Horrible experience during global shipping through this organization. Signed contract means nothing to them! Barbie and rest of the staff are extremely unhelpful. Other reviewers have confronted similar dilemma as mine (non-refundable of fees at destination) therefore please take note. I’m forced to arrive at the conclusion that lots of the 5-star testimonials here are all fake. Upon calling FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), I had been told this firm has permit to send only inside the state of Florida.

My difficulty arose because of a charge in the destination interface:”Container Movement Charge” which Smooth Proceed Logistics has refused to cover.
