This is going to be the second time in 4 decades I’ve utilized Stout Moving and Storage. Stout’s team showed up over the timeframe I anticipated and as always they were so professional, respectful and went the excess mile to be certain my antiques had been shielded. I would strongly recommend this business to anybody since they’re completely excellent all the way round. The same as the very first time they transferred me there were not any surprises or problems. They left me comfortable and that I could unwind and do the different items I had to perform while they did their own job. Thank you Stout!

I wouldn’t suggest this business even though my life depended upon it. Where do I begin? I had been told they’d call me until they came. I needed to call shipment to obtain an estimated moment. They did not call until they came. Was a hour and 1/2 following the time period. Insisted there could be additional costs for packing my items that were packaged and also for additional distance utilized. I wound up paying an additional $800. When they had been loading my boxes along with Rubbermaid bags they weren’t careful dropping a while and using contents thrown out then pushing them back to boxes. They even broke a few my Rubbermaid bags. I needed to request them to tape it so that it would remain together! Their mobile phone were always going off also! They denied a bank certified check stating they would be unable to cash it in each nation. I checked with my bank and that’s a lot of bull! They want you to invest in money. Sketchy! When my things came I had several matters ruined, more shattered and broken Rubbermaid bags, one even came back empty! I have tried contacting them through telephone, email, and text however, still no reply after many efforts! Never in all my life and the numerous times I have transferred (coming from a military history ) have I witnessed such a sloppy, unprofessional and disrespectful firm! Honestly I think that a bunch of 10 year olds could do a much better job!

A few of my things were broken since the breakable things were simply packed together with nothing to safeguard them. However, the most bizarre part were the lost things, such as my TV, blue ray player, and first and foremost my father’s pool pole that was the one thing I needed to remember him by.

This firm ended up charging 149 percentage of the”binding” quote. They lost a few of my possessions, such as a headboard/footboard and also two big wardrobe boxes. They ruined several other possessions, managing my items so about this Rubbermaid tubs were also shattered. They’ve been completely restricted to my own complaints post-move and refuse to do anything else to correct the many problems they made.

I had a transfer from Florida to Colorado. I had my doubts with all the reviews I’d seen and had been fearful I was likely to get hit on the head with this particular move. I got the call in your dispatch manager just like I had been advised it would occur (24hrs before my two day window of pickup). They allow me to know when to anticipate the movers to reach my home. After the truck came, the men were quite professional and friendly. Didn’t wind up being the way, the men were fair with me. I have billed and additional $500.00. The products were tight, such as my fooseball table, my own poker dining table and another few couches in the cellar with a couple more boxes. That conclusion went really smooth, they have been performed in 5 hours. My second fear was that they’d lose my things, or my electronic equipment will be stolen or my furniture will be stored up. Gladly, that wasn’t the situation. I received a telephone 24hrs before the shipping so that it enabled me to make structures in my job to have the ability for my things. The men were quite fine again and quite professional. They place my furniture at which I asked. It went smooth again and that I was so relieved! NOTHING WAS MISSING! I was soo happy. I’d certainly use them again. I called my representative, Steve, also advised me that he had been correct regarding the testimonials and that what he gave, his firm delivered.

Don’t use this particular company I never watched anybody from Stout. I went through 3 firms ahead of the furniture touched me. I had been quoted $5099 and ended up spending over $7800 and didn’t ship a whole lot of things initially that I informed them I had been. 25 boxes have been left on porch I’d like to take within myself. Cabinet was dented things missing. I compensated for expert moving and obtained amateurs I’ve left messages for more than a week using Stout nobody will return my phone.

I would strongly suggest avoiding this business in any respect costs. Not even sure where to begin with this one. They increased his binding contract dollar level from doublesided. And then once the movers got into the home the afternoon of the transfer they increased it again. The truck which showed up in the driveway to remove all of our belongings had a hint duct taped into the drivers door although the signal wasn’t for Stout. It had been really disheartening to see our possessions be loaded on a truck which wasn’t with that our deal was with. Movers smelled of smoke, smoked continuously, utilized unprofessional language in spite of our two year old gift, requested me to buy them dinner but then didn’t pay me for it, showed up hours late, and were very much amateurs. They place tape right onto all of our timber furniture, therefore when we eliminated the tape it peeled varnish from the timber. They pulled everything into enormous”apparel” boxes which we needed to cover (that weren’t apparel boxes but we surely got billed for them anyhow ). After unpacking, we discovered items out of our kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and garage all in 1 box. Quite unprofessional. We had been assured that the foreman who picked up our possessions are the exact same one to provide in our new home, but that he was nowhere to be viewed. Our things had been picked up on a Friday and we had been guaranteed delivery in our new house by that next Friday. Stout place our things in a storage device at our town and did not come supply our possessions before that NEXT Wednesday. They did not satisfy our time needs or their period guarantee to people. The business is not possible to get a grasp of and prevents customers. After I was eventually ready to get a grasp of their customer support supervisor, she hung up on me twice because I wanted answers on if we’d get our possessions. She attributed other clients as the reason why we weren’t getting our possessions (almost a week later than promised). I started to believe the organization was a scam and that I feared the worst. When we eventually did get oir possessions, countless things were bankrupt. Our drier was lost some time stringing (broke off) and the port was lost. My mum toy chest was lost wood bits all together. My grandmas dishes which she handed me down are all shattered. The list continues on and on. The men who sent our things were not awarded the key to the storage device, so that they needed to pay to get the lock trim. They did not have our contract with all stout and naturally their truck also didn’t state stout about it. There was not any stock system and we’ve yet to locate everything. These delivery men explained that they despise stout and all the people today smoke marijuana in the rear room and it’s by far the most unprofessional business they’ve ever contracted with (although stout told us that they do not contract with anybody , they do all of their own work). I’ve tried getting a grasp of stout because the end of November without any chance (it’s currently into January). Nobody will return a telephone call. Sincerely, please don’t use this firm. I really don’t want anybody to go through what we’ve gone through with them.
