Hello there. My very first review ever but I believe this firm did a fantastic enough job to set up a fantastic review. Superior Van Lines was excellent in the telephone representative all of the way up into the shipping group. Man I really like this town. And I am happy I went with this particular firm. I had a great deal of delicate possessions and they procured them all for nothing. The man Chris requires me to the 28th and I allow him to estimate me. He informs me that his firm (Las Vegas) and the Texas firm proved completely different and they don’t have any affiliation, but its NOT accurate. Same D.O.T # and MC # along with also the speech for your Vegas business is in fact an apartment complex, but prior to understanding that I chose to reserve. The afternoon following (29th) I phoned Chris to affirm the transferring days/times and he advised me to provide him 20-30mins to return my phone and he must get it for me. 3hrs after I phoned the 800 # and the rep said that they revived my CC 2-3 days back and it didnt go through. I informed the rep that it had been hopeless because I never understood this business existed before yesterday and the way I just was introduced to them on the next day, she actually argued with me on MY MONEY and later describing the entire story to her about my own deals with Chris, she grabbed herself getting a mindset and transferring my phone to direction. I explained the problem to the supervisor and rather than visiting what the rep stated she informed me an entirely different story of how my CC shed was set from the machine wrongly so that they chose to cancel my WHOLE RESERVATION. . Are you really serious!!! You preferably cancel my reservation rather than phoning to update me on the circumstance, thus we can reevaluate my CC # and finish the service. I was beyond angry and she wasn’t hoping to rectify the problem whatsoever. She just didnt care. The depressing part is when I could not think about a strategy B, me and my household possessions would happen to be out on the road. In the very long run I figure what happened because of this; I’d of HATED to undergo anything else for this business after the bad service they provided. Oh and btw: not heard by Chris again. . SMH, This firm does not have any compassion or professionalism!

THIS IS NOT A MOVING COMPANY! I REPEAT, NOT A MOVING COMPANY! They just contract out to truck drivers! Deserve -10 stars.
So many problems for this so called”moving business.” I had been given 2 quotes by two distinct sales girls before the transfer that were about precisely the exact same sum, $2400 to transfer a studio dimensions quantity of stuff. I needed to leave 25 percent of my things in a storage device in CA. This was all happening 3 times before I had been beginning to drive back to MA. Then they don’t deliver my things for 6 months! I phoned them and phoned them and just got the run around. They picked up on May 11, delivered on June 27th. Unbelievable!! It becomes worse. The man delivering my things requires me the day before and he’s got no idea I require a shuttle. I couldn’t not believe it. Subsequently this so called”moving” business calls me 14 hours prior to sending telling me I want to pay an additional $350 for your shuttle once they’d only explained 5 times before that my balance was $1700. I was angry at this time. The man shows up with my things, literally thrown to the rear of a Uhaul truck. He moves just some of these things and tells me along with my neighbor who”he isn’t a mover. He’s just a delivery guy” and his helper he’d just hired to assist him wasn’t a mover either!! My neighbor moved the majority of my things together with minimal assistance from these men which were assumed to be movers. They put nothing collectively and lest things that I personally and my neighbor needed to complete moving. I compensated for professional movers and I didn’t get anything about that support. This business ought to be closed down and put out of business since they’re not a moving firm and that I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND TOTALLY MISLEADING!!! I booked with this business in June of 2018. Well beforehand if my Aug transfer. I talked with a woman named Ann from the Las Vegas office. ( or so I had been advised ) Paid my residue and believed all was great. Movers were suppose to get there on July 23 and 24 as my final day in the office was July 31 and my son and I was driving to our new house on the east shore. Tuesday cane and went. . No display, no telephone. When we predicted it was always ring and then disconnect. Ultimately the Friday before our relocation on Tuesday we eventually got ahold of Ann she advised my child something about somebody stepping from the shower and it had been. . ” oh by the way. . We can not visit New Hampshire” I had been so outraged with just two weeks before I needed to depart. Fortunately we discovered another firm, which I will also report afterwards. But not ever use this company for any long distant movement

No liability from this organization. After assuring a two week shipping, movers required two weeks to send my things. Kept making claims via telephone and text message regarding status upgrades, deadline and charge of lading delivery but not really followed through. Texas branch dispatcher Jonathan Romero never replied some forecasts. Terrible company, DO NOT do business with this organization.

