Our transfer was August 2017 it’s currently January 2018. It’s been over 4 weeks since we’re dealing with this situation. We’re left with a broken bed, broken shelving, and shattered image frames, broken paper sockets, and numerous things to record. We’ve been not able to get hold of the owner/John also it’s been a hassle to document claims. Not only did they harm nearly all those items. 100 percent of those things were eliminated and repacked. Should be mentioned that all of our items were tagged, sealed and organized in a particular fashion and so were returned to us 3 weeks afterwards fully repacked, unlabeled, and randomly sprinkled. For instance; kitchen things with toilet products, cleaning materials with clothes, husbands suits packaged well and dry washed and returned crumpled and destroyed. I recommend you to please DO NOT trust them. We’ve lost more than we now have in moving prices.
We attempted to offer them the benefit of this doubt multiple occasions and they’re reluctant to assist when we requested them to find our stolen things. We aren’t understating the term”stole” the things were eliminated in their unopened producers packaging. Case in point; Apple TVs, ps4, and other electronic equipment. Day after day, week after week, however they never called us back and never returned mails. So to make a bad situation much worse, they whined about their transport price and estimate, we were quoted $900 for its transfer to wind up getting a $1400 invoice that we had been made to pay to get our stolen and broken things. (I can include photographs ).
The claims you wind up filing aren’t inside the organization but using a third party company that take approximately 30-60 days to process the paperwork.
