The Good:

My sales agent Mercedes was quite responsive before I signed the contract, along with the movers picked my stuff up. Up till this time, my encounter with Spartan Van Lines was quite optimistic.

The Bad:

Their”Guaranteed Cabinet Window” is basically meaningless. I had my things picked up on 07-22-2020, also in accordance with my contract, my Guaranteed shipping Window would be 07/23/2020 – 8/13/2020. It’s now nine days after (8/22/2020), also I haven’t got my things or some other phrase in my own driver. I contacted my sales rep, Mercedes, however she couldn’t give me some information regarding the positioning of my belongings and said I need to phone the”Dispatch Team.” Finding a grasp of this shipment staff has proven exceptionally tough.
