109 cost difference would become more prices to him in the long term.

On the flip side, the motorist and Agency where very understanding and professional, too poor they perform for a business with suspicious non-consumer oriented company practices.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

    DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!!!

The Mover Dudes / The Moving Dudes / Professional Movers (They are all the very same offenders ) were assumed to transfer me on 7/7. They phoned me on the day of the 6th and stated they had been having difficulty with their truck and might be an hour or so late in the daytime. The dawn of the 7th, I received many telephone calls from them stating that they had been running late. Then at 11:00, I got a call stating they had to reschedule for 7/8. UNACCEPTABLE!! However, I had been left without a option. They showed up on 7/8, filled up everything and moved me to central Florida. At the dawn of 7/9, I understood that a huge painting was lost. I contacted David and a day after, he called me back to say that he had”discovered” my painting along with two additional packages of paintings. (I haven’t yet figured out what’s in those other two packages since I haven’t yet stopped unpacking to understand what’s missing.) This started a string of telephone calls and texts which have gone on from 7/9 till today, all giving me one story after another. They were going to send my things when they had been coming this way up again. Subsequently the date shifted. They then did not have another job this way up and they were planning to FedEx them. Now I asked for VALID FedEx tracking numbers, demonstrating that they sent them now. I received tracking numbers, but these numbers only demonstrate that a tag was created. My packages weren’t shipped now. So I contacted BSO and filed a police record… And I am posting here. And that I will post anyplace else I can consider. And that I could file complaints with each service I can think about to file a complaint with. Bottom line: DON’T USE THIS “COMPANY.” They’re thieves.

    Do NOT hire!!

It’s tough to even know where to start in my overview of this Moving Dudes. They were amazingly unreliable and also their customer service was dreadful.

We signed up a contract for a complete service package and cross country movement of the three bedroom house and a vehicle. The quote ended in Cat FaceTiming to reveal their services and facilities such as: their business trucks using their logos and a nicely bonded (in blankets and plastic wrap) sofa, assuring me that they were professionals and they’d look after all our furniture in precisely the exact same manner. She also assured me that they had been professional piano movers and that they would crate our piano. I signed this deal with assurance I had hired professionals that were likely to look after our possessions and also make this move a simple experience. I couldn’t have been more confused.

Only a Couple of my complaints:
-They showed up two days out of the window on the contract.
-Not one individual who showed up that afternoon understood they were supposed to be packing for us.
-Hence the driver showed up (at a truck using a very different LLC onto it) with no packing supplies and has been gone for more than 4 hrs getting stated supplies in the Home Depot which has been just 15 minutes off.
-We paid $300 for our piano to be crated. None of them knew how to wrap a sofa, let alone crate a piano.
-The employees tried to take untaped and unlabeled sticks outside to the truck.
-Once I called to notify the office that the men and women who’d shown up were anything but specialist I had been accused of being discriminatory dependent on the colour of the skin. I’d said nothing about skin colour.
-I asked many times about the particulars of the car being picked up and nobody actually followed up with me personally about it.

However, what solidified their unprofessional fashion and total absence of responsibility and client support is this: Late in the day once I spent hours on the telephone attempting to find the Moving Dudes to maintain their end of the contract that they were still giving us zero assurance that they were planning to meet our contract and then leave the services we’d paid for. The Executive Administrative Director, Heather, kept trying to utilize the contract to describe my grievances.

In a bid to be certain I wasn’t misunderstanding the contract I had an attorney look at it. He affirmed I wasn’t being unreasonable in my expectations and he called back the guide amount I were awarded. She moved to spout the exact traces of this contract to him. He also asked her one simple question in reaction and SHE HUNG UP ON HIM. After he predicted (double ) we have an automatic response that her number had been DISCONNECTED and couldn’t be attained. He predicted another number and requested to be linked to the individual who may solve this nightmare. James was put online and before my attorney can say anything James stated”We’re refunding the money. We’re passing on this movement.” My attorney asked him his last name so he would understand who he was speaking to and James refused to provide his last name. Again, an astounding lack of professionalism.

