    Bad experience and disappointing resolution

Despite going within my moving checklist many times, he estimate supplied by Statewide was HALF of what I ended up paying because they under-estimated the cubic feet I had. The carrier they utilized refused to talk with me, just my fiancé’ (although it had been my name on the paperwork).   When my things were eventually delivered, the man showed around 2 hours late and Virtually Every box and thing I had was crushed or broken Somehow.   The only thing they tried to re-assemble was badly done because somewhere along the way they dropped All of the screws to my mattress frame.   I had two pieces of furniture in pieces- one so poor I could not even fix it.   Additionally, I ended up lost two boxes and obtaining two things Which Weren’t mine.   They never followed up about the lost things and the claims procedure took forever.   End outcome – because of all of the loopholes they provide themselves, my $735 assert is being paid in $74.

    Excellent from start to finish

I was moving a classic china cabinet which has been my grandparents.   I had always admired this bit and if it had been passed down to me I had been thrilled.   It’s irreplaceable curved glass.   I had been very worried about it creating such a lengthy move but my worries were unfounded.   New Times /Statewide Relocation took such pains to make sure it came in excellent condition.
Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and professional.   The men who picked up in addition to the individuals who delivered were super careful with my items.   I was very impressed with the way they wrapped the pieces of furniture that I had been moving.   They delivered within the allowable time period.   I phoned Barbie to request an ETA and that she had been really nice and helpful.
    I’d certainly use them again

I’ve moved 15 days from Alaska to Florida from the past 45 Decades.   I understand a fantastic mover once I get one!

    Completely deceiving!

Completely incompetent and unprofessional! Not the skilled movers I anticipated. They asked for more money than the binding quote! No liability for movers or client support!  While I knew our minimum things were only the rest of a complete load I never uttered them to be unloaded and reloaded multiple times thus causing harm.

    SORRY COMPANY

I haven’t used this business, I’m writing because my niece has. There’s awful communicating between the workplace employees & the client. The workplace is also quite unfriendly & don’t head hanging around the phone on you. (VERY PERFESSIONAL HUH? ) ) Case in point: the moving truck was suppose to be in her flat between 9:00 am & 11:00 am they revealed at 2:30 pm, NO telephone call or nothing. Should they must wait on you they bill 100.00 a hr., what’s the gap between them awaiting & the client waiting, for every hr. She waited 100.00 should have come off her invoice. Another Example, she had been advised on a Tues. that the truck could send at 5-7 business days. Well two hrs. Afterwards she received a call stating the truck was about to send on Thurs. the exact same week. Mind you she’s a 1300 mile road trip from NC to Texas. They stated if the drivers needed to wait it’d be 100.00 a hr., again what about the period the client waits on the motorist. Oh & the cost went up nearly 800.00 in the quoted cost.  Who knows when the shipping is going to be made or what the state of her merchandise will be.  This Bunch Is Ridiculous. I’d NEVER EVER recommend them to anybody. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau. What a means to run a company:-LRB-   *** I place never in the shipping status because the merchandise ahve not been sent once this has been written.

Ruined all of my items, missing parts

What a dreadful experience. This firm took apart all of my infant things that must never be accomplished! But even worse, they dropped the hardware into our crib (must purchase it in the stroller firm – $80), shattered our changing table and then ruined our 200 top seat. Also as broken boxes, broken crib sides, broken couch thighs, quite pricey leather donut chair had tape placed right on it!!! are you kidding me?! Can you yourself a favor and proceed with ANYONE else rather than the organization. Oh, and that I still have yet to be given a penny for some of the harm. We needed to wind up disputing with all our c.c. business. Awful.

#EpicBull$hit. Overcharged, missing items, threatened auction

Wow, this is the single worst experience of my entire life and I’ve dealt with some severe blows. I had been quoted $1,800 for a 1 bedroom apt transfer (no dining area ) – therefore a master bedroom and family area.
They picked my stuff up and introduced it into my new residence state and advised me that the balance was nearly $4,000 (after paying off the first $1,000 down). I explained that I do not have this; I’d budgeted to the borrowed sum. Stephanie stated then they’d auction my things to cover the balance. I inquired what will happen to the rest of the earnings because I’ve a huge a$$ tv and electronics in the marketplace, once she pays the equilibrium together with all the auction. She stated”we maintain it. Everything goes to us for those who do not pay within 30 days”. I said”you’re requesting 3x the quoted cost; I want time to find the money together!” She said no. I noticed that the cords to my own television had been gone along with the surround audio (after after I unpacked). Thank God it was not too pricey to replace.
Besides the price, they billed me $600 to get a broker fee bc once I filled out the form on line, Brad out of Budget Van Lines phoned me and steered our telephone to Statewide. For this 20 second trade, Brad has been compensated $600 BY ME. That I never consented to and was not explained to me personally. OMG that was dreadful. Please don’t use this business. They have been so fine in the beginning, I picked them for the. Do not fall for it just like I did. I made out a line of credit to cover them so that I could continue to keep my things; that is another matter – that they only accept cash or certified money purchase….seems somewhat shady for me. . .BEWARE

