I didn’t have my Sleep Number bed reassembled because the carpeting in my house has to be substituted before I could transfer my bedroom furniture in, so I don’t have any idea yet when the mechanical portion of the mattress still works along with… in about a week after I get a phone that one of these bits (the heating and cooling pad for a few of these mattresses were observed in still from the truck and they’d be by to send it. There are just two of those pads (expensive too ), I’ve a broken king bed. Another pad could be missing too, I requested the plumber if another pad was still there, the sheriff stated yes, however I have not discovered it yet. Additionally, I had a brand-new pool cue rack custom created (not transferred or hung up on the walls as it had been delivered and put in my house ), my my my furniture has been custom made (Amish) and white glove delivered in my house, never touched or moved because delivery and positioning in my dwelling. They were able to mar & gouge the swimming pool cue rack.

This movement was nothing but confusion and lack of communication by Superior Moving. Pickup was 6/23/17, shipping has been stated to become 7/1/17. I cant even tell you how often I have needed to call this business to be dismissed, place on hold and then disconnected, or told they had no advice for me. The only reason I even got a hold of them once they had my items was by using another number or behaving like I was planning to program a transfer, and that is when I had been put on hold and hung up on many times.
After the man originally asked regarding the things I’d he did not record a good deal once I analyzed it and promised me that it would not matter and my cost would not change. I have all of it in an email which I saved. I am awaiting my items to arrive, the man said that I would get it the next week. The following long story short I called and called and called, dismissed hung upon. I eventually find out thy took everything from the truck and set it in storage and have yet to even start hauling it where I want. It has now been two weeks when I had been told I would get every thing in 1 week.
I finally get my items 3 months later after calling over I can remember each and every moment. The man shows himself up and says he is awaiting two men to come assist. They eventually appear, each draw 1 item indoors, and so are all of the sudden gone. The driver says that they needed too much cash. So now my husband is trapped helping this 1 guy and I am trying to look after a fussy baby. Anyways, I’m now left with broken and damaged furniture, broken items in a number of boxes, and many missing boxes. I’d clothing for my daughter for de to two decades, spent hundred and hundreds of dollars on such clothing, the boxes I’d branded 6+ months are gone. I moved to place bigger clothes in her dresser since she had been out expanding the dimensions I had for her and now my daughter does not have any clothing whatsoever that match her except that the bag of clothing that I brought with us. I had a huge box labeled cushions, purchased 6 brand new $50 cushions and that box is gone, a brand-new vacuum, never removed from this box has been gone, the big boxes of diapers I’d silicone wrapped collectively were torn apart and two boxes are lost, my brand-new bedroom set is all messed up,the bed looks as if it had been dropped onto the corners since the corners are all messed up, and of course that the deep scratches around it, the timber on one of those dressers has become broken, yet another dresser is scraped up and cracked all around the area, the back of a plate is ripped apart, the glass in my clock is broken, and the list continues. I’m so over my mind with this and when this business does not begin picking up their phone they are likely to get some legal issues in their hands.
Now I am doing nothing but kicking myself for not moving with the firm I talked to earlier this one who lent me $5000 to get 5200 lbs, which includes them packaging. Rather I pay almost $10,000 to package everything myself and it had been 5600 lbs. After being on hold for 20 mins, I’m advised that the manager is on the telephone with another client and will return my phone within 30 mins. This morning I phoned them back, was placed on hold for 30 mins, and then hung up on. I promptly called them back and was advised that the manager only went on lunch and to call back in one hour. So I do as requested, and tried to call back several times, but nobody answers the telephone. When I eventually get a hold of a manager, he was outside rude, and simply told me, and I quote”I’m not the only customer he must cope with””he’s not thought where our substance is””no idea when it’ll be delivered” he’d”try to check to it and call the motorist, but frankly I would forget to do this or to telephone you back.” Therefore, after more than a week of playing phone for this business, I don’t have any info. We moved to Texas two weeks earlier I was suppose to begin working in a new hospital only so we’d have the time to get settled in, but this organization is making that impossible. Fortunately we’ve got air beds to sleep on, but aside from that, I have nothing I want to begin my own place and nothing to start registering my son for college. This entire ordeal was a nightmare and I am just praying our things will probably arrive sooner than after and in good shape. Avoid this place at all price!

*Breach of contract (by neglecting to deliver my possessions in the 14 business days mentioned in the contract) and also for the many broken things I have found as I have been unpacking.

