They also had an problem with the stock list that I had especially explained with the owner via email before to ensure they had been using the appropriate edition. They still showed up using the incorrect backup and gave my husband some problems relating to this before I could forward the email evidence that we were right and they were not.

Experts – despite the communicating issues my spouse said they had been great about the actual day of the transfer and ended up moving fast, economically, and maintained their word that they would not charge us extra for going through the cubic footage figure that they anticipated for us.

When we came at Texas we had the movers put our belongings in storage while we traveled for a couple of months. When we had a different moving business move us from storage into our new flat we found 2 pieces of furniture ruined. The movers pointed out the harm as the products were being removed from storage, therefore that I understand that it occurred because of TDY. I contacted TDY and was advised I could submit a claim with theire insurance company, who settled predicated on $0.60 per pound. TDY must have reimbursed us and taken the reduction. I’m sorry I used them.

– The first scheduled delivery NEVER made it. I’d predicted beforehand twice and supported over the telephone to get a Sunday delivery, however there is apparently no communicating to the dispatcher about a delivery to be carefully scheduled. I had been at my new flat awaiting furniture to get there, just to determine that they wouldn’t appear and needed to make alternative arrangements for my stay.

I have never had a much better experience than this movement. My spouse and I planned out our movement with Sara the revenue manager. She’s excellent at what she’s doing and has been super on stage with the quote supplied to us. We had been fearful of moving due to our dreadful adventure last year with a different provider nonetheless TDY’s movers were on time, considerate and medicated my furniture as though it had been their own. They made it seem easy! I had been nominated for an 8 hour movement and it ended over 6 hours, they just charged me for 6! Ive never been so happy with a business prior to and Martin out of shipment was super accommodating once I needed to alter my transfer date more than once. I strongly suggest using TDY Moving to your relocation!!!
