    Long-distance move from Texas
    Definitely Recommended!

I had an Excellent movement with Texas Transferring Group. Their solutions was just outstanding and the cost was cheap. Steve and his team showed up on time proved quite considerate, professional and helpful. They were able to finish my move prior to the program, my products weren’t damaged and above all movers retained each of the responsibilities and preserved the checklist flawlessly. Definitely Suggested!

    GREAT MOVE!!!!!!

That is a A moving business. We’re a family of 4 and we all utilized Nationwide Moving Services to our interstate. Amy was dumb on the telephone describing me all of the facts about the movement and she also provided a quick quote. The movers were very professional also, packed all of the furniturethey were quite efficient. In the new location in Rhode Island they unpacked the furniture and then put what just how I advised them. They spoke excellent English that is rare nowadays. .

    Long-distance move from New York
Never called, never showed up - repeatedly

I simply dismissed these movers. Granted, I had a little movement, but I had been paying for the very least of 2000 Lbs of my mum’s final furniture out of her home, and just had approximately 1000lbs. So already I am demanded by everybody out there to cover double. The cost wasn’t the cheapest, but not the most expensive, and I truly needed, as a Texan, to utilize a Texas business. The biggest problem is that they repeatedly promised that a pickup at my furniture place in NY nation day after day, then simply did not call, and did not appear. They inconvenienced my household no conclusion, and can not /will not do something about it. They can not actually get it picked up and delivered from now it must arrive at Houston.

The transfer date has been scheduled on June 7, and oh, yes, they really had a shipment moving from NY to Texas the very next week. Excellent! I had been fairly elastic, but needed to get up it and delivered from the end of June, as a result of my daughter’s journey programs, and this gave us a complete additional week to get mechanical troubles or what have you. I was really provided lots of date choices once I reserved, for dates of pickup. My brother, in NY using the storage device, was to have a call in the driver at the night before the pickup date of June 16, to provide a company time to meet in the storage device. No call ever came. The following day, no driver, no telephone. So I called the business, but clearly, at the time that my brother had told his employer that he was not likely to have the ability to go from town on business, and waited daily, and phoned mepersonally, Texas Moving Company was shut. The following day I called, and they looked completely shocked that the motorist never phoned and”simply do not understand what happened!” They promised to research and call me right back. They never returned my phone until they shut, and that I attempted to phone them a couple of minutes prior to their promoted close time and got no response, then it clicked into the nighttime message. So the following day, today June 18, my brother called them in the afternoon. They promised to research and call him back, and they would find a driver there. He waited again all day in city on a second day when he was supposed to head from town on business. (I reside in Texas, he had been in the NY ending ). No telephone, no motorist. I predicted before they shut, about half an hour. I was again put on hold, then their strategy kept me at a”grip loop”, then I phoned back, was placed on hold, got stuck in teh loop for 10 minutes, called back, then was told that they had been”checking into it”. Eventually someone got back online 13 minutes afterwards and explained,”I have left a message about the motorist’s telephone, I’ve a dispatch departing NY MOnday and I’ll have him pick it up. He’ll telephone Sunday night to place a time to get the pickup. This was last night. Now, my brother called me about 45 minutes prior to Texas Moving Services closed. No telephone, no motorist. So again I predicted Texas Moving Services. I had been told that they needed to”research” I explained that my difficulty was that people were now down to the wire, it needed to be sent to Houston by end of day June 30. I had been put on hold. . .again, dropped to a round-robin in their telephone system for 10 minutes, called them back 3 days, told my unhappy story twice, every time I called back, I got a different person every time, nobody I’d spoken to before has ever been available, and eventually they said,”regrettably, that driver did not pick up.” (NO DUH! ) ) But we’ve got one on Saturday who will pick this up. I asked if this could get it to Houston from June 30 and they said,”well, no, which is not possible.” So I chased them. They had no excuse why nobody actually returned calls, why no motorist ever phoned us to say no he was not picking up, only went merrily in their company while we dropped through the crack. To their credit, they hadn’t run my credit card yet, and won’t. But once I pointed out to the young woman who said she had been a”director” (and appeared about 15 years old) that I had picked them over 20 distinct businesses some less costly, since they had been a Texas firm, she clearly cared in any way. I said,”that isn’t how Texans cure Texans. In reality, this is not how companies treat anybody and keep in business long” all she said was,”all I could do is apologize for your inconvenience, not bill you.” You betcha. Nevertheless, it is not all I could do as a customer who has been treated very, VERY badly.

