I had and am still having a horrible experience with this firm. They picked up our land and also the end of June, asserting that our items could be sent in 7-10 days, and we didn’t get them before the end of August! We had been made to live, sleep and eat on the ground for 2 weeks with three kids under five and then after our possessions eventually arrive they’re infested with roaches!!! I moved to place my son down for a rest and there was a roach in his crib! Now, rather than enjoying our new location, we’re fighting a roach infestation, which they’re vehemently denying. We lived here for 2 weeks without one bug and then we’ve got roaches anywhere when our items eventually get here. It does not require a genius to figure it all out.

Additionally, all of our possessions are FILTHY! I’ve been required to lysol what I own. In addition they broke to a third of their items and if they came in our house for the shipping, they got sand on each carpet and we needed to rent a steam cleaner to clean the carpeting and dirty furniture.
