Our stuff has been picked up 11/1. Rather than going to CA in VA, as was proposed, it had been shipped to a warehouse at MD.. Where it bends until the center of this month 11/15. We lived for fourteen days at VA and then fourteen days in CA without a substance. It had been picked up 11/1 to be sent around 11/10. We also provided images upon arrival which our stuff did not take up the distance we had been billed for which was nearly 2K additional we had been billed, 1600cuft versus the approx. 1100 it seemed to carry up. Even a 27 foot truck picked up our belongings but seemingly the 75ft truck that it had been put on would not match new locality. The first-time somebody told us that this was just one day prior to the truck came to the new residence. They had the speech from the afternoon we left the reservation. The price was an extra $1700 due to some Sunday to allow these to put our belongings in a more compact truck and deliver it on us. That price should have been shrouded on day one if we left the quotation. Our efforts to categorize the problem, for that we have images in their truck of these mark of how much distance you consumed, have netted us that we are incorrect and the cost was suitable. They did provide a charge for the money that we spent the afternoon of to move our belongings to a little truck and place it in the home ourselves. But we never got it. Additionally, we paid for a complete service transfer, but needed to transfer all the boxes to the new home ourselves and put the furniture back together. I must have just gone with the large name firms I’d quotations from. They also said that I can do three credit card fees, however about the pickup day demanded that the whole balance in total to utilize a charge card. Basically leaving us no option. We advised them about the very first call we had a firm that approved credit for the entire move. We did not have money for the last pickup. First let me begin off by saying I don’t often give testimonials but believed it was essential to at least share my personal experience so others may ascertain if Sunway is your ideal company in their opinion. Mind you that my expertise might not be exactly the exact same for many others. Secondly after research the majority of the favorable reviews on interpersonal websites are imitation for this business so do your own research. The folks posting are imitation accounts. Because you can see I’m not imitation.

The packing/delivery folks were so friendly and accommodating. Wish I can tell you their names but need no motive for somebody to take down this. However, the sales staff who obtained my company and the supervisor interior who dealt with my problems weren’t people that you need to utilize.

The main point is that we wanted to proceed on a particular date following Christmas. They requested us to move up our date before Christmas so that they could incorporate our stuff into a truck and perform an immediate shipping and match the next quotation. I asked are you really confident with all the vacation they could do this? They said yes!

On the day of pickup in CA to AZ after nearly everything packaged they informed us it wasn’t an immediate delivery due to the holidayseason. They’d unknowingly sent me a brand new quotation during discussions that they upgraded the fine print but failed to tell me about. Triple read what you send you.

It had been too late at that stage to resist or flame them. Everything was put and nearly from the vehicle. We arrived to AZ with just what we packaged for our vehicle. Had to purchase new things because we all waited for our packaged materials. It took more than 2 months to receive our possessions. Quite pricey.

Oh and cannot forget after every thing was in their truck, again too late for all of us to say enough, they stated the quote that they gave us was incorrect and it cost us an additional $2000 as well.

After, I understood that their clinics, I cancelled my contract and that I had been blessed, I got my deposit back after submitting a dispute with my credit card business!

Look carefully at their evaluations, it’s my perception many of the favorable evaluations are false testimonials.
