Smart Box

I dont have enough time to record all that went wrong, however I could NOT be more disappointed in that support. They:
-failed to send the storage container when consented.
-failed to phone 1/2 before delivery once they eventually delivered.
-failed to provide my possessions on the opposite end of transfer at agreed date despite two weeks advance notice. 1 week overdue shipping.
-failed to respond to telephone inquiries.
-even after obtaining the telephone number of”a part of top management”, I am still awaiting a return phone a month in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We’re quite skeptical about most of movers/pods, since you read so many reviews that are horrifying. But we are extremely happy we pick Smart Box. The sales associate was upfornt concerning the price tag, they sent the container when the stated they would, as it was time to pick this up, the driver waited an additional 30 minutes to come select up the container since we had been running a bit late, and they didn’t attempt and bill us anything  more than what our original cost was. The only thing we were not satisified with is that we practically had to wait for a few additional times to pick up our stuff since the corperate office didn’t facsimile our paperwork into the place where our container has been sent. However, the men who had been there made some telephone calls and obtained the information needed and we could pick up our stuff.  Due Smart Box!!!