My pickup date has been scheduled in the June 28 and they came on July 3rd. When my items eventually came, it wasn’t till July 24, nearly A MONTH after the initial pickup date. Really poor customer support, also. As soon as I attempted to express my despair in the topic, one of those gals (Tiffany, I think ) really told me days prior to coming, that I was”advised to pick another service.” She explained this DAYS until they were to arrive. So dreadful. I guess I must count my blessings that all my things arrived without a broken after reading the other reviews, but I really had to say something to stop other people from making the exact same mistake.

I paid a deposit back in Dec for a movement, I worked together with Dave. The movement was scheduled for late Feb.. Back in Jan I called to cancel, Dave promised me that my deposit would be reimbursed in a couple of days, which was Jan 27. I’ve since called 2xs, I still dont have my residue. .

This firm is the biggest scam I have ever observed. From the telephone call in the beginning telling me not to speak to other movers, stating I had to reserve today to get there winter cost and spouting out crap about how veterans adore them. I should of known it was going to become a scam out of right there. They were just two weeks late picking up my things. They had been so late in actuality, I needed to fly into Chicago and leave all of my items in my flat and have buddies let them into pick this up. It took them 23 days to send my items in Salt Lake City to Chicago. As soon as I called someplace in between they advised me my items were in storage in Las Vegas. When they did eventually send, They tried to bill me 350 to get a shuttle since they stated there was no way a truck would attain my flat due to low bridges. I simply checked a map in my area and there are loads of approaches of getting a semi truck here. I refused to pay, needed to rent a Uhaul and fulfill with the motorist 10 miles off to pick up my items. My Television was shattered. My bed frame broken. My computer desk divide in half. My boxes all ruined. My television stands legs ripped away. My mattress was not wrapped and dirty. I seemed in their truck since he was unloading plus it had been totally disheveled inside. I pity whoever else’s matters that were in that badly packed truck. I then drove it all home and unloaded itself. I have moved throughout the nation multiple times and never had’m moving business similar to this one. Customer support is non existent. The women at work play with this game where one informs you something to calm you down and if you phone back another day since it clearly did not occur, among those additional ones denies knowing exactly what another said and informs you something fresh. Following the third select up they then left three things within our own garage of that we never obtained. They threw our precious images, china, and glass lampshades in boxes with no adequately packaging them that led to the majority of our items coming broken at our destination weekly. We endured busted headboards, lampshades, broken leather sofas, smashed coffee tables, mirrors and dining area seats, boxsprings etc. To trace will be photographs constituting the extensive damage. They maintained our furniture hostage and kept raising the cost yet again once they found that they didn’t enjoy our destination drive.

We finally spent approximately 10 000 bucks on a transfer that they initially lent 3 500 bucks. We’ve submitted all of the pictures of our broken things a month past and Superior Van Lines haven’t had the decency to react to us through email or phone to compensate us. They’ve severely abused and failed us. DO NOT USE THEM – they’re SHAMELESS

You may go through hell employing this business. They’re a comprehensive SCAM!!

I scheduled a transfer for my children who were moving to Buffalo, NY. We exchanged many emails about the dates, about the prices, about everything. No detail has been left from my communicating.

The movers were postponed two days! Their inner communication mistakes and mistakes contributed to this. Communication collapsed.