Worst experience of all time... Epic Fail

Today is day 10 of my search to relocate to Florida… My material nonetheless has yet to come. I’ve talked to the guy driving the truck nonetheless and it’s 9 hours and you fall off away.
The agent misquoted $$ and alerting us of this pickup and delivery period. They then didn’t possess a driver advised to really push my items into Florida so that they sat for 5 times in storeage at Georgia… They had been”incapable” to confirm WHERE they had been untill that Monday. If they were asked regarding the contract and the number of times this could happen (0-6) we had been told”Oh, then we all rely diffrently” WHAT???
In General, the staff. . Barbie and Stephanie were unprofessional, unhelpful, liars, who’s only task is to receive your cash and shut up you. They’ve no care for you or your own things. I really could go on and on…. But please, do not seek the services of this provider.

We’ll find out what happens tomorrow…. Shipping was supported between 1 & 8… but I’ve already been advised by the driver that it will be afterwards…. Who knows exactly what that means. Will post more if items have been broke or lost. . I am hoping for the ideal!!!

    Never ever use them!!! beware!

I really looked at plenty of reviews before reserving a business…
And I ever chose this business I don’t understand even how I stopped them up…

We packaged all of our things and weighed against them even when they stated that we needed to pay additional for what? 1 bed one couch 20 sticks $$$$ they’re liars unprofessional…

Very great staff they can be I suspect that they offer them a distinctive training
So that they can lie readily to your own face…

I paid additional cash maybe not for them to fold my mattress and place up it I really do have the image of my mattress you won’t think how it ended…

So recall and never ever use them.
All of my life I have transferred back and forth but never did I see this type of business…

The motorist that tells you that the entire story is that the celebrity he speaks so much and informs you this type of story you cannot think and they even changed the shifting speed in my contract I’d obtained an arrangement for 2000 signed for like 2300 they shifted it 2500 then ultimately 2800 how is?

I really don’t know so please please do not call them or if you do you are going to wind up composing here.

If you think you were scammed most likely you were

You have to contact FBI because they function across states lines. They’ll always and I am constantly over control if by cf or by pounds. I have witnesses it firsthand. I lost my work together with them for needing to perform it and become a opportunistic crook since they are. They’ll use unique approaches from leaving tremendous gaps when packaging the vehicle to make it look like much more quantity or intentionally weighting truck using wheels partly out of scale to control real trucks weight. Most employees will look another way. Some have no option if they don’t wish to become jobless because I along with a hand idiot really delight in ripping out you of your cash. All of this is apply from the owner certainly. Sorry people but if you’d already used them you probably paid over 1200 than you need to of. And yes, that’s the least the desire the foremans to deliver over real cost. Either that or hit on the street as they did me. Take it out of me 9 yrs of experience with several distinct businesses and ex-employee.

    Ghetto Moving Company

These folks NEVER showed up & NEVER predicted on the afternoon that they were also scheduled. They revealed a day late with 3 really muscularly contested guys in a vehicle the size of a mini van. They then wanted to bill me an extra $95 per hour for any reason. I talked with the manager who stated that I was able to cancel the transfer because they have been a day late, but he still charged my debit card $365 to get a cancellation fee. Thank God I’ve Wells Fargo. I wouldn’t let these people today move me from HELL.