*Unauthorized electronic check, in the amount of $1,271.23, was deducted from my checking account on June 12th. I’d authorize the first two digital checks which were the downpayment for the first”binding contract” for $5,000, digital test 9999 for $1,750 and the deposit to get packaging help of $450, digital check #9998. Customer support is dreadful: I predicted 16 times between July 1st and the 27th to discover why my possessions had not been delivered. I called or attempted to call a total of 68 times. So I went and did something that I needed to while I had been up there and then waited for a telephone. Guess what?? They did not call. So I am calling and cussing and did not hear out of a motorist until the following day at about noon. He seems to be an A – hole. He said that the truck got into a mess and can not come now (Friday the 28th) that I had been telling him there’s a violation of contract. He said he does not look after that. I attempted to telephone the workplace. I adjusted the one young guy in the workplace who kept calling the phone”hi” I requested to speak to the supervisor/owner or anybody but those peons and nobody ever called back. This was infuriating. THEY ARE Like sham. Therefore the only one which I had the variety of this could pick up him the GD telephone is that this motorist. The motorist called him back and he said he’d come and be there at 11pm Saturday and drive and load into North Carolina that nighttime. I requested him perform I have pay one of that the whole $3000. He explained,”yes.” I said,”nope I instead carry the things in my back rather than giving any one of you guys an additional dime.” I tried to telephone the office many times. Guess What? No response. I wound up having a u-haul and carrying it all myself. I must have done that in the first location. I tried to get in touch with a lawyer but it could cost far over $1300 to receive my cash back. Then eventually the driver called me”we can not do it today or tomorrow” with completely nobody to call. It seems like that they CONTRACT OUT the motorists. Wednesday arrived… nearly impossible to find ANYONE from this corporation.

Managed to eventually get a grasp of Jake Miller about 9am on Wednesday. He said he would”telephone dispatch and return to me…”. A hour later, still no word out of subject. Finally talked to some Walter (ext 404) who advised me to”calm down and knock out one”… he will”speak with shipment”. Finally, some man Jeremy called me (paraphrased)”we can not move you now or tomorrow. We are canceling, you’re going to find a refund in 3-5 business days, someone from customer service will call you.” I requested to find that in writing through email. No email. Emailed them. No reply. Therefore, a week after Jake Miller is currently telling me”YOU CANCELED, NO REFUND”.

I made several calls for George and client support free of return correspondence at all. When I did eventually reach somebody they had been of no assistance. We were informed we needed to wait patiently. Fortunately we had loved in Lexington or we’d have been residing in a resort for 14 days. When Superior obtained our belongings into Lexington their truck broke down until it got into our home (OK, which may occur ), and if they eventually got to our home there were two men from Superior. They waited 4 hours for other people to arrive to assist, and nobody showed up. They contracted 4 men from Craigslist. Not specialist movers. Apart from Superior. Fine guys, but c am on. Not bonded or guaranteed. And clearly no background tests. The truck eventually has been shrouded. And if we went on everything, you can find many various damaged things (ie cracked 47 inch flat screen TV). We estimated approximately $3000 in damage. Since the movement we’ve made many attempts to get Superior through several places to recover the damages. Nobody will respond or assist. My quote was about $8K. At the conclusion they billed me $14K. After they had my things I’d had no recourse except to cover. Please don’t give this company your earnings. The money we invested is missing, as are a few of our things. These men are scam artists. Locate another plumber. Do not be duped.

6/4/2017 ~4:00 PM: Movers arrive, package things, and load truck. When client requested motorist for estimated delivery period, motorist mentions that client support will have to get called. “I simply pick up the material”

6/4/2017 ~9:00 PM: It is time to cover the service. Driver makes an offer to client to waive the staircase and long haul charge, in exchange for $200 cash. Customer declines this deal.

6/5/2017 – Many calls were put to client support during the day. Once joined, client is informed that he will get 24 hr notice prior shipping.

6/6/2017 8:32 AM – Notebook contacts client to supply the load that day. Client requests to push the delivery back into the window of 5pm – 8pm on 6/6.

6/6/2017 9:00 PM – Driver hasn’t showed up yet, so the consumer contacted customer services. Customer support suggests they’ll get in touch with the driver and call back the customer.

6/6/2017 9:47 PM – Client calls customer support again (no reply yet). Client is advised that motorist is delayed as well as the motorist was supposed to get in touch with the client after talking with customer support (this didn’t happen ). Customer support says they’ll call the driver and have him call back straight away.

6/6/2017 9:48-10:50 PM – No reply has arrived in the motorist. 8 more unanswered calls were made to client support and two messages were abandoned.

