Swift Movers has been hired by First Call Movers to transfer us from Pa into Florida. The initial quote was for $4144.00. Our appointment was scheduled weeks ahead of time and also followed up the week before moving. All was great (so I was informed ); I was also expected to give birth every day so I truly require assurance that all would be cared for if I had the infant through the time of the movement. Low and behold I had the baby and was to be discharged through the day of the transfer. Our shifting time arrived and went w/ no display. They waited till after our anticipated time to phone and state that they were sorry but they would not have the ability to make it now and would we reschedule? Actually? After moving back and forth(describing my scenario ) they were eventually able to round up some people to receive our things moved. We won’t be using them again nor will I recommend them. They showed accurate unprofessionalism by waiting before our anticipated move date/time to phone and attempt to cancel.