    Scam

Bottom Line Up Front: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you’re a great man, you do not deserve to have those low-life, seedy, waste-of-space folks steal your cash. The final thing which you want whenever you have the strain of a relocation is an ordeal as if you’ll go through with those individuals. I hired AA Auto & Home Movers (after obtaining a quotation from Mark from NJ, aa-automovers. Com ) to perform my move throughout the nation and also they subcontracted my occupation (without telling me) to Statewide relocation (from Miami, FL statewiderelocation.com). What a nightmare that this was be! The pickup man (a seedy Israeli chap called Amnon) was 4 days late and came to do my work at the middle of the night the day after that I was supposed to get abandoned! He even took a while to load my mattress, sofa and 12 moderate sized pre-packed boxes to his totally packed trailer, busting some bad unknowing other client’s images and vacuum cleaner across the way. He needed to empty a lot of his trailer in to my drive to squeeze a few of my things in. Then he put a few of my boxes to his taxi since his trailer was complete. After he had all of my possessions loaded and secured up he said that my quotation for about $1200 (quoted using certain detail of a two pc sectional sofa, twelve 18″x18″x16″ sticks along with also a queen sized mattress, box spring and also head/footboard from Mark in AA) was just half of what it ought to be and that I needed to sign his own paperwork to allow him to proceed together with the delivery. That is where I think his firm broke the law. Amnon whined about exactly what my cubic footage was, also by holding my possessions ransom he compelled me to sign a paper agreeing. Since it was 3AM and I couldn’t reach anybody in the primary office in AA or Statewide Relocation, I had been actually held hostage to signal. The following day that the creepy dispatcher using a split character (Barbie) essentially said that it wasn’t her problem, which I did not employ her business but instead AA movers,” and that the motorist was only from a business that she contracted (United Moving Services, LLC from NJ, USDOT: 2086779/mc:736661). I contended that it had been her firm that required the prepaid certified check payable to”Statewide Relocation” that would be the company that she works for, along with also her contracted business that lied about how big my burden but somehow she just did not find it was her difficulty since she already had my cash, and now my things. Additionally, I contended that my quotation detailed especially, despite measurements, the whole load. It didn’t make a difference to her. After a few months of is determined by when I’d receive my things, and roughly where it even was, I got a call from a different motorist (Alex). He jumped to order to me that he does not care that his firm said specifically to buy a certified check to its exceptional (but fraudulently inflated) equilibrium, which he’d accept only money. This compelled me to get money wired to get a $50 charge in my bank accounts back into my prior home nation. I had been provided a period of time of 10am-2pm for the delivery that, needless to say, came and went with no word from the motorist. So I called to ask about what his newest estimated arrival timing was. An hour after he came and to my own amazement had all of my things. Alex was not the only professional which I experienced for this organization and he actually does not appear to match the mould of the others in the business. Not quite certain why he works to this particular business because he’s undoubtedly a cut or two above the rest of those clowns. My stuff has been sent with minimal harm for $800 over it should’ve been. I guess that’s worth a star. Although I’ve decided to not sue to get the $800 that they stole from me personally, I’m still likely to take legal actions against the two AA, Statewide move, along with United Moving Services by submitting a formal criminal complaint with the Attorney General’s offices at the Florida and New Jersey. If you don’t wish to manage all of this as I did, then please find a different, more professional/reputable carrier to the transfer.

    Terrible moving experience

The title of the firm contracted with has been”National Geographic,” however, the firm which came to do the true inspector had been”State Broad Relocation.” Movers scheduled 4-6 before coming but ultimately showed up at 9:30 p.m. (on a weeknight) and then spent three hours transferring contents of flat down three flights of stairs that understandably resulted in neighbors calling the authorities b/c of their sounds. Authorities were understanding but had been an embarrassing encounter all around. And then we were billed $4500 although the initial quote was $2200. We anticipated some modification in the last cost but over double the initial quote was crazy –a classic”bait and switch” ruse! This business should just not be permitted to operate.

    DO NOT USE!!

Where do I even begin? After reserving my transfer through another firm, somehow I ended up being passed along to Statewide Relocation. Pickup had been a day late (because of weather, so I could understand that) nevertheless I obtained NO COMMUNICATION from them once they’d my things. On day 10, I gave them a phone to determine where my stuff had been and was told”it could appear Thursday or Friday” – later hearing NOTHING ago (once I had been told I would get 24 hours notice), called them back on Friday and had been informed”will probably arrive this weekend”). Eventually got a call on Saturday by somebody who barely spoke English telling me that he MIGHT arrive Sunday afternoon or perhaps that evening. Had to hurry home and WAIT about to allow these to arrive (the office has been shut & the motorist did not answer his mobile phone).

My things eventually came late on Saturday morning and I was instantly ripped off to get a 75″long haul charge” if my flat is literally steps in the parking lot. I had just 1 person unloading my possessions, the vehicle driver, along with the procedure took FOREVER. I had been made incredibly uncomfortable with the motorist as he repeatedly hit on me while I was alone in my own apartment. All my boxes came really beat up, together with several FRAGILE branded boxes came UPSIDE DOWN. The driver provided no aid so far as carrying boxes for their planned chambers and that I had been left with a heap of 20 thick boxes in the center of the living space. As soon as I unpacked I’d a few glass things shattered once they were carefully packed away.

