This really is a horiible moving firm that contracted by a pupil (my kid ) to maneuver a bedroom plus a counch in Savannah to Chicago. We have asked each week for the previous 3 weeks, and each time it is the exact same reply, There is also no escalation of problems, you call and get ahold of somoene who’ll always react with”my manager isn’t here right now” and they guarantee to call you back. They never do. Know your rights, I’ve registered a delayed dispatch claim together with the DoT, also won’t be paying the complete price estimated for my dispatch. They’re legally required to send your items as fast as possible, and also to inform you of any flaws, which they have not done.

Promptness = Promised 7 times. Took per month. Communiction = Non-existent. We needed to call repeatedly to receive any information that was consistently incorrect. They promised to call back several times and nearly never did. That is a bait and switch business. The sales pitch is quite great. Do not fall for this.

This business is the worst not only did they refuse to perform my transfer the required $500 bucks from my account the quotation was nowhere close to the cost said. I am am so stressed out about the scenario this firm is a scam as well as unprofessional. Stay away!

This firm has a license to steal and utilitizes that permit to its benefit entirely.  They could steal [which they did] and ruin items [which they did] without blinking an eye.  Our orginal cost was for $1300 and but finished around $3900 using their”additional” charges.  I had been guranteed they’d delivery the things by using their own people but that was false since they contarcted it into an independent.  When they had all of the things allegedly packed and put on the sidwalk away from the aptartment we were essentially told I needed to pay the purchase price or they were departing with no products. Mr. Kevin Levine, regestried proprietor has to surly appreciate the fruits of these things he viewpoints rather than dellivers. I regrettably retainted them to maneuver my future spouse from Inverness, FL into Newton, AL to be performed on 31 August 2013.  They had been to arrive at the packaging, which I’d organize together , at 11am but finally arrived at 7pm.  From then on it was a nightmare because she needed to be from her flat from the following day.  They had been to package her china, crystal by the 17/1800’s out of England, precious china tea kettle collection and clothes [using clothing boxes that they did not ]. We paid extra for storage, as did not take delivery for approximately 5 weeks, a their”bonded warehouse”. They shot her fur coats and then up them. Put them at bottom of boxes along with plied other things on top which destroyed them.  Suppose to wrap her tea baskets but did not. Upon delivery I had been was billed an additional $250 since the sending driver did not need to back into my drive.  The contractor brought the things in and essentially piled up the boxes and wouldn’t unpack them for our review because we had been his 1st cease and he needed to get to GA to another one.  When they brought from the China Cabinet it had been ruined with pice busted off.  I was told only to find a nail and nail forth. Actual expert!!  The new foam mix mattress was lost and we were simply told that they”forgot” to load it and it was mentioned on delivery invoice. Bottom line of all of the damages/missing items/false fees: billed for brand new boxes however actuallu they had been utilized as had two other variety decals on these; no comprehensive inventory checklist; no apparel boxes utilized; no bubble wrap round tee shirts; overlooking 380 Tarus pistol [witness watched their worker with it]; no mattress; broken china cupboard; damaged/ruined fur coats; family utensils broken; precious vase/statue broken; NO CHINA OR CRYSTAL DELIVERED AT ALL AS NOT ON INVENTORY LIST. I filed a claim for nearly $10,000 in broken, missing and damaged things and discovered we’d recieve just $134 for this and everything comprised $60 for your brand new $585 mattress.  Unfortunately it is the under law that movers may work and we are screwed. Mr. Levine and his company are nothig brief of powerful armed crooks with the law to enhance their lives at the cost of other fine people. IF YOU GET ME DRIFT THEY SHOULD BE BARRED FROM THIS BUSINESS AND SHOULD NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCIMSTANCE BE USED !!!!

This firm name changed three times throughout my dealings together: Suntrust, D D Relocation, subsequently Conway Moving.   I never understood who I was coping.   Wet and ruined posts, brocken posts, and missing things.   Delivery 7 days late.   During packaging, among the movers had been called away in my job (I had been oblivious ).   This left one guy to package, pile and hand bath things down three floors.   The estimated time given to me personally on loading and packaging wea 3 hours, it required a total of 12 hours!!   I compensated for wordrobes for clothing.   My items were thrown to the floor, not one hung up, there were no cupboard sticks in any of those wordrobes.   The majority of my clothes were wet, wrinkled and smelled musty from placing around for 12 times at a box.
This company shouldn’t be”functioning” anyone.   As soon as I attempted to reach a supervisor about my inspector leaving my job, I had been told since it was a Sunday, there was no one available. This business got on Angie’s record, I Don’t Have Any idea.   Save yourself stress when you proceed. . .do NOT employ these individuals.   I realize monetary reimbursement Is Most Likely a lost cause, however I’d very much want to recover a black tote bag Full of generations of photographs.   This bag could be of no use to anybody but me.   I’ll Be submitting a claim, but it could have been a Wonderful customer support gesture if a person could have only assessed with Vince, the driver, to see if it might be located.   All I was told was to”go file a claim”….which I’ll!

I was not convinced about Suntrust moving business! I found reviews on the internet and BBB which made me anxious and I challenged the business! They completely assured me that my furnisher and what will be OK! Plus it’d be at are brand new destination on February 8th! No problem!
Well imagine what it was not likely to be here rather than intended on being here!! It has been transferred twice already and that knows where or if it’s going to be sent! So so upset! I figure the company does not have any morals and do not really care about that customers!

