    Small Town Movers

We had an Exceptional adventure with Small Town Movers of Greenfield Mass.. They reacted to some last minute petition on a Saturday because somebody else had lost the ball in our previously scheduled movement.

Jai and Kevin of Small Town Movers were punctual and brought two extra helpers. All were courteous and friendly. These are seasoned skilled movers. Nothing was destroyed, and the prices were very fair.

I wouldn’t hesitate to work with this company again and would recommend them without illness.

Great moving company in Western Massachusetts!

This organization is amazing! I paid to get 3 individuals do the transfer, and they shipped five at no excess charge! They never took fractures, but worked right through in a really steady rate to have the business completed in a really timely way. They clearly aren’t out to gouge their clients, but instead to work hard to get a fair fee. I’d no damages plus they clearly understood how to package the truck nicely. I could not be more happy, and would highly recommend them!

    Horrible experience

This business was hired to maneuver our little office from Haydenville into Easthampton. They came 45 minutes late, at a rented truck, with a single handtruck. Luckily , we had a few dollies and trucks, because they would have been perfectly satisfied carrying a single box at a time down a very long corridor. Loading required a looooong period, even though they shipped six individuals –each one of whom wanted showers. They anticipated to be paid to the area, despite being advised that, as a company, we needed to take a test cut and it could be sent to them. This procedure included all six crowding to the workplace in a clear effort at intimidation. Despite being advised that they could be called while the test was accessible (three times ), two guys showed up unannounced in the workplace , again to become unpleasant and intimidating prior to the test has been passed to them. Quite unprofessional overall. There has had been the cheapest bid, but I still think the last figure came in considerably higher than anticipated.

    Did not show up

Who knows if that is a terrible business? All I know is that I had a horrible, dreadful experience. This expertise has cost me time and money. I hired Small Town Movers a week after performing an Online search.   It had been between two moving businesses. I picked them because they stated they can come Sunday whereas another one may just do it the next Tuesday. The agent on the telephone said that Sunday has been accessible. I explained precisely what I wanted done, describe all of the things I want to proceed, and said that you are greater. He advised me to be present in Sunday at 10 AM. He explained that according to what I stated I had three men at four weeks. I called back on Thursday to affirm. I advised him that I was also bringing in a washer and drier. He said he has been a have four men. I was all set. Waited in my home early in the afternoon. No matter movers. I predicted many times but just got an answering machine. Finally, at 6pm, I grew up.   This afternoon at 9 AM I still have not got a call back so I phoned them. The agent that I talked to stated I really don’t have any listing of a movement yesterday. I asked him when her recalls us speaking about it and he explained but we did not oppose. He stated they never proceed with no deposit. I advised him that he never asked for you. We had an arrangement and I think we were all put. He was mad I wasn’t happy but I’ve a walk-through in my home this morning and it’s being done one of boxes. I don’t suggest this firm. Should you use them, be certain you get everything in writing. Their telephone service is incredibly unprofessional.

    Dont go with them

My experience with this business was disappointing at best. Projected occasions weren’t accurate.  Assist was unprofessional and smelled of marijuana and alcohol upon birth in the afternoon.    Items moved were ruined in the procedure.  I had been requested to make payment out to some individual, not the firm.  Lousy experience.

    Moving

We used this business in Dec 2012 to get a transfer in a pinch because of a broken heating system, they were okay. We used them again Sept 2014 and they snapped a bit of fine artwork by loading it on the truck incorrect, they even showed us how it broke. They stated they’d have their insurer call us. We predicted after fourteen days of nothing and they did not reply. We called by a local number and they replied and yelled at my partner saying that it was our fault and that he wouldn’t offer the insurance policy advice. We had our attorney contact them and ends up since he has a felony on his record that he can’t get insurance. (which he explained that he had been lincenced, insured, and bonded both times I enquired for every movement ). He’s since removed his advertisements stating so. The two times we wrote the tests to Jai Streeter and both were cashed in our bank the following day. So I’ll be reporting him to the BBB, also carrying him to small claims court. I’m also considering reporting him to the IRS for tax fraud. This man lied to us the whole time and we thought him. We have to have deducted $1500 for its nice art till the insurer known as us, which might have been never. Our movement took 10 hrs since it had been an 100 degree afternoon and nobody ate so I felt so awful and even bought them pizza and tipped them. If you don’t mind having something broken then I suppose you can proceed with those men but why when you could have covered movers  and ones that truly know how to load a truck? Save your time, money and frustration for this man and his so called business.