And now I am, nobody cares or will hear and that I believe EXTREMELY ripped away. I would certainly prevent Statewide at all costs and attempt to obtain an honestand professional moving service.

    Statewide & Budget

Budget is the 2nd worst business for any service I’ve ever employed. Budget is a moving agent and employed Statewide Relocation to your pickup and Rapid Transfer for your delivery. All
Three appear to be in cahoots. Budget quoted a very low cost (2459.) .When Statewide came early that they increased the cost to $6000. I had no additional recourse.Other carriers offered me
6-7 k which wouldn’t include the 806 nonrefundable deposit. I had been told this cost was a result of last minute requirement. Statewide then guaranteed 24 hour advance
notice. The company (Quickmove) called at 11:30 AM and wished to deliver instantly.
This has been gotten around however, the two Quickmove workers arrived at 8:30 PM and didn’t leave till 1 AM. I had been made to sign a list checklist without even verifying and was advised from the motorist’do not worry it is all there.’ Another man didn’t speak English. The delivery people explained that they were not advised of this 24 hour advance telephone. They didn’t even get the job till 18 hours before delivery. DO NOT TRUST BUDGET,STATEWIDE,OR QUICKMOVE. Budget explained whatever was required to find the contract. Statewide & Budget don’t have poor customer support;they don’t have any customer support. This whole move was a nightmare and I haven’t even finished unpacking yet. Thus Far I’ve found sev-
Eral items broken up and a few things which were packed with marked boxes for simple identification are
Missing. DO NOT TRUST BUDGET,STATEWIDE,OR QUICKMOVE. STATEWIDE IS THE WORST OF THE THREE.

    Very unprofessional

When we first spoke to this business, John, the”VP” told us that other firms charge more since they are just middle men and that statewide movers will not contract out and that is why they’re more affordable. Complete lie. Not that we’d have cared anyway when they contracted outside for our cross-country movement. During your first dialog, John will go on and on about how good of testimonials they have and will inform you to search on your own. Do not be fooled. They are phony. All of the testimonials which are bad are a bit more believable. They say that they provide 24/7 customer support on their site. Again – complete lie, and possibly the most frustrating part of the entire experience. You won’t hear from them again. Every number listed in their website is redirected back into John’s mobile phone and thus don’t even bother. The only person you’ll hear from is your drivers if you are lucky. We did at one point get a woman on the phone who had been ridiculously rude and that had been so antsy to get off the telephone. She kept trying to get any motive to”need to phone me back.” Nobody could possibly call you back. Last, see what you sign. Once you register the paperwork they’ll fill data in after. Ensure everything is filled with all of the way prior to signing. This company is unethical and after speaking to the drivers who delivered our items, ends up Statewide Movers whined on paperwork to them too. They’re unethical, unprofessional, and ought to be ashamed. If you truly wish to observe how professional this provider is, really read their site. It is filled with misspellings, bad grammar. That is a red flag if any. I wish we’d have done so. What is even more funny is that in precisely the exact same quantity of time it required them to compose those bogus testimonials, they can call their clients brush or back up on client service abilities. Customer service goes along way and word of mouth will neglect this provider. We finally paid the exact same amount we’d have if we’d have gone with a valid firm. Save yourself the frustration.

    Worst moving company EVER

No matter what you do, don’t use this moving business. They underquote you initially and then move to jack up the cost upon pickup. Our initial quotation surfaced nearly $1,000. In addition to that, they’re impolite — at one point that they really threatened to turn the vehicle around and then take our possessions back into the State where they had been picked up. They induced nothing but pressure during the whole movement, and then tried to prevent our calls once they understood that people were disatisfied. Save yourself the sanity and don’t use this provider.

    Horrible All Around

All I will say is do NOT under any conditions use this business. I hired a different moving company who subsequently contracted out for the organization. They were hours late to the pickup, days late on the fall off and then showed up with boxes which seemed like they’d been through a war. I’d multiple things severely broken and dirtied. They’re not possible to get in contact with and receive direct answers. In addition they showed up in a massive truck to provide into an apartment complex and then told me that I needed to pay $500 extra to the place before they’d unload anything because their truck would not fit in the flat complex. We registered a claim and obtained barely anything compared to that which was damaged and lost. Overall, do NOT rely on them Stage!

DO NOT USE - DAMAGED PROPERTY

I handle a Self Storage facility from Spring Valley, CA along with State Broad Relocation transferred among our tenants in their storage device. Not merely were the motorists incompetent and rude, they irreparably damaged among the metal storage structures and an embankment having a keeping control.