My children belongings were eventually picked up. They stated the movers were sort, and did an excellent job in packaging the van. Therefore that the quotation went up from the initial estimate by roughly nearly $3000. No big thing. It ended up being lots of stuff. Movers left for Las Vegas Saturday. My children followed a day after. It took my children 4 days to arrive at Buffalo, coming on a Thursday at two AM. Superior Vanlines DOT:3028843 MC 49214 consented to transfer us from Burbank CA to Seattle WA. Fourteen days before out transfer date that they took a deposit and Marisa explained that we had been first in line to get a 9am pickup on Thursday the 14th of June we did not hear anything more until 8pm on Wednesday the 13th. The pickup has been pushed back to between 4pm and 6pm, maybe not perfect but no significant issue. 5pm that Thursday I called customer service to check in and was advised the crew could not come but they could likely do Friday. This was a problem as we needed to be from this flat which Friday, I phoned and talked with Tiffany the proprietor who stated dispatch was operating on it and they’d find a team to us between 4pm and 6pm who Friday. Friday morning I confirmed we were still on for the pickup and was told to not worry. When I called a 2pm I had been told by customer support (Erica) that I had cancelled the movement 3 times ago so nobody was coming but they’d graciously refunded my deposit…. We spent the remainder of Friday Struggling to maneuver our flat to your storage locker to prevent penalty fees at our flat. All believes considered not going with Superior Vanlines price us $1500 in storage locker prices, truck leasing and flights back to Burbank to organize another moving business. Prevent these lying scumbags.

Do not conduct business with those folks. They offered me a price and everything sounded fine. I paid my deposit and life moved on. Approximately one month out of my transfer date I had to get superior about shifting my pickup date back. As soon as I made the booking I made that really very clear that this season was not set in stone and that there was also a great probability that I would have to transfer my pickup date backagain. The rep assured me that it wasn’t a issue. Individuals moved their customs frequently and as long as I gave them 72 hours it’d be OK, he promised me a few times I might call him anytime if I had some difficulties or concerns. I never talked to him again. In addition, he forced me to the deposit by enjoying that”lock at the winter speed” card although I was not convinced about transfer date. Anyway here I’m frantically trying to get ahold of somebody ANYONE in this”firm”. The phone would just ring and ring. I phoned my repetitions directly line and the most important business switch board. Nothing! Eventually I called my lender. In tears I explained my position and they noticed that the deposit came out since “`moving business” that is it! Lol! Only moving business. No business name. My lender said that it smelled like a scam. Thank God I managed to challenge the charges and get my cash. STAY AWAY
These folks are just like the Texas exceptional van lines that is permanently jelqing. Funny thing, about two weeks later I disputed the fees that I receive a call from a person claiming to be out of premium. They said that my rep had a crisis and that is why nobody replied. Um what? Your whole business shuts down if one salesman comes with a crisis? Gtfo of this with this. I informed them I was not interested and hung up. Instantly called their amount in my bill and obtained”Hi”. Yeah it is not a legit business people.

Undoubtedly the worse company I have ever done business with. A lot of bad things to share these. So, I’ll spare you the particulars. Here Is What my experience had been with them:

-deceptive/dishonest company practices (bill you WAY more cubic feet than that which you really have. . .pending criminal charges for felony fraud)
-They delivered per month overdue
-We have not finished unpacking all of the boxes yet and we’re already up to over 70 objects broken or ruined
-Antique dining table, commercial grade suspension, and arm seat entirely destroyed
-They delivered nearly 90 percent of those boxes upside down
-About 30 percent of those boxes was crushed with heavy fat
-centric packaging
-100% impolite customer support
-Should you call an whine, or phone to ask questions that they automatically put your call on hold. When I’d call from some that they did not understand, they replied immediately

Don’t use this provider. I am in the process of constructing a civil or criminal case against them. I’ll be taking them to court.

