Beware !!! Not certain if they’re really under new ownership…I sort of doubt it since they continue to be located at exactly the exact same address as if I used them. They literally pulled my items off the back of their truck and to my storage device. I lost pretty much everywhere at the transfer (dishes, crystal, furniture, lamps etc.) Most of these products were thing I’d inherited from my grandparents and so were irreplaceable.
As soon as I walked into their office to inquire the so called”supervisor” to check out how his workers had unloaded my items he refused to even walk 1000 feet down to my apparatus and have a look. Afterwards when I called the owner (a dark haired short haired man ) I do not recall his name it could happen to be Todd..to talk what had occurred he cussed me out to the telephone and made multiple dangers. . .later the director of storage facility known as the owner of Sure Load to research and he had been cussed out and jeopardized. . .later the director of the storage centre began exploring the operator of Sure parting and found that he had several felonies in other countries and at the point Mark Lane (the owner of the storage centre ) determined he was not likely to renew their lease in his centre. This all occurred a few years back and Sure Load might actually be under new ownership at this time. . .But PLEASE DO yourself a favor and be sure they’ve changed hands before you use them. . BE AWARE BEFORE YOU SELECT THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. My movement was scheduled couple of weeks beforehand and I received a confirmation letter in Tyler (and the manager there). Tyler was really fast in taking away half of the price out of my bank accounts when verifying the movement, but the men never revealed on the transfer date. We were all packed and waiting for the movers to come to pick the things but they never revealed. After we called the firm Tyler wasn’t any where available and we’re unable to find him that entire week. After we asked them why nobody arrived to pick up our belongings they answered that our transfer was only one week after. As soon as I told them that I had a confirmation letter by the manager Tyler concerning my transfer date they started saying that could be somebody made a mistake however they wouldn’t have the ability to come pick my own belongings until weekly. I needed to grab a flight through the night and did not understand exactly what to do since they left me stranded. Tyler the so called manager wasn’t any where to be discovered along with also the salesman that there did nothing to rectify this circumstance. THIS IS A DREADFUL MOVING COMPANY.  I Met Ralph, whom I enjoyed very much if he gave me a quotation, which seemed really affordable.  Regrettably , he’misjudged’ that the quantity of furniture and boxes by  nearly 100 percent.  Not only did we need to pay double the quotation, we needed to pay additional for our items to be kept in an extra truck for 4 nights. Unaware of the recent negative reviews that are online, my wife and I just hired this business for an easy Regional move and our whole experience together was a complete nightmare.   Unprofessional workplace staff, late entrance, incompetent untrained moving team, unresponsive handling, ruined furniture and missing things.   On a scale of 1 to 5, this company does not even deserve a 1.

Todd, that owns this business, quoted my transfer in $2200 after strolling the Whole home and carrying a very comprehensive stock.   The True price was $4000 plus they billed the wrong card once I’d their explicit arrangement they wouldn’t do so.   Today Todd has been siphoned my telephone calls and will not even phone me back to challenge my claim.   The Real movers were a few of the finest we have used at the 7 motions we have done.   Shame they Must work for this a horribly run business.   Utilize someone else.

Not a lover.  A good deal of chat, but did not walk the walk.  What happened to good old fashioned great enterprise?  Start looking for a diamond in the ruff, not that business, they’re just another grain of sand.  What did this team think they had been getting paid to perform?  Since they sure did whine a good deal and had lousy attitudes.  They appear late, overcharge me 30 minutes more than they functioned because they stated they”round up” into another hour!

These men are the best! I have done a local movement and they were very professional, on time, and respectful. They transferred my furniture and boxes very attentively and were excited to help with whatever I requested. Everything was done fast and productive.
