Worst experence I ever had. They strove to go up on cost once they came by 3600.00. Eli the director of this company is a complete rip off. The mover themselves dont care for the belongings at all they grab and fall without a maintenance where things go. The FBI must investagate this moving business since they are complete crooks. Dont be fooled by this firm vomete rip off.

If I could give them no stars I would. Raised our cost significantly in the center of this transfer. Missing a number of our items. Refused to pay the ground to prevent scratching. Business they called us to submit a claim is a scam. Do not use them.

‘s been a entire nightmare from day one with Spirit Van Lines!
1. They billed me 1k over the previously agreed price when They loaded my furniture up
2. Pickup afternoon was only one day later than the specified timeline
3. Missing one box filled with weeds and sentimental Products
4. Three weeks worth of back and on to document settlement
5. Eight months because the moving day, they still have not reimbursed me.
Now I have given up on this box that they dropped. I have called them 15-20 days in the last month about the payoff ($72, and it is a whole joke). They either say the accountant is not there or they’ll start looking to it and will return my phone. Needless to say they never did. This day they explained that my situation was closed and that the payoff was inaccessible and hung me up! This is definitely the most unprofessional, rude and dishonest bunch of individuals I have encountered. I would really like to understand how they stay in business. Please, even if you are thinking about using them, speak to me first. I would gladly provide you with additional information and convince one to run off from these. Nobody should ever go through what I have needed to.