SUPERIOR MOVING OF NEVADA. I MOVED FROM LAS VEGAS TO TENNESSEE. I WAS LIED TO, MY FURNITURE WAS PUT IN A WAREHOUSE, TO BE DELIVERED MARCH 8. Everytime I predicted was lied to, they could not get in contact with driver. ON 17th MARCH A PIECE OF SHIT TRUCK DROVE UP WITH A DUCT TAPED TRAILER. 1/3 .OFMY LOAD DID NOT MAKE IT. 13 Significant PIECES FURNITURE, ETC

SUPETIOR MOVING DOD NOT BRING MY STUFF. Therefore, AFTER SEVERAL MONTH I SPOKE TO A MEGAN. SHE SUPPOSEDLY CHECKED INTO STOLLEN ITEMS. COULDNT FIND. ON YELLOW SHEETS IN YOU COULD WRITE A VERY DETZIL LETTER 4 PAGES LONG. EVERY PERSON that I SPOKE TO. DETAILED. IF YOU FELT YOU WERE OVER CHARGED. WELL 1/3 OF MY LIST DID NOT GET HERE(ONE OF WHICH 200 DOLLAR CHRISTMAS TREE, BRAND NEW. MEGAN SAID SEND TO ME PER EMAIL AND SFE WOULD PASS ON. I DID, WEEKS LATER EMAILED MEGAN TO SHE IF SHE HAD SENT ON. NEVER HAD ANSWERED ME BACK. DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY. 1 MAN HAD TO UNLOAD BY HIMSELF.

You may go through hell proceeding for this corporation. This is a whole scam of a business.
They won’t simply make your life miserable, but they wioll split your things and laugh about.

Its important to do your homework before you hire a moving company.

Please, please please, please, please hear all of the warnings from those reviews…I really wish I had! Superior lent me 2700 without physically looking at my things (first red flag). Mayflower quoted nearly $8K, however, came back into my home to stock my things. I could not swallow the massive price gap, so that I cheaped out and got exactly what I paid for, that ended up costing me 4700 and damaged and lost items! I voiced my concerns about Glen, who told me that they aren’t a broker and also have regular direct avenues between Vegas and Florida…[EDIT]! My stuff has been picked up on July 27 and sent to August 21, so it sat in their warehouse for 3 months. To get a”common course”, they sure had difficulty getting my things on a vehicle BECAUSE THEY COULDN’T FIND A TRUCK OR DRIVER WILLING TO TAKE THE JOB!!

My things were sent by Arrow Trucking, maybe not Superior Vanlines! Nearly every box has been damaged, like they threw it around or placed extremely heavy things at the top. Thank God I cushioned it all nicely so that I just had 6 or 5 broken objects, however they damaged/dented my pricey stainless steel trashcan, also dropped various items such as a flat screen TV and down comforter.

The additional costs comprise $1460 for moving more than the projected cubic feet although I had been quite accurate in my stock , down to the specific amount of boxes. The response the men who picked my stuff up needed been,”my things is much larger than the normal size at the stock computer program”. Hmm??

There was also a 500 shuttle charge since the semi couldn’t match on our road. Duh. . .most neighborhood streets cannot adapt a semitruck! The Arrow driver assisted me out and charged $500 rather than $700. He hired a few regional men to transfer our things out of the truck into our house….again, outsourced rather than serviced by Superior.

I’m still waiting to hear back from customer support about my missing things. Nina and Makayla will state that they will call you straight back, but not do. Expect to call numerous times and receive minimal assistance. They have to have a great deal of angry customers phoning since the women are brief and matter-of-fact. I am imagining that the customer support centre is still another agent dealing with numerous moving companies since I cant envision Superior Vanlines has that much business contemplating how dreadful they are.

I moved from California to Oklahoma. The first thing I had been Quoted A cost over the telephone by Dave. The Ower (NOT). The very first major lie. #2 didn’t arrive as scheduled. #3 The cost went through the roof when the truck came. #4 A month after we received our things. All HELL BROKE LOOSE. Everyone in the Business is that a LIARS!!! And CSI PROS TOO!

