I went to place my son’s mattress back together to discover the the long screws and what that the screws enter (sorry, but I am not certain what they’re called) were missing. I instantly called Steve and told me since I didn’t need the truck to return with the screws onto it. He said he’d provide the motorist a telephone and phone me back. STI has the worst customer support I’ve ever received.
