Stars and Stripes Movers

I’ve had some fairly terrible support earlier, but have not felt the necessity to write a review before now. Regardless of who you talk to (I talked with many distinct people on the telephone ), this business provides that the WORST service I’ve ever experienced. Not only was that my car wasn’t picked up for 5 days following the requested date with NO ONE returning my phone calls, but they also chose to up my cost 200 the afternoon of transport.
After eventually obtaining a motorist scheduled to pickup my vehicle, he had been and additional two days late just to appear! And billed me ANOTHER $200 since my car has been loaded (that S&ST stated was fine ). When talking with SST relating to this they had been rude and stated it was not their problem that it had been up into the driver – that didn’t explain that with ME before departing with MY car. As soon as I got mad with all the extra expenses, Alex even had the audacity to question whether the automobile was even my home! This firm provided dreadful company, doesn’t even start to understand what customer service was and is simply not really worth my time. Frankly, I’d provide them negative stars if I could.

I had been so happy I would use a business that’s owned and run by a Veteran. Well, both that showed up nearly 3 hours late have never functioned. Although the movers came almost 3 hours late, things were alright. I then discovered that a split in the wood of my armoire. I never came out and detained anybody yet 1 employee toook crime to me mentioning that I heard a cracking sound a moment sooner. He jumped to question my own motives and ethics. I don’t have any clue how the split in the timber occurred and as I’d suggested. I never got a note of apology by the organization or perhaps a telephone call. Forget a partial settlement for my time awaiting them. Not even a ohone call suggesting when they’d arrive. I had been told by the motorist which they could not predict because their telephone was dead, nevertheless it had been used to shoot pictures a couple of minutes after. Dead? I suppose not! Terrible experience. My son is a 100% disabled veteran, and this provider is a embarassment to those who have functioned. What ever happened to accepting accountability?