They have kept my things in Vegas two weeks more than they have lent me fore, won’t tell me why, over billed me, keeps telling me how they will call me again and never need. I still don’t have my items

I reserved with Dave. I desired my items delivered about July 1st so Dave proposed pickup on June 19 or 20. He explained that could be lots of time to receive my things out of Utah into Michigan. They called upon the 19th to allow me to know movers could come between 6 and 4 to the 20th. This was as discussed. I took off work, and waited for these to appear. I had been advised to expect a phone 30 minutes until they came. They never called. I phoned them around 5:40 to learn what was happening, along with the office had closed, and therefore directly to voicemail. I phoned and emailed Dave, without a reply. The following day, Dave did not respond, the workplace did not phone me back, finally the movers themselves called me telling me that they only awakened and were in their way, even a movement yesterday had taken more than anticipated, but still- nobody phoned me personally! I had to miss two days of effort, one which actually screwed me on. Movers were quick and effective, travelled over paperwork only nice, all was well there. On June 28th, I got a call in the office, asking me to get the”fine” to begin loading my items to a truck for shipping. I explained, I had been worried because this can be 3 times ahead of my belongings was likely to arrive, and they had been only”getting a group together to fill out up the truck”. Ever since that time it’s turned into a nightmare of run-around, absurd and horrible customer services. I have tried calling over and over to learn where my stuff is, and nobody can offer me a direct answer. They tell me it is assumed to carry 2-4 business days to fill my belongings into a truck, but it has now been 7 business days and it still my things is still sitting at a truck from Vegas! We had been over-charged almost $200, and can not get everyone to tell us exactly why that is. We have been told we’ll soon be called back about a couple occasions, and never got a call back. I have wasted a lot time on the telephone with those folks without a help. It is now July 11th, along with my substance is STILL at Vegas, I am still habituated, and still super plump!

I had been going from Arizona to Colorado using a 1 bedroom’s worth of things. They lent me 1250, waited until all of my stuff had been about the vehicle, and then told me that my entire was 2950! Twice the cost and they would not unload my belongings without charge IN CASH before and they did not have change. They attempted to speak on additional costs upon delivery also, since they could not match the semi from my apartment complex and needed to rent a uhaul, however I’d told them repeatedly that could be a issue and refused to cover it. In addition, they had been 12 DAYS LATE to pickup my belongings, so I needed to cover prorated rent since my lease died and I had to be from my flat. Then they took 3 WEEKS to send my things – so I had been residing in my new apartment without so much like a mattress. When everything obtained delivered half of it had been ruined, for example my nightstand actually being busted in half. At least a grand worth of material has been ruined, and also there”insurance” just provided me $120, that will be payment I still haven’t gotten three weeks afterwards. Additionally, of the 3 shipping guys, ONLY ONE WORKED FOR THE COMPANY THE OTHER TWO WERE RANDOM PEOPLE HE HAD MET ON THE ROAD THE DAY BEFORE AND BROUGHT WITH HIM TO HELP. They were really much nicer compared to the true worker, but he’d literally met them the day before and then there were three guys in my flat, at least 2 of that definitely hadn’t been background checked, and that will be something that I wasn’t fine with as one girl who believed that I had hired”a respectable and responsible moving business .” In general, after they had my things and I’d call to have upgrades that they had been RUDE and threatened to not send my things. Awful human beings that I hope karma bites in the buttocks.

