Needed to relocate some of my own furntiure I left in storage in the atlanta area, back to my new residence in Bradenton florida, I advised an onsite quote about 2 weeks a visit with Benjamin in Southern vanlines, we met in the storage device amd per day after they quoted 2100 that I discovered for a readonable cost, he guaranteed me they will pick this up and that I will find another day delivery down here in florida since they will be driving down it, a week ago I met the team in the storage facility it took them less then 3 hours to load up everything, secure my belongings and began driving, Johnny the motorist and his team were very proffesional, and you could tell they had years of expertise, they assembled down my furniture here in florida, it did shoot them also about 3 hrs on the shipping side of this transfer, which was ideal, thanks Benjamin and Southern vanlines for making my transfer such a simple moving trade!

Needed to transfer my office distance from sc into ga, came around that business on the internet, talked to a wonderful woman named sally, she had been quite nice to consult with a helped me out a great deal, stopped reserving the transfer together, I could say that I couldn’t be more pleased with their solutions, the men showed up at seven am (4men team ) and made it all done the exact same day, leo that the forman was good to use, thank again. . Very trustworthy and fast, only moved in my own studio flat to my new location here in Peachtree Corners, Rico and the team did a fantastic job and are here today offloading, thanks to men.

Two weeks ago my husband needed to relocate to Los Angeles for work. I investigated moving businesses but a buddy of mine urged southern van traces in Atlanta. I can not say enough great things about these! First of all Sam and Sally were quite supportive and cautious. They made certain I explained every thing I needed to proceed along with what was required for this. They made it this effortless trade. The afternoon of I believed such a relief not to be stressed out, Leo showed up and filled everything together with the group. Their staff was really friendly and easy going. I’d certainly recommend them to anybody that should move. They made our movement really simple and worry free!!

This is the worst experience of my entire life. They were days late for the movement from my flat. They eventually showed with Ryder Trucks and 6 men to move out my stuff at 8:30pm on Friday 8/31/18. They inflated the magnitude of my hardly 1 bedroom flat furniture 449cf. I just had a double bed with alloy frame, chest of drawers, 3 drawer bedside table, desk, desk chair, side table, two bar stools, two rockers, two little wicker seats, 2 bicycles and boxes. Never before have I needed to eliminate all of my things out of my drawer, which just inflated the quantity required. I had been told that they would send by 10 days. Following 3 times of continuously calling, I had been given the motorist’s phone number. After the driver was postponed in Colorado, he didn’t bother to inform me. Instead he kept assuring five days. They didn’t arrive before the 9/19/18. Luckily , I worked my brand new construction manager to make sure that I wouldn’t be paid a surcharge for excess space. If they unpacked my furniture, my classic rocker’s floor support brace was destroyed, my brand new table cross member had been broken, and gouges were at front of my chest of drawers. As soon as I submitted my claim, they’d simply pay me $68 beneath the condition that I never submit any reviews that are negative.

I really could write a huge dissertation, however, I didnt. The point is, Sally and Southern van traces were excellent to use at the start, all telephone calls and emails were answered immediately. I’ve got a coffee table which I designed, constructed and completed, I have more than 50 hours spent in this job, and about $2,000 bucks. I packaged this dining table with transport blankets, also purple shrink wrap, so because you might surmise, it showed up ruined. I’ve known as Southern van lines 5 days, leaving messages, and emailed Sally 3 occasions using ZERO RESPONSE! I strongly recommend that you don’t use this business, I believe they’re devious and corrupt, even if they weren’t, my messages could have been replied!!!!!

He’s the worst moving business ever. They dropped my 3 things and it has been a month and nobody really knows where are those products. They also dropped couple things that doesn’t belong to me personally and that I will know what the proprietor of these items might be sense as nobody else contacted me personally to find those products.
Please do not ever use this firm to your own moving.

On day 1 I’ve updated you that I received two boxes that doesn’t belong to me personally. I’ve been asked that the version of the desk yesterday and that I sent one of the reception now.
Additionally, I’ve known 2 days to claims section and they never pick up on the telephone but that I left voice mail that was never reunite back in 1 month.
Their missing item claims are worst that goes together with weightreduction. I dropped thing for my own dining table legs and with no entire table is waste that will be 700 worth.

Rude employees, bad packaging, ran from packaging supplies (3 times) and needed to go to Home Depot to purchase more, revealed up 5 hours late and then complained that he had been tired of driving all night. Over $8,000 in damage such as dining room table, dining room arm chair, bar stool, monitor cracked and case dented, clothing packed in wardrobes with rusty hanger bars, no more image monitors or computer monitors, packaging team which had been hired walked off the task at 7pm since they had been so frustrated with Southern Van Lines, completed packaging at 1am by projecting the rest of household products in garbage bags to be loaded onto the truck. The moving blankets in the trucking firm were filthy and left a grim dust on the majority of our possessions. And the topper was that they charged me 40% more than I had been quoted. Each and every word of the review is 100% true!

I wish there was an option of 0 stars! Frankly, the 1 celebrity could be for Sally that we ordered the move with, along with the crew that arrived packed with my daughter’s little load to get a move to Washington D.C.. They had been the sole bright spot in the entire ordeal! We did our due diligence and assessed each of the reviews, known around for a variety of quotes, and opted to proceed with Southern Vanlines. They arrived on a Thursday morning. We had everything prepared and already in our own garage. Nearly all her things was boxes of clothing, books, and a few tiny furnishings such as her headboard and a single mattress. We had been advised it’d be an additional $750 within the quotation over the telephone. I agreed because I really had no other alternative. The arrival date was likely to be Saturday or Sunday. We drove up on Friday, waited around Saturday in her flat but actually did not anticipate it til Sunday. Sunday – still nothing and no reaction in office as it was shut. We began calling instantly Monday morning and no one could find the individual driving the van load up to react. Eventually by lunchtime I got in contact Sally again and she said the driver had broken down in North Carolina and had been awaiting a part. He’d get on the street Tuesday and delivery ought to be Wednesday. Wednesday – nothing, Thursday – nothing whatsoever. By this time they’re preventing our calls. My husband had to call on his mobile since they would not answer mine or my kid’s caller ID. My daughter is beginning a new job Monday morning and doesn’t have a work clothing, no mattress, nothing. We needed to buy an air mattress and linens and towels so that she can stay at her flat rather than having to spend more nights in a resort. I wound up changing my trip twice since I’d intended to remain to help her squirt, and that I had been stressing out over the transfer, beginning a new job, and with nothing! The van broke down AGAIN and the driver told me that somebody called Juan was picking up the load and also gave us Juan’s number. Juan stated her load was in the front part of the truck and wanted to perform another dropoffs first. Mainly because we had been being such a nuisance at the @ss, we convinced him to come right to us. They came at 8:30 on Saturday night (a week after the guaranteed arrival date) and needed to unload others’ possessions for to hers. Plastic tubs of different people’s material has been busted, a bin of somebody’s paperwork was scattered and open – it was dreadful. They did not complete the movement until 11:00 that evening. At least all my daughter’s things was sent along with just a picture frame along with also her headboard were broken beyond repair. I have seen all of the other glowing reviews and possibly ours was only a fluke, but desired to relate our expertise