Afterwards I receive an email from Heather which is a”reception” of the refund (that has NOT ever been reimbursed, and it’s been 3.5 weeks today ) and also an effort to put responsibility of the fiasco on ME with a explanation of the attempts to”suit you outside your arrangement” and their”deep regret” that matters had to carry this turn. Nothing that they did in any manner shape or form travelled past our arrangement in a positive manner. She also expressed that they had”no desire to speak with you through your attorney before rendering any solutions.” It was just because they had left no solutions I was so disappointed and that a lawyer required to be included! They guaranteed that a professional move using a professional business and we have no anything.

I am hoping there is somebody out there who’ll heed my warning, learn from my error and steer clear of the Transferring Dudes LLC in any way costs.

Zero stars - not attentive to customers

That isn’t”Mover Dudes of all VA” who possess the true excellent reviews that this business hijacks! Transferring Dudes, LLC even replied as”Mover Dudes.” They get you star since our things did get here, finally. Salesmen (Joseph, Eric) assured matters and”educated” us on cross-country moves together with guarantees & followup calls. The contract failed to reflect those guarantees (ex: the possessions will be put on a truck and also the exact same truck is going to appear in your new house –no additional transfer to a storage space ), however once I called it to their attention, they promised us that the legal language was needed and real practice was distinct. (I am aware of from our naivety, we trusted them.)
After registering & paying for the deposit, the service moved into the ground. Every telephone was set off with”we will call and check back,” but they did not – MANY occasions. Pickup date required two months to get and then had been a”window” of”Fri, Sat or Sun,” and we will call a day ahead of time. They did not. But on Saturday, Steve called to say”we can not get there before WEDNESDAY..we’ll drop off a couple hundred for the annoyance.” They did NOT correct the cost and they didn’t even pickup–they even hired a entirely different organization to perform it!! Nevertheless, they did not warn us, so imagine our shock when another firm showed up at the drive! Again, no progress call that they were still coming. I needed to phone them to inquire why no one has been there 15 min. Prior to the conclusion of this”pickup window period” and they still did not mention it’d be an additional business coming.
Maybe if they had been truthful about it being 4 months to get our things, we might have packaged so – rather , they made it even worse at assuring 10 days! Then they still couldn’t offer us delivery dates every time we predicted. Ultimately, an email gave us a date, however also many lies did not result in us expecting that info. Their explanation was that they”have become like mad lately and additional new trucks.” Salespeople blamed client support who”could not maintain.” Great businesses don’t refer or blame to host terminology, fellas.
If you would like payment in cash order, we want over the usual 30-min. Advance call in the driver, whose truck had been literally marked with handwriting on both side! Among the movers stated that he had been hired by Craigslist. The harm done on shipping hasn’t been addressed.
We believe that they rely on your common decency to con you, however, they have hardly any themselves. DO NOT USE!!

They Are a Broker - Basically a Rip Off - Avoid at all cost

To begin with, never agree with a cubic foot quote. They control the packaging and so restrain the cost. It is legal but dreadful. You may always loose

Now to the Business. This firm is a broker despite the fact that they say they are not. If you are not at the regional Florida area they’ll have among the”sister companies” to move you and then essentially your contract does not matter. It has three steps over a scam. Here is how it works. You pay them a deposit and then they sub out your contract to another business. They maintain your deposit as a finders fee basically so that the company they sub out you to is already behind that sum when they’re attempting to earn money in your move. Their deposit (finders fee) is 20 percent of the quote. So today the true company moving you’ve got no room to negotiate. And then the firms they sub out to aren’t exactly stellar. They’ll write whatever you need in the contract and also tell you whatever you desire since they do not care about your relocation. They utilize binding quote and tariff structures which make it rather tough to understand the last cost. They gave me a quote without visiting my home and they said that they would not have to see it although I requested them to. Afterward when going day came they desired a new quote for double the price of my quote. Avoid at all price.

