Supernova Moving

I’ve moved several times, throughout the USA. I read excellent testimonials and known as Supernova based on this. Steven answered the telephone. He’s very well- spoken, clear and calm. He also provided a written quote precisely the exact same moment.

Another company took lots of my time on the telephone,and the quote was higher.

The expense of the transfer was greater than the quote (although not much) due to heavy furniture which I forgot to record in my initial stock.

Joe and Mike, the movers that arrived with Steven, were friendly, courteous and good-humored, that is commendable thinking about the challenging work they perform.

Overall, a fantastic move, tidy and neat.

I called to get an appointment Wednesday or even Thursday. Steve calls on Friday and states sorry he can not make it out now. I say it is nice Steve because our appointment is for Saturday. He replies-it says that the 24th and that I respond-Saturday is the 24th so we’re good.
Saturday comes around I get a telephone in the right time of this appointment from Steve saying he’s operating 30 mins behind-no issue I state. He calls back a couple of mins later to cancel the appointment and inquires once I could reschedule. I state Sunday because I’d love to do this ASAP, he places the appointment for 5 PM again…
It’s currently 5:30 on Sunday without a Steve!!! Thank you for wasting my weekend waiting around for you and your business to appear. THANK GOD IT Wasn’t THE ACTUAL MOVE DATE. ZERO STARS!!!! And btw no telephone call now… I call him on his mobile and he’s at home!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE, save yourself the headaches

I’ve held off writing anything unwanted. I’ve been in my new home since July 14, 2017 & can’t be silent any longer.
I called Steve, he arrived to give me a quote. He also showed him EVERYTHING. He quote was acceptable.
They were planning to package 1 load & day the next. That is my 7th movement & this is how it has ever been done. Makes sense.
They called me & decided to pack and load the Exact Same day (final was following day. )
All I can say positive about Steve & Crew is that they got my family from point A to point B in time plus they were considerate.
I asked them if they can pack everything in space together with different boxes, naturally. I had been told certain any way you desire.
I really don’t think in hovering over individuals when they’re functioning, so I gave them distance. (Incorrect decision on my part)
When truck came it was little, I said you’re certain my stuff will match. Oh yes I’ve been doing so for many years, ok.
From the 3rd truck that he told me that they can not take all, this was at approximately 8-9 pm in nite. WE MUST empty out this place, tomorrow we shut!!
We had to throw out several things, really upsetting, our automobiles were complete, to late to acquire a uhaul.
It’s been over 2 months, so we can not find a lot of things. A lot of many boxes are mismarked. 1 box with our clothing also includes 1 shoe from this set within it. Ex. My toilet things weren’t packed together, even in a number of boxes. Ex. 3 boxes which stated Toilet utensils & pans had just one lid no strands. Just found half of my steak knives. My untensils sprinkled among boxes. They marked more half the boxes Office, we did not have a workplace, fine give them that it had been a bedroom.
I really could go on & on, why bother. I only want to warn folks hover over some other packers to your own piece of mind and be certain they can compose.
We also supplied Lunch & Supper on packaging lunch & day on unloading day. Not figured in support price.

Steve was quite professional and considerate. He gave me a
Cost on the telephone and he had been right on. They stated it would
Take approximately 3 hours, and it did. I had him perform a minute move,
Between 3 stops and again his pricing was right on. The team
Was friendly and professional. I would strongly suggest them.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We knew we needed to give Supernova an opportunity after reading their excellent reviews. The foreman Abel, gave me a call 30 minutes prior to coming to my home and introduced the rest of the team when they had been in my residence. These reviews were all right, they weren’t only good movers, but also considerate. They could adapt our requests and were quite easy to utilize. My parents will probably be moving shortly, and for sure they’ll be moving them too.

I had been undecided on some moving companies in the region, so I decided to find some quotations on the telephone from each one of these. As soon as I called Supernova Transferring, I talked to Lauren who was quite receptive and answered all of my worries, so I chose to offer them a opportunity. I had been so pleased with my choice. Mike and his staff came punctually to begin my movement and took great care of my possessions. It was certainly a fantastic experience. I strongly recommend them!
