My agent [NAME EDIT] didn’t respond to my own questions regarding the damages which were caused by clearly negligent management of my house. The refused to get me about my harm claim, return telephone calls or respond to emails after my transfer. They were fast however to react to my charge card company once I contested their fees on account of the damages. Obviously they have done this before and that really is their M.O.

I’ve moved several times in the past 20
Years using Sorensen Moving and Storage and have always had a fantastic experience until this final movement, that had been from TN to Florida in June 2015. The team did a fantastic job, showed up on time and completed all of the packaging and loading in 1 day.

My possessions were transferred into Sorensen’s”climate controlled” warehouse at Melbourne, FL.During the year that my things were in storage, so I once paid for warehouse accessibility to eliminate a few unboxed products. I found that there were a couple things in my crates which didn’t belong to me personally. So I advised the warehouse worker to eliminate these items because somebody will be searching for them.

Back in September 2016, they sent my possessions to my new residence. They also attempted to send someone else’s possessions, such as a couch, shoes, along with several other things, and that I denied them.

After unpacking, I realized I had been missing some items (jackets, clothing, a few tools, yard equipment, and a few small kitchen appliances), which I can only imagine were sent to somebody else. Found that many pieces of the furniture were filthy and/or damaged

Blankets stuck to the blot ). I took photographs of this harm, as did
The shipping team.

As soon as I informed Sorensen all of this, the claim chip sent me a claim form and explained that my claim could be processed in 30 days. I filed my claim, and they shipped
A furniture repair guy out to evaluate the damage. Without talking

Since That Time, I’ve called several
Times to attempt and learn the status of my claim. Originally, I had been

Then afterwards with the owner requesting help with my claim. I had been
Fearful that the”course” because of my lost items was growing chilly. A
Few months after, the dispatcher called and rudely said that
I had to stop calling and harassing them, and that should I”behaved”
He’d send me the compensation to the cleanup of my two couches,
And he’d fix two parts of furniture, and he would compensate
Me somehow for the missing things. He told me he’d have it
Off and settled his desk from the 15 of November. I’ve
Heard nothing since. This is mid December, and I still have not
Heard anything.

I discuss this expertise to warn others not to do business with this organization.

Beware of this insurance policy coverage! This firm is very deceitful, they indicated every bit of furniture I’ve as badly worn, scratched, or dented. Obviously all of my furniture isn’t damaged and a few bits were even brand new. Then use this as a justification to not honor your claim simply because (they say it was ruined before it was sent ) The sheet is each hard to see and also with the strain of shifting that I missed this and foolishly signed. I just had three items damaged (perhaps not a significant claim whatsoever ) and they flat out refused to do anything. They even forgot my safe in the home and needed to ship it through FedEx. When it came it had been seriously damaged. I called as soon as I got the package and they suggested they’d cover it. After the claim was filed they advised me FedEx would need to manage it. This is a really unethical firm! Its a shame. . Be cautious hiring them!!

Alright, so the movement was not perfect. The actual test of a business’s ideology is the way they treat you if something goes awry. We anticipated a litany of explanations, but rather we had been treated with the utmost esteem. Tiffany Coats, our signature at Sorensen, behaved just like the events had occurred to members of their own family. She proactively stayed connected (by telephone in addition to email) until each detail has been sorted out. She was very respectful and professional, and that she had been more than fair. Great resolution, provided in a really timely fashion, with an individual touch. Highly advised.

I’ve moved several timed and also to additional continentd and this needed to mattress the unprofessional business that needed to manage. . .they don’t keep their claims and could not even receive my delivery date straight. . .was like pulling teeth to find accurate info out of Sorenson logistics and management staff. . .to frequently they’d tell me they’d call with an upgrade and simply did not bother to do so. . .didn’t send my entire loafd..then couldn’t tell me if the remainder of my products were still coming. . .what a mistake that this was!!
Do yourself a favor and also utilize somebody else. . .NOT SORENSEN

I had been 110% happy with this moving business and might use them again They were instant and began to work once they came in tmy home.  There was a elevator for shipping and this didn’t cause them any issue.  The movers were operating the entire day and I didn’t even see them quit for lunch  they’re extremely clean and that I was really please with no occupation.