Do NOT use this company under any circumstances

I need negative celebrities were potential!!! This movement was mentally draining and also the many disgusting experience.
I am sorry but that this business is unethical and also the worst moving company I’ve ever employed. They’re liars (without exaggeration) and totally untrue crooks. It took them 6 weeks to provide my possessions. When they eventually delivered them, there was enormous breakage. They dropped components to my bed that I have not recovered. (They promised they’d send them to me, they never did) I could go on and off. I registered complaints with BBB, known as the authorities. There is not any element of my movement that they haven’t whined about. They owe me $240.00 which they promised to cover, and again, they whined. I am going to court to find this repay. Their drivers, packers are unprofessional and request tips. They don’t package correctly. I paid extra for packaging ceremony, this had been a joke. They don’t respect your possessions. The sales people and customer support are all dreadful and total liars. Spend a couple more dollars and get decent service with a fair business with ethics. According to the other reviews, I also dealt with a James, I am sure the exact same one, along with also a Liz in client support. Half the telephone # are disconnected, it’s hard, maybe impossible to achieve anybody! My ordeal isn’t over as today I must return to court to receive my $240.00 refund since they violated the contract.

    Disastrous Service

Welcome to Mover Dudes at Deerfield Beach/Pompano Beach here:

What a tragedy!! After waiting for over two weeks to”eventually” have our items sent, we obtained a delivery lost over $3500 value of our substance. The explanation as to why our material was not delivered with any sort of timeliness at the first place had been,”we do not have any trucks moving in that way!” Obviously this chance of delayed delivery was not mentioned verbally or in writing throughout the earnings portion of the trade. So when they failed to provide a lot of our products the very first time, and after we again had to wait around for more than a month, then we eventually got the following shipment. Regrettably, now the dispatch was still missing more than 70 percent of our products. So ultimately, our sole recourse, according to their principles, was that the filing of an insurance claim to the missing goods. And then, even though my wife managed to create receipts and pictures, the”so called” assert chips still”needed to” undergo Mover Dudes to be able to process our promises (rather than a different party who may hold MD accountable according to signs ). In the long run, following the maximum number of allowable allure, we had been advised we’d simply be granted a $100.

But after all this, here is the kicker/kick at the gut; the 100 test that we were supplied with bounced and charges us an extra $12 bounced/returned test fee. As someone who highly appreciates honesty, professionalism and ethics, this is certainly the worst customer experience I have had in my whole life!

    Do Not Use Them

Worst moving adventure of my entire life. They neglected in every facet of this move. Even from the first pickup they neglected to plan/coordinate/resource this movement. They needed to organize last minute to get a local organization to receive my things, even though me calling them a few times greater than fourteen days outside to frighten them. My merchandise then sat with this firm to another 15 months while I had been repeatedly lied to about if they’d send my things at my new site. They have been quick to ask for their money however, not paid the local firm. I gave them a five months heads up for if I was searching for delivery. From there on it was only excuse after explanation of why they could not finish the 1 job their organization is assumed to do-move things. I have an whole text message string where I had been lied to by James concerning the shipping of my merchandise. I’m now flying out to my previous place, leasing a U-Haul, paying the local business for storage, and performing the transfer myself. Still have yet to be reimbursed by the business. Definitely the worst moving experience of my entire life. I’d be amazed if this business doesn’t go under in the next six months. You aren’t going to receive your cash back. Don’t proceed together.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They’re SCAMS and will take your cash. They did considerable damage to our furniture once we moved from Arizona to Florida, all of our funiture was covered up in blankets until we left, when we rec’d our furniture, everything was discovered that it was all damaged, scatched, chipped and broken, not to overlook that were still missing some land. We called them the following day and they informed us they’d email a claim form for us to filled out, which we did and submitted it to Movingclaims.net, additionally submitted the photographs that I took that night that the furniture was sent. So nearly 3 weeks to the day which I filed the claim, I asked the status on the promise, Mover Dudes/Moving Dudes situated in Deerfield, Florida explained that we’re just go, for $76.00 bucks, I still have all my documentation moving back and forth. They don’t have insurance to back up their business that they hired”DAY LABOR” individuals, these folks are homeless and drug addicts. A worker from Atlas Vans, a reputable moving company explained don’t use businesses in this way, they’re just out to receive your cash. Going the affordable route isn’t necessarily the best path. If you’d like your money back you’ve got to expose businesses like those to the TV media. Thats the only method.

