DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! They have the worst customer support – don’t return telephone calls or emails. Don’t answer their telephones. Chris, the sales rep, gave me a quotation, a contract and period to get a partial movement. Other workers in the business called him a big, fat liar! They then proceeded to maintain my cargo and rather than sending in 4-7 days offered by Chris, or the 21 times they ensured , they took 36 days! This was for my 82 and 84 year old parents who proceeded into memory attention throughout the nation. No personal photographs or artwork in their walls to make the transition easy for them. Very stressful and a lot of unnecessary stress for my elderly parents. The team mislead me during the procedure and were very impolite. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would provide Zero celebrities, but the machine will not let me.

Frankly I sort of expected something like that depending on the original cost, so after speaking to Chris about the telephone, I agreed that I would pay an additional 500 thanks to the growing number of things above my quotation. Chris had informed me that it would be between 2-7 business days before my items will arrive. Following the 10th business day of never visiting my things and phoning the dispatch office free of answer I started to get anxious. I predicted each and every day for a week with no call back or answer. Eventually on the 15th business day somebody called to inform me that they’d be falling off my shipment in 2 hours. No way can I eliminate time. The driver stated there wasn’t any other way and they’d be there in two hours, when I didn’t comply I’d be billed. They said the most recent they can drop off it are the following day at 8am. I would never be billed but I needed to take a day off out of work for the movers to fall off my things. I met with the movers. Box after box which were brought to the storage device were ruined. I was beside myself. Every box needed dents, every box was moist and had oil spots, opened boxes, smashed boxes, boxes without the bottoms. Why are my things moist? It was not raining about the pickup or off the drop date. I really don’t understand the driver stated, he had no answers for me on what to do. I’d carefully wrapped my all white sofas with cling wrap bought from home depot to get a pretty penny. The cling wrap wasn’t any where to be observed, the toes off the sofas were lost, the mounts that hold the toes on the sofas were overlooking. The movers had no answers regarding where they might function, and I hadn’t removed them before wrap them tight. Many of the toes outside the metal bedframe were lost , the box spring was broken in half and was torn to shreds. They really tried to slip in my back and set a bookcase in the corner of their storage device which was literally broken up into 4 unique bits, timber broken in half. They shed my coffee table along with 2 off other tables with no tops even on these, recovered rustic timber gone. They also brought me a box with all the shirts in 1000 bits and only looked at me. My mahogany mattress set which has been my very first real adult buy which I spent thousands on was water stained, dented and scraped despite being wrapped carefully without blankets, bubble wrap and towels. Text novels from clips have been breaking from their bottoms of boxes simply dripping wet, acrylic spots splattered throughout my possessions as though they were nothing.The after day attempted to phone and inform me I did not cover them! I called every day for a month until somebody gave me the promise details. I called every day for a month then to make them send me that the”bill of lading” that I had to complete the claims information. I’ve called each and every week for the past 4 weeks to follow up with no call back. I’m disgusted and horrified. My disgust doesn’t come so much from the cash I dropped from this business moving my things, the hoursI have invested phoning, and shifting my agenda to fulfill their demands, the irreplaceable items which were missing in this movement with no consideration; no the disgust stems from lack of esteem. The absence of respect that they have for me as a client was DISGUSTING.

,I got my quotation out of Chris,that hasn’t returned a telephone after that he got my cash. My items have been picked up on January 9. It’s February the 25th. No shipping. I talked with Ron, and now Jack, that’s if they answer the telephone. They say they’ll call back and that they don’t. I had been ensured by Ron and Jack that my things-will be sent. They can’t tell me in which the furniture is or when it is going to be delivered. Ron explained two he’d call back within one hour. 1 time he said that he had been at the physicians office and could return in two hours, which was months ago. I’m in the practice of needing legal penalties to repay this fashion.

Then they quit all communication and again I was abandoned calling and calling and scrapping money together to receive my things, and whenI eventually get a hold of these and surprise. . .the cost had gone up. Again. So essentially the situation is currently a’Hostage Load’ scenario, and for all those who don’t understand this is a true thing and there’s a department from the authorities that specifically handles such circumstances. These people are liars and thieves. All of my items, all of my history, my possessions are now gone. Once I’d contacted the press and obtained a reporter to become somewhat mediator in this situation to receive my things back, there seemed like there was likely to be a remedy. Following the reporter turned away, but refusing to perform the story that we were likely to perform on these, the communication between me and this business ceased once more, and then, ceased entirely. This was last year around October. I’m now convinced, following going about two years because they took my items, that my stuff is gone, thrown away, trashed, ruined, memories or my family I won’t ever return.