Sorensen was excellent to use and actually helped me understand the process of going into a different state.   I truly appreciated the attempts Sorensen designed to fulfill my time period.  Everything worked superbly for us.   Besides their aid, I can’t start to say enough great things about their team who moved our possessions.   Sal and Eddie were all amazing!    I haven’t seen two harder-working folks in my personal life.  They came early and worked before the project was complete.    Not only did they take care of our items, they helped facilitate my nerves and kept me calm through a really stressful time.   They were so respectful and kind to me and my kids.  In my view, they’re true assets into the Business!     Sal was so amazing at describing how things would operate and Eddie did an wonderful job packaging our items. I really don’t understand how I’d have done this with no assistance and guidance.   I guess that the most impressive portion of the movement was that they ended packing before schedule in Frankfort and unloading before schedule from Melbourne.   A number of our friends have moved and have experienced horrible experiences.   I am so happy our movement was really Simple and trouble-free.   Again, thank you Sorensen along with your moving team for everything you did for us.  If we ever move back, I know who I’ll call and urge.

These men were great came early loaded everything in record time. Rolled out carpeting over home carpeting, wrapped all, disassembled and built everything. Record time saved two hours away from the quted rate quite specialist, will refer everyone I know to them. Willie

This is the worst of all 6 corportate motions for our Loved Ones.   Before we even left our home in FL that the movers/packers stole cash from my children change jar so I needed to phone the police to file a record.   The packers handled our things like crap.   Matters were randomly thrown into boxes out of many rooms in the home (by Way of Example, toilet items blended in with garage things and things in the children rooms).   Matters Weren’t packed correctly so a Lot of the things are all broken.   The management of this Corporation will care less about the bad service.   When I reported the episode of the money being discharged they essentially called me a liar and did nothing about that.   Afterward, the driver has been still late because of our shipping since his truck broke down.   He threatened to transfer my things into storage since I was not available to get it delivered to the 4th of July if my truck was designed to get there around the 1st.   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.   The sales pitch Is Fantastic and they go on about their exceptional customer support and being”among the most respected businesses of this space shore”.   I really don’t see how it can be possible. It was a dreadful experience from packaging via delivery…

My experience proved to be a neighborhood move using just Sorenson, but we had been cleaning up a mess made by a different moving company.  The transfer included several places, draining storage components, sorting, organizing, re-storing or hauling boxes, and even furniture. . .It might have been utter insanity and quite bothersome, but the team delivered by Sorenson was on time, courteous, fantastic attitude, very professional and useful.  I really finished the day smiling rather than needing to tear my hair out.  I’d defnintely suggest this business, and I will definitely use them again.

Before this year my loved ones and I moved out of Melbourne FL. Into Tulsa OK. We contacted Allied and 4 additional comapnies to discover the perfect cost and the perfect firm. Younger gentlemen roughly 22-24 yrs old arrived at the home and has been VERY respectable. I enjoy the organization and picked them across the remainder (they weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive). We had put a date along with the date shifted 4-5 days with th firm from over reserving, that subsequently needed to shift my start date along with my new project 4-5 days (quite inconvieniant). Any the way if the movers arrived, it was a whirl wind of people who showed up to load and pack out my home. After all was done and said… I didn’t have any clue exactly what went where and if things were departing the ouse to become wealthy. They dd a last walk through once the house was vacant, and they then left just as quickly as they came.
Shipping turned into a nightmare. First Sorensen have the smart idea to divide my home hold great into two shipments. They were assumed to be in my home around the 2nd and showed up on the 5th with just 1 half of their dispatch. They didnt even tell me that they divide up the shipment until I predicted to findout where another half of my desk was and there that the other 293 boxes were. Thats if they explained that another half of my home was still in there warehouse!!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS PISSED!!! Soooo after all was done and said they sent my”over flow” of house hold products 3 WEEKS LATER. Our hand made European dining table has been broken together with the fitting cupboard, my brothers kitchen place ($550.00) had been SMASHED and numerous boxes and items (34 boxes and items ) never revealed. Soooo Maybe not the ideal move for me personally in my own life. I’m missing fishing rods, Bose head places, coffee maker, bag compartment and ruck sacks merely to list a couple of things… I’d NEVER recommend them to ANYONE at MELBOURNE FL. Or even the surounding areas. PATRICK AFB beware!!! Dont let’s take you enjoy that they shot me and my loved ones!!!
