Chose this business due to a lot of positive testimonials. I now believe the testimonials were written by their own employees. It was a nightmare to say the least and remains continuing. They didn’t arrive in time, two days late. I paid an extra $800 to find an expedited shipping by 8/19 and currently being advised 8/21 or even 8/22. Nobody ever answers the telephone in client support and or dispatch. The Major amount in Forest Park, IL NEVER GOES THROUGH!! In addition to all of this I had been quoted about $2,600 and now told $8,700. The driver keeps telling me he’ll have somebody from the business call me and nobody ever does. I feel that is a deceptive business and will be calling the government.

A deal was broken from my husband’s trust chest that was constructed my his grandfather, a plate by a dish set which my dad gave us was busted, A collectable Smurf glass was broken up out of a set I have which are out of the early 1980s, a Yankee Candles sour warmer was busted, and it is merely the start. We’re unable to make it through all of the boxes last night, as it was getting late and my spouse needed to be up early for work this afternoon. Walter states that is the way they do business–that the”piggybacking” system implies that my possessions will be sent any time they have an alternate load to deliver outside to Illinois and that they place them in storage while they had been waiting for this other burden. I had been totally blindsided with this–nobody ever explained that in writing or verbally. I never would have consented to these terms if I’d understood that this had been their plan all together. I ask Walter if they could call me after they’ve a estimated delivery date since I was beginning a new project and wanted to work together with my new manager to receive every day off to get my own items delivered. Walter states”There is not going to be a call. It is possible to call us.” That was the conclusion of the conversation.
