I moved from FL to PA, and just 2/6 bits of my furniture arrived. My boxes mainly got here, but had been beat to death as though they had been hauled down the street behind the truck. When he eventually came at 8pm one night with two hours’ notice and unloaded my items, he took two hours to build my bed before telling me that he had been missing the essential encouraging bits for it. He had also left most of my furniture in Miami, and ensured me that he would get it to me another week. After two weeks of waiting, I simply altered my furniture so I could get on with my life. As soon as I contacted HQ, they promised me that they had been connected with the driver and my items were actually on a truck and also in their way. However, it never got here. He never contacted me. The moving company never contacted me. And they were not apologetic about the huge screw up. Now I am dealing with promises, and somehow am just getting a total of 79 on over 500 pounds worth of lost furniture, despite extensive documentation. I have completed an interstate movement 3 days before this, and never had ANYTHING like that occur. Thought all movers were all going the same, and it was not a lot of hassle out of really doing the proceeding. However, here we are. What a nightmare.

That is a long because review of the’business’. Do your self a favor and STAY AWAY from it. Nothing but lies, erroneous expectations, poor habits, games and equally. My move together was on February of 2018, from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Irving, TX.

Supposedly’proprietor’ Moses will explain to you how attentive they’ll be and how nicely they look after your belongings, how valuable your possessions are on to them, how they just function with their OWN trucks, exactly how they’re professional and about the company to please clients, simply to dismiss your phone calls when all he explained becomes nothing but a BIG, FAT lie and your personal possessions have either been damaged, destroyed or misplaced and all he said is only a lot of fluff. … I can not believe this… I should have listened to some other testimonials… about 90 percent of my boxes have been ruined in ways I did not even believe possible, such as SIDES fully torn open. How Can You EVEN DO THAT?!?!?! …. Everything seemed like it moved through a storm. And I had been told I should not be using these boxes… They Are MOVING BOXES, that is what they are for, exactly what the f*ck?!?!?! … Missing the legs into my office desk, a glass leading on my floor lamp, and god knows everything. EVERYTHING has lumps on it. Workout gear had giant gashes from the delicate foam components, completely scraped my bike and coffee table.
ALSO, BEWARE! They’ll attempt to f*ck you over. I was not there if they picked up on my items, therefore EVERYTHING about the form had been indicated as”scraped” if they picked this up just so they do not need to be worried about doing it. Just what a sh*t a*s firm… I hope they all go to hell.

Don’t employ this firm. The worst experience I’ve ever experienced with a plumber. Actual price was double the price I had been quoted. Showed up Sat. At 7:00 AM with my things will just take money. Once I saw the harm I understand the reason why they would just take money.
Have struggled with the insurer they advocated now for half an hour. Needed to find paper after paper, reception following receipt 20 or more hours of effort to get all this together. Damage was $400 that I had been being exceptionally fair about. They would like to pay me $74.00. They dropped one of their dining room seats but they did eventually discover it. They broke off the leg of a different one that I compensated 259 for. My sofas were just two weeks old and they scuffed up the leather on a single.
This provider has been a train wreck. Hire anybody but Smart Van Lines.

This firm doesn’t honor their binding contract. This firm didn’t,select up on date said nor have delivered possessions on date said. They also have improved their prices beyond contract. Not just this but my children belongings still have not left FL when picked up on 2nd. How can you call yourselves a respectable comany? My children have moved into TX and still waiting!!! You require,to create this right.

The agency began professional with several promises to maintain dates of pickup and shipping in Nani an employee of the business. Afterward the pick up date using a time period of 11:00 — 1:00pm and now goes and comes without a telephone call. By 1:00pm until 9:00pm at night each effort goes un replied until about 9:30pm we eventually receive a response from Nani simply to be advised her boss isn’t answering her since it is a holiday weekend. It then require me an extra week after calling daily, which they’d send me to voice mail, and needing to phone from various numbers to make them take my calls on to receive my daughter her cash made of $150.00 without the assistance of Alex. This took two weeks simply to make them get on the telephone and give my daughter her extra money owed. This does not even to start to go over the missed dates of delivery which required around two weeks simply to get her belongs with dates mentioned and nobody would predict when the times and days passed for delivery. You may need to call daily simply to see whether they shifted the times of delivery. Smart Van Lines is quite unprofessional and misleading concerning the support they’ll supply you. If they say they will call it back requires you phoning them back to receive any replies. The workplace and dispatch not to work together, plus they have a bad method of pickup and delivery. I told them again that I’d asked the 5 day window, but by then I suppose that they did not care enough because they already had about 60 percent of my repayment. There were no apologies or sorrow in the team. The stuff came in the 6th day in 8am – 4 hours until I needed to take an essential job trip. The shipping man – although he had been considerate, was lonely and there so that it took longer to maneuver from the furniture and boxes. I had been quite close to missing my trip. The saving grace was that all my possessions reached with no harm. But because I’d packed my boxes myself, I would not comment on the management of boxes. The furniture attained with no harm.
Naturally, I haven’t heard from them ever since. I’d rate the customer support per 2.5/5, and also the communication in the team a 1/5.