6/7/2017 10:12 AM – Driver calls client and sets up a supply period for 3:30 pm. When asked about the Last day, the motorist said”they awakened you since you Weren’t prepared in the day”

6/7/2017 2:00 PM – Notebook texts client to tell him they’re running late and will arrive approximately 5 pm.

6/7/2017 6:52 PM – Driver arrives in 4211 Ballard Ave. See claim form for lost and damaged items. Driver provides customer erroneous claim form and contains client call”MovingClaims.net” as opposed to the proper Superior Moving Systems maintain form.

I eventually got my furniture yesterday and to say the least it had been a nightmare. Once I discovered that my furniture was loaded and unloaded 4 occasions by three distinct vendors I understood what state it was likely to maintain. To say the least it had been a nightmare. Nearly every piece of furniture has been damaged or dented. And overlooking boxes. The claim will surpass the price of the movement! Beware of the organization. They shouldn’t be in business!

My girlfriend and I had been going from NJ to GA ( Sept 26-27). I especially told Jake I had to move a 1 bedroom flat, roughly 35- 40 boxes, dining table w/ chairs, mattress, and two coffee tables, and a single publication self. First quote was $1400, as he indicated 300 cubic square feet. I didn’t have any clue what that meant and he promised me it should match together with the things I said. I put down a deposit of about $500 which afterwards learned was non refundable. I’d booked this a month prior to our transfer, and was advised by Jake he’d be my point of contact before the ending and”I’m here for you”. A week prior to my move today, and I have not heard back from Jake, and that I had to transfer my date into a couple of days earlier. I predicted Superior Moving and has been rudely answered by somebody, nether-the-less he transferred my date to Sept 24-25. I needed to phone over 4x two days prior to my big move to find a verification for Sunday, Sept 24on a Sunday.

Sunday, driver shows up at 10:55am, ” he shows me that the”cubic sq feet” at the truck. The 300 cubic sq feet Jake earmarked for us was joke! From now everything was loaded driver calculated 800 cubic sq feet!! My bill went from $1400 to $3000! I’d have been better off obtaining a uhaul and employ a few helpers and also come out roughly half of that cost. Additionally, I had been billed $80 for additional empty boxes, totaling $225.

Long story short, we ended up paying 2987, but were billed initially way less. When the safety deposit has been paid we had NO CHOICE but to proceed with this business, as deposit was non refundable ( we paid $500 deposit).

Our possessions were delivered 3 weeks after our petition date with a broker, not by Superior Moving Systems and a lot of our furniture has been ruined. In another telephone call, I was then told that the owner of Superior”needed the truck for something private”, therefore my private property was offloaded to a storage container and I’d receive my items involving 03/21 and 03/23. Once more, once I called to get an upgrade, I had been confident that it had been in transit. My dispatch did not appear on these dates.

My property was eventually delivered on 03/27, 11 days after pickup. The motorist had a list check off sheet which included only 29 items complete (instead of initial quote of 18 objects and 49 bits ). There was not any backup for me to keep for my documents, although I managed to bring an image of this Bill of Lading. Regardless of my getting paid for the ceremony, the movers wouldn’t unpack my boxes. Once they left, upon unpacking, I discovered garments thrown into boxes with meals at the top (rather than clothes on apparel hangers), more things missing entirely (including irreplaceable family photos ), pricey lamps at a box with no padding and dining table legs at the top, broken dishes, and a broken lamp, and a broken antique glass book end from Scotland. There wasn’t any method of telling these items were broken prior to the movers left, because they wouldn’t unpack.

The BBB has at least 56 complaints against those scammers, but nothing appears to have been done about it.

The sole final payment they’d take was a postal money order, therefore I don’t have any recourse for the excess amount they billed. I don’t value the bait and switch scam they’ve pulled on an older veteran.

I moved from Philly to Las Vegas This past Year. They estimate a very low cost, they then doubled my cost on pickup. DOUBLED. Obviously they made me sign the paperwork until they composed at the last price tag. Then we did not have our things for two months! I can not feel these offenders have not been shutdown yet.

They awakened all of my furniture and also half of my things are missing. And individuals they’d five fired at my private information so they was not even supposed to return to my house to move me and that they had been fired a week or 2 before my transfer this is a poor firm. In company since I figured for sure they weren’t, but I was amazed! They attempted to scam my mother when she moved to Florida two decades back. She signed up the contact, they came a day late, and then after loading all of her possessions into the truck compelled her to sign a contract to get dual to cost. We finally got her possessions back to the first agreed upon cost after calling a national investigator who copes with transferring fraud. I Can’t stress enough, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Each of the positive reviews have to be imitation, since everybody else seems to get exactly the exact same experience together.
