Upon asking service the agent was kind and considerate (the reason behind the 1 celebrity ). But once the team came they left me conscious of another quoted cost that wasn’t summarized at the start of the contract. I was worried but wanted the service, and so I jumped with the support. I had been billed a speed for 3 hours + overages despite the used movers speaking rather than using their time efficiently. One even used my toilet for a protracted quantity of time, sharing that his tummy hurt. This one specific mover also requested for things that he believed we were leaving behind for his private use.

The most shocking episode was if the chosen mover was helping with mover a hefty piece of furniture and walked off saying” I am 60 years old and I am not hurting myself”. Please notice security is your number one concern and he abandoned the rest movers in harm’s way when he chose to walk away throughout the lifting of their furniture.

These episodes were unacceptable and if shared with the firm (Robert) they credited me 50.00 after charging an extra 200.00 for time spent. After they left services we still were responsible for transferring two truckloads of Things which weren’t transferred due to the bad management of time. (The entire space of this transfer was complete of 7nminutes by automobile ride!)

This really is a dreadful companion from the Arrogant proprietor Robert into the incompetent man Jose that functions in the workplace! Scheduled my transfer one month ahead of time and they had been LATE informing me that all trucks were operating behind, and that threw off my whole day! As soon as I talked with the OWNER he’d no responsibility for the problem or the way it had been treated! I chased off at him when he had the audacity to tell me that he doesnt want to work with me since I just had a $500 movement!?! I needed to recruit a new firm in the 11th hour, with neyyer costs and quality may I add… DONE! The Better Business Bureau will love this business when am done! Disgusting company practices.

They were overdue and never called. I had been left waiting for them. I talked to them the evening before and the day of transfer. I am able to know things occurring but call? When I talked to the owner that he was even worst. The cost was quite high to start. I never got the job done and now have to greater someone else. I must say I was quite surprised by the proprietor. This isn’t a man you’d ever want to go to for a problem.he was worst then the motorists.