A NIGHTMARE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH...STAY AWAY!

HORRIBLE organization to manage. They’ve snake oil revenue guy promising one of the world if they would like you to create your deposit. They deserve zero celebrities. They promised to be different and better from other moving companies and that they care about the reviews their customers depart, nevertheless , they do not keep their word. It’s a systemic problem on how they prey on ripping off people, I contacted the operator Jason Price through LinkedIn to state my dissatisfaction with his team back on Sept. 27th and it’s currently 11 October for the review and have yet to hear anything out of Mr. Price. They should not even get 1 star, quite frustrating when firms in this way can rip off people and eliminate it. The first estimator was Eric, a whole incompetent individual that has yet to return any of my calls or even talk to mepersonally, however, he was my representative. At least Shawn had the guts and decency to”behave” like he cared about the way I had been getting screwed over.

When Eric failed our quote, he went room by room with my spouse on the telephone rather than in person. He knew that it was a two story house with a complete basement, 3 car garage plus a massive drop. He estimated the price to be $5,100. I had been told that they don’t market their moves and that their employees would come pick up my home products and then they’d save them in their warehouse in Florida and after prepared for delivery to provide them 48 hrs notice and they’d bring it. Shawn explained that they generally estimate high and that it had been possible I’d be getting cash back. Shawn indicated I Face time Eric therefore that we could go room by room again all of the way until two days prior to packing day. I called to put this up with Eric and he never returned my calls. I was also told that a semi-trailer could be picking up my things, ” he joked about calling it that the Beast or something else and said the whole team was scared of the proprietor and that’s exactly what ought to reassure me that they’d do anything it takes to make me happy and have a fantastic experience.

Fast-forward to moving day, It wasn’t Moving Dudes who showed up to receive my belongings, they’d contracted it out to Allstate Movers (they claimed that they would not off it off to a different firm ), they showed up at a 26′ truck (not the semi-trailer they promised), the moment the driver walked my home he informed me that there was no way all of my stuff will fit on the truck, which Transferring Dudes had expected my home goods to match in half of a 26′ truck. Again, a 3400 sq. ft. house two story, full basement, 3 car garage and big drop, and these incompetent idiots estimated cubic feet for half a 26′ truck. I’m no expert mover, but even I know that’s ridiculous. To add insult to injury, the driver stated that when I desired them to carry my things that the new cost increased to nearly $12K, over fifty percent of that which Moving Dudes lent me. I phoned and talked to Shawn and requested him to make it appropriate, he had every excuse in the book and also that they could not do anything. I informed him that I left the bargain with Moving Dudes not Allstate Movers, he kept promising he’d see what he could do and that the cost they had been providing me are the most I get billed. The movers ended up needing to rent a 2nd 26′ truck and did not get done loading them till 4 am the following day. Upon completion, I had been told that packaging material was more than they had anticipated and now the new total was closer to $14K bucks. I again contacted Transferring Dudes to request help and to please do something. Storage are in Atlanta. I’m not made of money, so I’m not wealthy, they promised to be pro-military and pro-Veteran and that I think since I’m a Veteran they preyed on me to tear me off. How are they so wrong to quote me $5,100 and I’m having to wind up paying nearly $14,000 bucks and they’ve taken zero possession within this fiasco.

I am not certain how others provide them great reviews, their disregard for the client, their unethical business practices and blatant lies are out of control, however they could continue to function ripping off people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY, PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO WITH A REAL MOVING COMPANY NOT THESE WANNA BE’S.

The proprietor takes zero possession as he hasn’t reached me out or instructed his team to create this right, I hope that my review helps others not go through what I went through. PLEASE do not use this business, you will repent it.

