The move itself went fine. They showed up on time, were considerate, and so were professional movers with the exclusion of messing up paint on my stairway while three men literally pushed my king size mattress via an opening which was too tiny. The most important issue is that they chose a furniture blanket I have and will not respond because I attempt to get it backagain. One of my bits of furniture has been wrapped in a blanket that I have (and furniture blankets are not cheap). Once they unwrapped the furniture that they took the blanket into the truck thinking it was theirs which is an honest error that’s clear. But, I advised them that it had been my blanket and they stated they’d get it for me personally. The movement then got busy again and I forgot about it and then I went for lunch for the team. As soon as I returned the first truck was eliminated and replaced with the next truck, also, my blanket hadn’t been returned. In the close of the movement I told the manager that they had not returned my blanket and that he said he’d return to me. Within a week after he has not gotten back to me. Telephone message made with GM and no one has ever contacted me. Sent email via their site and no one has ever contacted me. So, I guess I’ll need to submit a claim, wait for months to get reimbursed, and promote the military transport office to never give Studdard prospective enterprise.