They might have quickly turned the vehicle around by forcing a brief distance across our whole lot but instead chose to choose a”short cut” and rear up an embankment, damaging a keeping curb. In the method they pulled back and forward repeatedly hitting the doorway of a storage device, damaging the building prior repair. Replacement of this construction will probably charge a minimum of $15,000 and will need the displacement of numerous tenants. We’ve filed a police record and therefore are chasing criminal malpractice fees against State Broad Relocation along with their parent firm.

Also the movers ruined multiple things belonging to our renters such as a precious bike, tool boxes and other things, and they transferred the incorrect boxes to storage.

    USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

As a storage centre a lot of people ask for suggestions on going aid and we’d NEVER recommend this business to anybody.

    As bad as it gets

I highly, highly suggest everyone remain far away from employing this business. They’re unprofessional and jagged. I will Provide you the abbreviated version of narrative:

Two guys show up a day early to transfer our things, reeking like smoke (not smoking either). The major mover proceeds to shout at us for having a lot of material to get a two bedroom flat, once we have significantly less than nearly everybody we know. Then he appears and doubles the exact quotation into 3000. Then after its all packaged, and at the vehicle, he rips it, again to 3800 approximately.

Then after 4 times I call to learn where my stuff will be across the way. They refer me to the own driver, who speaks no english. Fortunately I talk some broken Spanish and now I got from him that he had been in NYC and wouldn’t be here for at least 4 times. In addition, he explained that he hadn’t ever heard of statewide movers. What the…?

Ultimately the men arrive per week and a half after in a distgusting sizable moving truck. Every bit of my furniture STUNK such as a musty/moldy rooms. The only good thing I’ll say is that the men that showed up to float, although they did not speak much english were fine men and worked quite tough. I really don’t hold them accountable.

Several different troubles, I had been treated like crap with their customer support, and my forecasts were always not returned. I had been told I could cover a CC or debit card and then was advised by the driver in the 11th hour that I needed to earn a check payable for him. The motorists overtly hit on my wife.

So yeah, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this garbage business.

These folks are greedy and sneaky! I requested them each question I could possibly ask to get well prepared and ensure were not any further transferring fees. The salesgirl didn’t tell me what! When the movers showed up I ended up charging me to get additional space on the vehicle once I told her what in my stock along with absurd rates for additional packaging material for example my sofa, and that the salesgirl said I did not have to be concerned about. They create their own random rules and costs as they see fit. Crazy pricey credit card surcharges which were never revealed in the first contract! The dispatch girl then gets loudly and flirty with you once you question her. A movement that was initially quoted at 1060 was 1778! AWFUL!! STAY AWAY!!!

    Totally Destructive an Unprofessional!!!!

After reading the fantastic reviews posted about Statewide Relocations, I chose to employ them all for the out of state go. Everyone appeared useful and fine, before I passed my cash. The movers who picked up my things attempted to hustle me to get more cash, saying that my delicate items had more bubble wrap and unique casing (two pieces of card board at $160), that I refused to cover considering the products were already overly wrapped. The movers afterward attempted to inform me that my next sofa (a chaise) wasn’t on the record, therefore that I would need to pay additional; clearly he didn’t understand that it had been known as a chaise, that was really recorded. As soon as they understood they weren’t likely to create any excess pocket cash in my transfer they jumped to disassemble my things and transfer them out. I had been sure to trick them anyhow when they have been finished. A Couple of days Before my furniture

    They damaged nearly everything

This firm damaged almost everything we transferred, because of their neglect and carelessness, and they subsequently refused to compensate us for those damages. They”shielded” that a marble-topped vest with a single blanket and nothing more; the shirt predictably broke. Our iMac computer was first at original packaging which comprised thick, thick wrought iron, and they were able to crack this foam and also to bend the bottom of the iMac. The foundation is solid steel, therefore I can’t imagine the force that they needed to apply the box to get this done. They didn’t shield a classic hutch, that had been damaged in the movement. They didn’t protect many clearly fragile things but rather threw them into right into a bigger box, which predictably led to those being broken or otherwise damaged irreparably. They billed multiple”long-carry” charges which were unwarranted given the spaces they needed to transfer our possessions. The team who donned our items feigned shock in the way things were packaged and they promised me they’d ensure we were cared for in relation to recompense; rather , they vanished as soon as I discovered them. I filed an insurance claim but also the policy provided wasn’t nearly enough to compensate for its compensation, and the employer failed to do the ideal thing and cover the harm they did. I’ll be suing them in tiny claims court because of this. Nobody should have to bear that which we’ve had to bear in coping with them. They refuse to accept responsibility and be liable, and it is really sickening. I’ve got loads of images to back my statements up.