The most strangest mover I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I transferred from Las Vegas into Missouri. This firm told me to dismiss the testimonials, they have been another firm simply having the identical name. We were quoted a price and also shifted nearly $1000 more then the quoted cost. They then called and said they’d be departing early and could send at 3-4 days. I made arrangements to enter my flat early in order that they could provide. They then phoned Tuesday and said we’d be on another truck but they are there about the original shipping date. The afternoon until we called to assess status and they had not abandoned Vegas yet because of”mechanical difficulties”. They eventually left Vegas to the first scheduled delivery date of Saturday and stated they’d be bringing Tuesday. They phoned me Monday day to program the delivery. They phoned me back Monday night to mention”shipment gave the motorist a last minute pickup and won’t be delivering till Wednesday”. I’m now out an extra $400 in resort room charges along with the early entry for my flat. The only answer they’ll provide is”from the touch we’ve got 30 days to provide.” If I could provide negative stars I would. Avoid this organization. They’re definitely not a trusted army inspector because they promise to be. The army wouldn’t set up for their B.S..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The whole company is filled with filthy liars and crooks. I should have known when Thomas told me he needed to deceive his spouse into marrying him which it was a bad signal. However he was humorous and assured me he was not a broker. Their price was the best so that I reserved the move. After giving a 3 day window for the movers to come, they never revealed. They called and stated that other motions were taking more than anticipated. I had been moving out of Texas to Washington and needed to be in Washington in under 6 weeks for my new occupation. And so, I needed to leave my keys into your buddy to allow them to be current for your movers. They showed up two days after I left the country, eventually. And each one of the movers were more than 20 years of age. It took them 7 hours to load up a 1 bedroom flat. Plus they did not provide us some paperwork to maintain. After I discovered a home in Washington I asked Thomas what I had to do to receive my things delivered. He gave me an email address for Kayla and stated to tell her my address and that I was prepared for shipping on July 24th. A couple of days go by with no response. Numerous mails afterwards, and lots of calls later, I finally get to speak to Ashley. (Their customer support line is notorious for putting you on hold the moment they reply, and then hanging up on you after 10 minutes. Plan on being on the phone for a fantastic hour in the event that you ever wish to speak to anybody.) Ashley explained that they had been awaiting a truck and driver to go this way and it might take 7-14 business days. I kept phoning and calling for a couple of weeks and eventually got a hold of Jessica on August 8th. She stated they had been awaiting an email from me with my new address and when I was prepared for delivery!!!!! She then said it might take up to 30 business days for my things. Extremely disappointed, I sent her a brand new email AND forwarded her the first email. Obviously Thomas vanished throughout all of this. I eventually got a lawyer to reach out to him and he also sent a demand letter to Thomas and finally Erica and Ashley too. After two weeks, my things were eventually delivered today. Not only did they charge me an additional $600 bucks than that which was due upon delivery, but in addition they are missing many important things and have fully destroyed additional ones. Oh yeah, I forgot to say that the movers fully abandoned my computer desk at the flat in Austin. On coming now, my king size mattress is lost, a television is missing (another television is broken), half of a giant bookshelf is missing, a dvd rack is missing, my kitchen table is pretty much destroyed, and each of the boxes are slowly falling apart. Remember me stating Thomas was not a broker? Well there are 3 distinct businesses I’m coping with, Arrow Moving, Executive Moving & Storage, and Superior Van Lines. STAY AWAY FROM THEM ALL!!! This was a complete nightmare. And I can not write enough bad things about these. This is totally ridiculous. The worst customer support, and also the worst experience I have been through.

Terrible support. Consistently whined. Would not return telephone calls. Placed a claim because they did not provide on scheduled. They sent 38 CALENDAR DAYS. Nearly two weeks! Response. Claim denied. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Examine THE BBB REVIEWS. The individual whom I emailed to your movement incredibly disappeared and could not be contacted. Don’t USE! They do not deserve 1 beginning.

Folks beware !
They’ll appear, move your things in their own truck and then foot you a invoice AFTER the fact for any overage.
Additionally they don’t have any sympathy and also have you sign away your life without a settlement.
They had me completely packaged, midnight wrapped around then was struck with a double charge, advised them to unload the truck, the white garbage motorist drove my mattress in the road and said they were planning to throw everything to the road b cause they weren’t bound to place it back into the home.
Beware of there unethical practices!!
The best thing to do is find a local business that moves from state, you’ve got more recourse

I moved out of Austin, Texas to Indianapolis, Indiana to help my mom look after my dying grandmother and assist with the funeral arrangements. My stuff has been picked up about the 13th of March at Austin and delivered to the 21st of March at Indianapolis (at 6pm when I had been told it be there between 1 and 3pm). After I checked my things I realized I had been missing a few things. The movers advised me to call them about, and that I was greeted with a rude girl over asserts who advised me to email her. I emailed her about my things immediately after obtaining of the phone, but not heard anything back. I called another two times after about 4 times (after I had been put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on), I was advised to send a different email to another individual, but I still haven’t heard back anything, and now its been two weeks since I called around my lost stuff and nothing was done about it.
