Ted’s Moving

Resvered a moving truck per week in advanced by Ted’s. As soon as I got there he said he phoned me the exact same morning and left a message stating that there were no trucks available (I’ve no missed calls or messages). He then goes on to blame corporate to not cancelling my booking.

He handed me a pamphlet and said I would have to Take Care of customer support and provided no additional aid

This was not sadly a fantastic experience for me even if I hired Ted’s moving established in Pembroke Pines FL below the recommendation of a co-worker that has a fantastic experience moving a workplace.

Ted estimated 1 day of job and fees per hour. Estimate was roughly $1,000 for 1 day.

In the conclusion of the very first day it was not completed and Ted blackmailed us to cover an additional 800$ if we would like to view our boxes again. Literally:”I will keep the truck with your stuff if you don’t cover the excess price” and in money please. We mentioned here (what other alternative…). They really needed just 3 additional hours the following day.

1 table has been broken and they fixed it. 1 coffee table has been missing. When we called to ask about it, Ted stated he’ll bring it back should we give him back the two wardrobes transferring boxes. It’s not necessary to blackmail us again, we shall naturally return, simply ask! What do you need us to do with shifting boxes today?!

Se we ended up paying nearly twice the estimated cost for a bad service (not one of the furniture had been shielded and lots of corners are lightly damaged), a great deal of stress and a bookshelf that simply”vanished”.

The crew had been courageous men even when the group leader was far not professional, chatting a lot, requesting expresso and loudly and giving his view rather than working.

So I would not recommend this firm