The firm was AWFUL!!! We got an estimate for about $2400 to proceed from FL to VA and AFTER that they loaded our belongings onto the vehicle, they informed us we dropped the distance to the truck and we all needed to cover $6500 complete for its transfer!! They picked up our belongings on friday, we had been told they’d send the sunday; sunday went and came, we did not hear out of them. They then told us we’d make it Tuesday, not arrived. They ended up arriving Wednesday night at 7pm!! They broke lots of our furniture pieces and shattered and broke lots of those tubberware boxes we’d. This is such a waste of time and money. Additionally, the firm had told us that it would be the identical truck and driver bringing our belongings and it was an entirely different sub-contractor and individuals who delivered it, using a different truck. So they’d put our things in storage, and transferred it to a different truck and business; which they informed us especially wouldn’t happen. This business is a scam and so are liers!

This provider is a piece of crap. They were so friendly and nice while on the telephone trying to receive our organization. The pick up team was really nice also. That’s where it stopped. Lie after lie. They lent us a specific amount of cubic feet. They said we’d double that. They refused to send to our door and forced us drive over and hour and a half to receive our stuff. Then almost every product was damaged. They whined about contracting a third party for its transfer. The driver threatened to leave our belongings around the side of the street and murdered at us. We needed to rent a Uhaul to pick up our belongings and we had half as much cubic feet than we paid for. Dispatch will NEVER return telephone calls.

My mum and I contracted with Suntrust to transfer our belongings out of Atlanta, GA to San Francisco, CA at June 2013. We weren’t warned that they had been charging us to the tape before it was too late.  2) FALSE DELIVERY CLAIMS: We are quoted 7-10 times to lose our things and it took them 6 weeks. In the meantime they whined to utilize, prevented our forecasts, and created entirely insane excuses. Ultimately, we needed to find a lawyer required to make sure our belongings would put on a vehicle. In this period we lived in an aviation and invested 1000’s on living costs and eating out.  3) UNAUTHORIZED STORAGE: I signed up a contract saying that I didn’t need storage and yet, Suntrust took our belongings for their own storage center in Miami (the other direction of SF) and stored it for more than 5 months.  4) RIDICULOUS & EXPENSIVE CHARGES: We paid $150 additional for 2 flights of stairs at the first contract. When the movers came to drop off our belongings they advised us that we really needed 8 flights of stairs also that it could be an extra $375 when we needed them to send the material, since they’d a’flight’ to be 7 staircase. We reside on the 3rd floor with stairs which are typical elevation. It was only yet another way to con us. We ended up using them fall the stuff from the reception and hired two men on Craigslist to maneuver up it for about $50 total.  5) BROKEN FURNITURE: MOST of those furniture (that they packaged ) came damaged. We’d corners missing out of our timber furniture, wheels overlooking out of seats and ripped leather. Each box has been smashed, but mercifully I packaged nicely and we just lost a few dishes.  6) SUSPICIOUSLY’LOST’ Item: After unpacking our things we understood the only box overlooking was a very expensive stereo which was packaged in the first box. We tried calling to solve the matter, but they averted our calls, whined and created more explanations. 1 rep actually told me she believed our box has been stolen and that we should only submit a claim. The fundamental insurance they provide you’d reimburse us around $12 to your box despite the fact that the stereo has been worth approximately $800. Following the CEO prevented my calls for 2 months he eventually tried to say that we never needed that box and then that we had been scamming him. As soon as I stated that his firm had been incompetent and either stole or missing the box that he hung me up. How professional!  7) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: Total this business offers THE WORST customer service of any company I’ve ever experienced. They’ll lie for you, prevent you, create crazy explanations for why they dont call you straight back or have anybody that could assist, steal your belongings, break up your things, shout, hang you up, bill you WAY more than you initially have been quoted, and also maintain your things hostage for months.  DO NOT USE THEM OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. We worked with a lawyer at the moving business and also the real movers about the drop daily and both said Suntrust is your worst moving business whatsoever.

I’m rather worried in writing this review.  Even though the furniture wasn’t damaged in the movement, several things went wrong.  To begin with, the sole reason why I booked this business was since in they stated the furniture could be sent from June 11th.  My son was going out to LA from Miami and beginning a new job about the 13th-so it had been excellent. It had been picked up on June 2, 2013.  Ie was roughly $500 greater than the initial estimate. Well, June 11 came and went- so did several days then.   My child had been sleeping on the ground – he eventually went outside to get an aviation in addition to professional clothing because they were all packed with wardrobes from the moving van. More costs which weren’t budgeted! My husband ended up pushing into up the warehouse in North Miami to talk to a individual, because nobody would return our telephone calls.  We kept getting guaranteed that it was departing Tuesday, afterward Thursday, etc.. It eventually left Miami.  Was told it could be sent on Tuesday the 25th. My son requested to leave work early and that they never came. They came on the 26th but could not unload since his furniture was at the front part of the van along with other motions were facing it.  Why they went to him first is uncertain to me.  They moved back this day with just 1 inspector and desired my son to assist unload! Another mover was attempting to acquire a level fixed.  Again, odd and they were not likely to subtract this from the remainder of this invoice.   My son denied and forced yet another moving date. They billed us $250 to get a shuttle truck that wasn’t utilised at the shipping, however they did repay the cash so that I was glad that they followed through.  I’d caution anyone working with this provider.

Last week I needed to transfer my 4 bedrooms home. I contacted this business on via a referral from an internet friend. He said”Give them a chance, you won’t regret it!” I already 2 quotes for my them anyhow, so I contacted them, that the agent was very fine (they generally are. .) ,I chose to employ them and began the paperwork… just after I hired them I read their testimonials and… began to worry! (not even if they had to take the Majority of the stuff into the 2nd floor).   So, Now that I have everything in place and net link, I wanted to thank you! WOW, what a Excellent JOB!
