They were impolite during the telephone. The dispatcher indicated that I am lying to him when he did not understand the distinction between height, width, length. He then began lying to me. He offered me an exaggerated quotation, attempting to sell me on it if he did not know the true distance between put a and location b. Subsequently estimated much less time and attempted to pressure me into giving him my credit card number. I really don’t know whether they’re untrue but the man I spoke to on the telephone made it seem like a scam whilst still being disrespectful.

I had a horrible experience with those men since they billed my card without my consent. They explained that they won’t be charging me and once I got off the phone with them I see an email in the lender that they have charged me.

I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed with all the service I had been provided simply by Moving through my transfer in Crown Heights into Williamsburg (~20 minute drive). Throughout the transfer they were able to split and hurt approximately $600 worth of things. I dropped dwelling plants, had a whole planter of dirt dumped to a box which contained all of my books – that I still have dirt trapped between the pages.

After submitting a claim, I had been provided $85 – that is not sufficient to substitute one thing that has been broken and didn’t even meet the minimal refund I must have obtained depending on the formulation on their website and from the arrangement (covers $.60/pounds each item). In addition they snapped my TV out of the stand alone in a means that can’t be substituted but refused to cover outside and instead insisted they’d send a second stand (that isn’t feasible to attach).

As soon as I insisted that my situation be looked at back, that they simply stopped responding.

I’d hope that my expertise isn’t regular, but I won’t be advocating Only Moving to anybody.