I don’t have any idea how I’ll find this move done now, because my kid will be not able to accept because of traveling, master’s courses from country, etc., and also our storage unit has already been leased to someone else at August 15.

I’d really like to understand why moving companies can get away with this substance. But my honest view of Texas Moving Services is that they don’t do what they say, nor do they provide anybody the courtesy of telling them if they can not offer you the services at the time allotted. A courtesy telephone could have gone a lengthy way.
Luckily, they have not billed my credit card, and stated they wouldn’t.

I’d say — use anybody else. That is absurd. And also the most they’d say was,”well, I am sorry we have inconvenienced you.” They’ve inconvenienced me, my brother, and also therefore are costing us a package since today we have also got to find another storage device, move the things for it, or that I will take off a week of work to push a stinking do-it-yourself moving van that’s seemingly the only way everyone can get something done because domain any more – to perform it themselves. When I ran my business how these people run theirs, I would be out of business quickly. And I would deserve it.

I didn’t offer any names, because I am interested in my own company, it is somebody in the top who makes the choices and ought to take the heat. The people that I worked with did their very best to be courteous on the phone, however their telephone system stinks, it took 30 minutes to ever actually get to speak to anybody, and nobody ever really did something that I had been told could happen, except maybe not charging my credit card.

I am inconvenienced at best, and my back is against a wall, and now I do not know of one business worth working with, to be absolutely honest! I expect others do not have this form of integrity!

    SCAM COMPANY

    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

This really is the worst company I’ve ever handled. They had been 5 times late for pickup, and 4 days late on delivery. They utilize inexperienced men and women in a uhaul truck. They don’t understand how to cut furniture, and wrap is really a joke. They cannot fit everything in because they don’t understand how to use the distance from the vehicle. Fragile boxes have been smashed, and nearly all of my furniture has been ruined. They fall matters directly in front of you and laugh about it. They need more cash as soon as they have your items and maintain your possessions hostage. The women at work are apologetic before your furniture is filled, and then their tone adjustments to”cover or you wont find your stuff again”. We ended up needing to summon the authorities to assist us in obtaining our belongings safely. We incurred tens of thousands of dollars in damage, plus a whole lot more in food and hotel prices while awaiting this movement to get done. Their physical address is a dilapidated old house in a residential area where nobody resides. If you’re in transit, then call the authorities to assist. In our situation , they made it feasible to receive our things. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR GET BURNED! As soon as they have your belongings, all client support finishes, as well as also the hardball tactics start.

    TEXAS MOVING SERVICES SCAM

They utilized subcontractorsan African American firm called NORDE & Co.. They were overdue, communicating poor, look poor and arrived at a U-haul truck which wasn’t sufficient or built to accomodate the quantity of furniture. The whole experience from the present time that the drivers eventually showed up after 24 hrs becoming late was a dreadful nightmare. They requested cash before they’d pickup that was not a part of their contract. Secondly, asked us to cover an extra $1000 monthly charge following quoting $200 month that’s contractural. Thirdly, won’t inform us in which our furniture is saved until we cover or our furniture is going to be invigorated. All of this happened from 1/21 into 3/17/2011. BUYERS BEWARD

TEXAS MOVING SERVICES IS A SCAM!!!

All these Africans using NORDE & Company are all subcontractors of all Texas Moving Services plus all of them are ripoffs and scammers. Texas Transferring take the info and as soon as you submit your credit card, then you’ll never hear from them again. They prey on your own feelings and anxiety of going and tempt you in with their reduced rates and then the scavaging search starts. When the driver demonstrates in a U-Haul truck, even more cash is asked and it leaves you no option, but to cover it as time is of the character to find another moving business. So you’re at their mercy. However, I took photos of these along with the license plate of their vehicle. My furniture has not yet been discovered and they’ve threatened to market if I do not pay $1000 in storage prices that’s not a part of this contract. It is all inclusive. We’ve registered a Better Business Consumer complaint, insurance claims and authorities record. This business shouldn’t continue to maintain business. They won’t return telephone calls along with their permit ought to be revoked. Everybody Google this organization and checkout just how to submit a complaint with the attorney general’s office in Texas. They’re thiefs, scammers and needs to be punished.

    Horrible company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My movement took 22 days. This firm said they employed their own trucks and they do not. They employ to anybody who will choose the task – unlicensed movers that appear and then hold your items hostage and need more cash if you’d like them to start the vehicle. Complete rip off!!!
