SML Self Storage & Moving Logistics

My movers were good. My only real disappointment was with all the info offered to them. I specifically stated I had a 20 foot container coming out of a shipyard. So that my movers didn’t have a lift together. It was because of their own safety. They had 3 to 4 ft off the ground to get things from this container. There were a couple of heavy things but they unloaded everything with no scrape. It took them more than expected however.

Transferring to Az in late August isn’t a fantastic idea. The heat and humidity was excruciating AND I transferred into an upstairs flat. The men that brought my things in from the truck needed no simple job but did an extremely good one. I understand they had been tapped out from the time they had been done but they stayed professional and considerate. I shall use SML later on and will refer them to everybody!

Please don’t be deceived with these reviews. SML is a country wide middle guy for neighborhood moving crews. The movers because of my job arrived with no method to transfer the appliances that I especially had moved. They had the tiniest dolly offered at Lowes and the tires had been flat. They’d no straps to transfer items on dolly or to carry moving blankets set up. It had been so awful, I needed to request them to quit.

Movers were designed to appear between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.. They showed up at 10:00 using explanation that traffic was not bad. Plan ahead? I had a consultation so could not be present throughout unload. My wife felt intimidated with the movers approaches. They have been asked to put household products in aisles together with heavy items on light and bottom at the top. Rather, they made one massive heap with a few heavy items on light and delicate objects. Complete workout 1 hour 14 minutes for 2 hours cover. This ceremony was advocated by Penske in which we leased the truck. We won’t use this service again. The only great thing was that they didn’t violate anything.

Not in Any Respect feasible to and from almost any metro city regions whereas truck road parking with movement is required

Quite professional movers showed up on time, took excellent care of my boxes and furniture. Perfect packaging of my lease truck, what stayed stable through a 1900 mile movement.

Moved my son into N.C. and hired SML for 2 individual / 2 hours of moving labour to help unload truck I’d leased from Penske (Notice SML is their urge moving aid firm ). Schedule time for birth of service has been 1:00-2:00 p.m. predicted before 1:00 to guarantee all was on tracked and obtained verification”yes… movers are going to be at position until 2:00″. 2:00 arrived no assistance, called again and was advised movers were postponed and also be approximately 30 mins. 2:30, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00 identical narrative. Every time that there was an explanation. Eventually after getting manager was advised 4:30 they’d be there. In 4:30″one man shows up”, next one 15 mins after. Fantastic men and they worked quickly (50 mins completed ). They advised me that they didn’t get the purchase until 3:30 that afternoon!!! SML stinks! Don’t recommend them! There reimbursement – We’re so sorry, 75$ reduction.

Good encounter with SML. Employed them to organize labour at Charleston SC to unload a moving truck using our family products.   Employees were on time, really helpful and quick.   Price was fair. Only had a little bit of a problem about the Last statement which SML cared for immediately without any fuss, really impressive.   Would definately use them again, and urge SML to other people.

Fantastic business and affordable pricing, match our funding flawlessly. Driver was kind, specialist and kept us advised of all overnight stops and places. SML also hauled a brand new automobile and it came in superb condition. Both labour crews at pickup and delivery places were quickly, hard working and professional. As a result of their hard work, our movement went fast, smooth and worry free. I strongly advocate SML and their labour crews.

SML created a complex transfer simple. I used the support on delivery conclusion. 2 men came and helped unload a vehicle I had packed and pushed out of a different town.  They employee hard and finished unloading in two hours.  I truly enjoyed their help.  1 employee explained (when I asked) they have paid minimum wage.  What I paid to get their aid has been WAY MORE THAN MINIMUM WAGE.  I don’t understand who got paid exactly what but I feel that the employees which assisted me ought to have been compensated much better than minimum wage.

Ralph Brown and his partner Kevin would be the finest movers we’ve ever needed. Unloading team – the firm known as days ahead to reschedule because too poor regional weather. Unloading team was equally as effective and effective.
Surely happy that I saw their advertisement on Penske’s web site. For your home filled with items to proceed, it was fantastic service for a great price.

I contracted with SML for 2 Guru Movers in Milwaukee to allow me to load my Penske Rental Truck.  They showed up without the gear and just a hand truck and a dolly.  They had no hand gear so that I needed to split down the beds, dressers, TV and other furniture myself.  They had a good deal of trouble properly loading the truck and repeatedly said the truck wouldn’t hold all of my furniture.  I eventually had to reveal the way to load the Last items on the truck.   I contracted for $379 of labour and obtained a last charge for $559 since they went way over on the moment.  Once I unloaded the truck at Fl, I discovered lots of those boxed marked brittle that was filled with the laborers upside down, along with different boxes loaded in addition to those.  It was a really poor experience and I wouldn’t ever recommend SML to anybody.

We registered a claim for damages but haven’t received a reply yet to determine if they’ll cover what they ruined.   I wouldn’t recommend this corporation. We had been told that they were professional movers that really isn’t true in any way.

SML did a fantastic job in getting me the info I wanted and did an excellent job in making the movement go simple.  I chose the Experts at pickup and employees at the shipping.  I had been quite happy with the employees at the shipping website.  They have been friendly and listened to my own requirements.  I was less satisfied with the pros in the pickup.  The lead guy was really educated and did a great job of dividing the job understanding how to load up the truck and took good care to be certain nothing could be ruined.  But he did not hear my requirements since the truck wouldn’t hold everything that I told him could happen and requested to make certain all the heavy furniture could be about the truck.  He said he understood the way to load up the truck with no aid.  After the truck has been over 2/3rds complete he still had not moved some of the heavy furniture.  He’d get the thick furniture on the truck however, due to not placing the heavy material on first the truck wasn’t used to power and that I had about 8-10percent of their truck underutilized.  But, I must provide the professionals best marks for understanding and great workmanship and the only real objections has been the very best expert not listening to my own knowledge. The next point was once the experts had to maneuver the agency from their bedroom it required them way so long since they did not hear my understanding that they need to take down the lighting fixture at the ajoining hallway.  After nearly 5 minutes that they did listen and also the agency was transferred quickly.  Overall I was quite satistified and might have given them a great in the event the experts had surfaced.  The employees in the other end understood just a few of moving keys however, worked faithfully and they have been friendly and gave it their Whole effort.

Movers were polite and honest. They worked continuously and efficiently. They understood the perfect method to unload and transfer up my furniture a elevator to the 10th floor. There was damage to your own couch. The Agency was fair and attracted the harm to my focus. I’d use this provider again. I hired them for 3 hours but only ended up with them for two hours.  Instead of merely leaving following the passing, they inquired if might assist with organizing the heavy furniture at the condominium.  They were quite professional.
