DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Save yourself the hassle and fiscal burden.

I previously moved them and they have been exceptional (on time, no problems ). This was 3 decades back. HOWEVER!!! , this time around was a dreadful experience.

I moved from Queens into TX and what a nightmare. To begin with, they ensured a delivery of July 11th, I didn’t get my possessions until the 20th! Secondly, a few of my things were totally damaged (a bedroom place, 1 TV was cracked from the trunk, 1 TV was cracked from the front in many areas, bits were lost, etc.) I achieved into the business on many occasions (emails/phone calls) to tell them about the harms. I never got a response.

If you would like to bargain with broken/missing possessions then they’re the firm for you. If you worked hard for your things and expect them to be treated with caution go someplace else!!!

As somebody else said, the proprietor did ask upon pickup for me personally to pay in money and gave the motive of needing to cover his workers and the charge card company he utilizes takes 3 business days to clear. I told him, I do not carry money and he would need to take my credit card payment upon receipt of my own belongs. Don’t fall for the scam!

Employees with their own truck showed up an hour early in Connecticut, that has been really useful.

They’re both friendly, professional, and quite attentive. They carried our brand new dining room seats as though they were infants!

They confronted an unexpected position in the Storage unit. Since Salvation Army wasn’t able to pickup before them, all that furniture needed to be eliminated as a way to arrive at the things we were carrying into New York. Another team could have been quite annoyed, however they took everything in stride, staying cheerful.

All of our things caused our flat in New York with no scrape.

We had been really satisfied by Serge and his helper.

I recently moved from Brooklyn to Queens. My workplace support was Diane. She’s been very helpful and very friendly on telephone.
On day of this transfer my movers showed up wright punctually. They were quick and so careful with my things.
I certainly will use them again.
