I am happy I did not hear this review that complained about the corporation. They were on time and did all possible to make the transition an easy one. Soft touch transferred furniture out of a house for some consignor of mine. I have a resale & consignment store. I was rather impressed with Scott and his staff with not just how attentively they packed all of the up furniture for my own consignor but the way they needed extra special care to be certain what was delivered in excellent condition. I have only higher praise for Soft Touch Moving. The very first time that I used them, they had been known to me by a friend who stated they had been wonderful. We moved us out of a crowded four bedroom house to a temporary smaller house and 2 storage units. I could not think how they got a lot of furniture and boxes packaged snugly (but firmly ) to storage. The next go using Scott, Jose, and Mario was out of the house and the storage components into our new house. They came on time and so are very professional and really friendly. Instead, they take care to wrap the furniture, as well as the doors, to shield them, and in the two motions, nothing has ever been damaged at all. I would strongly recommend them to anybody searching for a dependable and extremely professional business!

Hired this business to assist us proceed. . .just wanted the guy energy maybe not the trucks.  They shifted the time many times.  Apparently because we had been angry about the time altering they took it on themselves to contract out the task to some other business without allowing us understand (they state they attempted by phoning us but never left a message or something ).  The men that did encounter (that we still thought were tender touch going ) were very nice and useful although the day following the movement we detected a dent at the refrigerator,  ” When we contacted Soft Touch Transferring they subsequently told us they contracted out the task to somebody else and they weren’t responsible.  And the men that did come outside and helped us go say that it wasn’t them it was us that dented the refrigerator.  1st time EVER utilizing movers and won’t utilize movers again.  Also wouldn’t advocate gentle touch moving into my worst enemy (although they did not transfer us).  Only an general shady business.

Never apologize for arriving late or for breaking my things just kept saying the legislation to me rather than saying sorry. I would suggest any other firm over this. No problems they imposed were solved. All I needed was an apology and a reasonable price for matters that they ruined but obtained neither. Owner increased voice saying that if each inspector that broke something needed to really replace it they would be out of business. Go with a larger more dependable business. – they also whined a BBQ grill that they new they needed to take because they cleaned off it especially to place in their truck.

TL/DR: came late without a telephone beforehand, broke pricey chair and provided very little to reconcile, forgot things to take with them and didn’t apologize for any preceding difficulties.

I moved into Soft Touch Moving for transferring services within the weekend. It had been the worst experience of my entire life!!! First off I had been overcharged, and once I toldThem that I did not have that much cash in my card and I would need to find the money from my previous home and receive the funds put on a card. She then said that she’d maintain her men there and keep the clock running before I return to cover. I advised her that I didn’t believe that this was fair and I would call her back together with payment. She then threatened to phone the police for theft of services. I explained to her again that I didn’t even have the money on me so there was not anything I could do at this moment, As I didn’t expect to get overcharged. She continued to be somewhat impolite and so I wrapped up in effort to visit my automobile go get the cash and telephone from the payment. But when I moved to my automobile, she’d remotely locked their truck so I couldn’t leave. I had been obstructed into my parking area. I needed to have my dad pay these fees on the telephone so as to also have the ability to leave my home. I didn’t need the authorities to appear to my new location. Following my Dad paid those fees, she unlocked their car or truck. As soon as I attempted to phone her to talk about the charges, she wouldn’t pick up the telephone.