    HORRIBLE treatment towards Active duty

This business is a fraud. They’re scamming a difficult working military household. I paid 1800 bucks to be transferred to Jacksonville FL. They never showed up about the shipping program date but worst afterward that the shattered our newest 65″ television, elliptical dented and processor all of our furniture, so never delivered our living room sofa and they provided us 72 buck to repay. This isn’t appropriate in a lot of degrees. I trusted them with my possessions and they destroyed them all, but not just I dropped my things into them, I invested cash paying them to maneuver and destroyed my things. This really is actually the worst thing that’s happened for my loved ones and I. I cannot think that this folks will do anything. As my husband is preparing to be set up this is exactly what they do to us. Is a pity people such as this is actually company. They all care is all about cash and they cannot do the ideal thing when they’ve completely destroyed a households possessions. We do not have cash to manage buying everything new again. That is breaking my heart and that I can not belive this folks would do so. They’re so gullible and unprofessional. I attempt to spoke to them but they always had a mindset and made us believe that it was our mistake. Yes our error was to hired and trusted them.

Moving from CT to Fl. Truck was suppose to be here on by Thursday then on Tuesday we had been advised that truck coming Saturday the 29th. Yesterday no truck driver called. Nowadays virtually errands no truck and repeated calls for Moving dudes and just a voicemail. The new owner of the home is taking ownership at dusk. We just obtained lip support and promises not kept. If I could give them zero stars I would.

    Great movers

Transferring Dudes was a complete surprise! After studying all of the horror stories about different businesses I was really concerned about this movement. The team was wonderful. They arrived on time, ready everything with the utmost caution, and so were out again in no time in any way. The identical crew delivered my things into California. They came punctually, unpacked what had to be unpacked and were out of there in no time. They’re courteous, friendly, capable and productive. I’d suggest them to anybody.

    Brett was awesome!

I talked with Brett in The Mover Dudes for find an estimate for a last minute go since the first company I had been dealing with completely screwed me over. He was so professional and moved way out of the way to attempt and assist me. That level of customer support is above and beyond what you’d expect from anyone nowadays. I suggest Brett if you ever need someone to go the extra mile to get you!

    Mover Dudes is awesome!

My latest move out of Miami to Atlanta was this wonderful adventure! Moving is obviously very stressful. Once I recently got a job offer, I was really excited but then uh oh, moving, ugh. I phoned around to several local movers which likewise do long distance. I received numerous quotes. Mover Dudes includes a lawsuit or beat policy. They just use the most dependable, big van lines as suitable comparisons, for their match or beat coverage. I ended up picking Mover Dudes! Eric has been such a fantastic sales person to manage. He clarified long distance moving, in detail. I had not transferred long distance ahead. He moved on every detail, in the pickup window, directly to the shipping window. As I had a huge house, in addition, he clarified that what services were offered for me, in relation to packaging. I wound up spending a little more, to get a complete bundle. This comprised all of my breakables, wall hangings and furniture. They attracted boxes, shrink wrap and blankets. Everything was packaged perfectly! I was really impressed! I was not moving cross country, however, Eric explained everything so nicely, I knew it would take some time, before my things would arrive. I managed to prepare, by packaging specific personal things, I would need every day, until my household products came. Whenever the moving team came at Atlanta, I was thrilled! They unloaded the vehicle, not one item was ruined! The guys were amazing! I handled them to pizza, to get a lunch break. This had been a all day event. This night I slept like a baby, in my new house! Thank you a lot of Mover Dudes! I would strongly recommend them!

    Wonderful Move

The Agency dudes did an excellent job in my move. The start was that the most stressful. Packing and setting up it was overpowering. I’d sooooooo several boxes. Additionally, I had sooooo several calls. I dont know which one was worse. I only went with mover dudes originally since they had been the final ones to phone me. Im happy I did I simply didnt want to find yourself a terror story. They werent the least expensive either but I couldnt only take anymore calls. They gave me a 24 hours customer support telephone number that I used formerly to last minute change the dates. They did good and I couldnt be more happy.
