Don’t use this company to move you!

They had been horribly slow, a lot of smoke breaks, made several trips when all might have fit in 1 excursion, nearly 3 hours late to initiate the movement, took considerably more than it ought to have. Tried to charge us over $800, talked with director at 11:45pm to explore the difficulties with the movement and eventually got down her $600 (was not even worth that!) .

Damaged 2 pieces of furniture (gauged dresser and also a hole in the pillow of the love chair ), required them to their own warehouse to”fix” them. 7 weeks afterwards, they attracted the”fixed” bits back to us in a state that’s entirely unacceptable! They re-stained the dresser yet another colour (used to be walnut ) so it does not fit the rest of our furniture. They sewed the gap at the love seat (that not just looks bad but will clearly come aside when sat on). Both pieces seem worse than they did if they took them to have mended. Now they are telling us they will give us $300 for the two bits! No way we could replace both bits of furniture with 300.

Can NEVER use them again and that I strongly discourage anyone else from using them!
