Quick pickup, really favorable, auto arrived at destination just as it had been when it had been picked up.  However, communication was bad.  Initially, we had been told that the car would be sent the following day.  As it started getting late and we’d discovered nothing, we predicted – and have been told it was likely to be yet another day prior to delivery….next afternoon, identical storyline – except after initially being advised it would arrive that day , we never heard another term and nobody returned our calls.  At length, the next day, following two messages, we attained the shipment and have been told it had been just an hour off.  This was authentic and the car came and the driver was really good.  Again, I suggest this company since they took good care of their vehicle – but that their communication was quite poor.  Simple updates could have removed any frustration.  No huge deal that there was only a two day delay from when he said that the car will be delivered – but the absence of communication in the modern market is actually unacceptable.
