Back in February I jumped from Omaha, Nebraska to here in Alexandria. I originally predicted Budget moving services that gave me an estimate of $1554, they continued weekly prior to the transfer, so I predicted that dreadful company Superstar Vanlines. Customer support (Sean) lent me $2200, but once I informed him Budget lent me 1554 he instantly dropped the price to $1559. In addition, he told me I needed to create a $594 deposit along with also my remaining balance could be broken into two payments, one when they chose up my items for $482 along with the residual balance of $482 after my items had been delivered. After the movers got there, they hauled at a Walmart truck, however, the taxi stated something different. Their were suppose to be 4 movers, but only two people showed up. The paperwork he requested me to sign up before they began loadimg my belongings needed HQ moving solutions on it. I was also perplexed by that. He did the walk thru and instantly told me anything bulky could be additional, dresser, oversize seat. In addition, he said if they utilized their tape or wrapping which could be additional. I had a box for my 50″ TV I was told could be nice to use rather being billed extra for them with their own box, but rather was advised because they utilized their tape, so I had been billed. After everything was packaged he gave me estimates with 4 or 3 distinct rates. I advised them I wouldn’t pay anything additional. In addition, the truck already had someone elses material inside when they hauled up. I inquired about that too since he said my things also had to be weighed (also odd ) since I’d already signed a binding arrangement of $1559. I instantly called a”manager” relating to this. She said she’d look into it and call me backagain. Four days after she phoned back to say because I signed together, I had to cover. I said to her that I signed a binding arrangement with Superstar Vanlines. 1 week after the delivery driver phoned me to say he had been sending my belongings which I owed an extra $2200 for a total of $2700, which he’d send my stuff the following day. I advised them that I wasn’t quoted $2700, therefore I wouldn’t be paying. So right now I am in a rush. I really don’t have extra cash to provide this deceptive company/companies. My material is somewhere in Kansas. I’ve also read their testimonials, and they’re doing exactly the exact same thing to other people too. I’ve served and fought for my country and as a cosmetic, productive, tax paying citizen and Veteran. Talked with the”manager” Samantha for the 4th period and she proceeds to state that I signed an additional contract with HQ movers therefore I must cover what I gave me as well. This business is a scam. The motorist had me to sign the sterile paperwork before he even put these made up extra costs that he composed about the paperwork. When they finished packing my 1 bedroom and living area things, it took him about 30 minutes to write down extra costs that he had created. I never signed an additional contract to be billed more by this business, but still being advised by the delivery driver, dispatch and the”manager” that I did. This business actually has to be researched. They moved from $1500 to $2700 on shipping and I’ve already paid them $1000!? Not certain where my stuff is, told by manager it is in storage before I cover the 2700. Smh, this business actually has to be shut down. Lawyer jumped!! I would not give them any celebrities, but that is not feasible!! I’m also a Military Veteran who has fought for my country, therefore to be treated this way can not be clarified here. I feel so defeated Today’s date is May 3,2018 and understand one has achieved to me on where my stuff is!

Section of our couch is lost and the proprietor is really a flat out liar! Took 3 months to our furniture to arrive and they’ll attempt to charge you additional. The first price is a quote.

Got picked up March 16, 2018 moving from Texas to Michigan. I am still awaiting my possessions while Ricky is currently in Israel. The movers had been late picking up my stuff with a day was likely to be picked up around the 15th. Here it’s the 22nd of March and I still don’t have my possessions. I used ton’t employ Ricky to transfer me Superstar Van LIARS lineup did that they did not inform me that they had been a broker. That got me really stressed out��� all that I need is to get my things to be here today. Then he is hoping to charge me more money once I do not have much. I would like my things Ricky. While you on holiday and things you will need to be receiving me my possessions. I’ll be back using a upgrade if my stuff gets here. I then tell him I’ll have household come picky up stuff from him because he’s taking so long to send and he states that he was gonna bill me 500 to receive my things out of him which he hasnt even sent. Or consider delivering. I WANT MY STUFF AND U WANT IT NOW RICKY. YOU PISSING ME THE FUK OFF

I shall write a terrible review on each internet site and webpage Ricky has till I receive my possessions. I’m calling the agent regular until my things get sent.

We reserved our move out of New Orleans into Philly, the afternoon of the transfer they had been a no show. I began calling at 9am to check the exact time of pickup, once I eventually got a hold of somebody they stated that the truck broke down and they’re working with it. The young woman said quote” I didn’t answer your phone because I had been working with it” I gave her a second two hour window to rectify this problem. I phoned her again and she said she does not have any one to pick up me. How unprofessional, I’ve a trip the next day to Philly to begin work in two days. I needed to locate another inspector and alter my trip. Here is actually the worst moving company I’ve ever used. Tyler form Super Star Van Lines was favorable before he received his initial payment after which he wouldn’t answer his telephone he didn’t even call to apologize. I really hope I could level them lower than 1 star…I WANT MY REFUND!!!

Stop! Stop! Stop! . Go no farther with this corporation. It’s a scam and a fraud. I’m reporting them to NY and Florida authorities.
I’ve already filed fraud files linked to my email check, they had been to move me tomorrow, no telephone, number is disconnected. When a call has been made in the Bank who’s helping with the fraud, Wesley replied and while I attempt to talk with him he immediately hand up. Ever since that time I am not able to reach him or anybody in the corporation.

Their workers pay individuals for favorable reviews. I had been contacted on Facebook to make a favorable overview on yelp in trade for cash for this particular organization. What a joke? And yes, I took a screenshot if anybody needs evidence.
