If asked who had been the boss I had been educated by the mind of storage that there’s not any one over hiim because he proceeded to inform me”I am in West Palm Beach” once more incinuating that I am not really worth his time. I should have investigated this business in more detail. Really unbiased, bad customer support. After I shut my new house and get my items from storage I won’t ever use this company again nor will I consult with them to anybody. Worst movers I’ve ever employed. They ruined many things in the time of pickup. Place holes in the walls fo the house I was departing and even more openings in my brand-new custom built house. Scratched flooring, railings, broke furnityre a I had the mill stolen from a freezer that they were saving for me. They refused to call me back after calling everyday for 2 weeks. They wont mend my walls of my furniture. They billed me $2000 for transferring my things into my home then asked for a hint bc they said that they dont earn enough money. They had been the top charging movers using the cheapest estimate. They’re crooks and they have been slow and quite dishonest and they swore like sailors even with my children around.

I proceeded to November 11th in Novi into Northville, MI in a space of less than five kilometers. We wre downsizing thus shifting out of a 5 bedroom home into 3 bedroom. We’re leaving behind several large products. 
My whine is about the proprietor Jim who lacks people skills and honesty. Entirely denied that which was concurred and threatened to phone the movers back one hour to the wrap and loading. Very bad customer support, they ruined our furniture. They were quite quickly to react to earnings and quite late to deliver, customer support is outside of a mobile phone, so if the woman is avilable she will reply if she’s packaging she will not reply.   Attempt to phone and you constantly have to leave a voice email.   Our furniture have been ruined and also our refigirator was plastic and dented components broken.   Additionally things were lost.   Very very terrible experience. Worst care experience of my entire life. Business was incredibly egregious, they revealed 2.5 hours late and did not predict (I needed to phone them). Employees were so lazy and rude.  After 1.5 hours of arriving at my residence, NOTHING was filled onto the truck.  They had been in the cellar’wrap’ a single TV stand.  At this time, we phoned the manager and stated we weren’t paying for this dreadful, unprofessional, slow support.   The manager came over and left the workers go somewhat quicker.  The manager told me”if you all help, it might go faster.” We clearly hired a moving business because we did not need to take action ourselves.  Things were ruined, walls were destroyed and my spouse needed to unload the whole truck with among the employees.  Another employee sat on the vehicle and pushed things to the finish.  Do not be deceived by the reduced hourly fee, it is not worth your tears, sweat and anxiety.  Plus they nevertheless up-charge you for all so it ends up costing exactly what a’professional’ firm will change.  DO NOT USE. The team in Silverback Moving provides contradictory and misleading information regarding their business policies and practices. This business should not even be in company. Stay far away from this business!

This is nearly the worst business you’d retain. The organization had concealed prices. When registered complaint, it did not respond to mails. Matter of fact, Better Business Bureau of Detroit & Eastern Michigan decided twice that”that the organization’s response doesn’t satisfactorily address each of the problems or make a fantastic faith attempt to resolve the dispute.” The crews were slow, ineffective and ill-equipped. Employ this business at your own risk.

Salesman whined about charges and fees, job wasn’t completed, fees were shifted on contract, closing bill was over three times the anticipated sum, once I attempted to contact salesman to dispute that which he’d lent me, he wasn’t to be discovered.  Nobody would speak to me throughout the move once I contested the activities and penalties connected with the movement, before the movers had packed up and abandoned.  Afterward the guy I talked to had nothing to say, except that the salesman was only trying to make me joyful.  I’m not happy and’m pursuing any route to proceed after this corporation.

The men who did the real movement were great but you’ll pay far more than you anticipated.

They quote you a cost and provide a discount for money which you don’t ever get. My furniture has been ruined. The person that they sent out to fix the harm felt he couldn’t do one of the bits in a decent way. The guy he refered the occupation to; no revealed. He said he could not get a clear answer from Jim regarding who had been paying for his services. I had been expected to permit the first gentleman; that at least did set the bed back together properly; they’d abandoned bits laying on the ground. He no longer revealed.
So nearly 3 months afterwards; the very top of my brand-new dresser resembles a person slid it down the driveway onto it is top. The proprietor; a young blonde man; is very rude when managing complaints. When I threatened to input a Better Business Bureau Complaint; after waiting for two or more weeks to get a fix; he basically told me that the BBB does not imply s***. He’s repulsive and likely some rich guy’s child.
His firm has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau Site. Don’t employ this business under any conditions. I’ve had transfers in which my furniture has been severly damaged. In 1 instance the truck appeared on the road from Dallas to Tulsa. My claim was treated immediately and to my pride and politely. This young guy deserves to neglect along with the caliber of F.

I must know better than to do things without assessing google.   When I had I Wouldn’t have used this business and that I compensated for it.   Added prices on the contract once they came.   I had been told no charge for next stop, on contract was a $75 fee, they all had space for at the truck in the next end was a bedroom set.   Both men who did the actual movement were fantastic, Jason and David, but the girl that I dealt with on the telephone was dreadful.   She Wouldn’t accommodate me in anyway.   They were assumed to be in my location between 930 and 11 in 1115 I phoned them and was told they’d contact th team and receive an ETA.   Next call was an hour later with an ETA of 430 or 5, if I was angry I was told that I am so glad you know and are wiling to work together with us.   She told me that the previous choice up was more than they had been led to think.   In 445 the team calls and inform me that they need to go pickup the contract, even if they were only late that they wou;d have experienced the contract. So she whined.   After the crew came I phoned and talked to her and asked a 20% reduction for the postponed arrival she’d hear nothing of it, she left it out to be that I had been stealing from the team.   We finished unloading at our new home at 3 pm and that I found out these guys were operating because 730 a.m. also that the team for my job didn’t Appear for work, and that they might have provided me something else first thing in the afternoon.   The job Wasn’t completed but I Can’t make another rush at 3 a.m.   I did not believe to talk to the girl about Another rush in the afternoon to finish the task for no Excess charge Aside from the second load fee along with the hourly fee.   We needed to inflict family and friends to assist us on Sat with a uhaul to finish the job.   This girl was horrible, rude ultimately and had no understanding of customer services.   Do not us this provider.

This last weekend I transferred out of Clarkston to Pontiac.  I had the worst customer service of my own life. Or even if you wish to call it that.  I used this business annually but it had been an outstanding experience.  It was awful in each and every way! The drivers showed up and hour early, so that I wasn’t completed packing.  They have been exceptionally slow.  As soon as I moved this past year it had been 3 1/2 hours.  This past year it took more than 6 hours!  They ruined multiple items and then tried to deny it.  And the worst thing of all was among the movers termed mark was exceptionally rude and condescending. He always blamed another worked for his errors and harm. And kept saying rude and uncalled for remarks.  As soon as I contacted the owner that he had been completely unapologetic and stated it was simply because I had been in a terrible mood and worried.  He never did anything else to address the problems and also at one stage wrapped up on me ever though I had raised my voice or never murdered at him.  I’d recommend never ever using this corporation.  Worst movers ever!  When I contacted the firm now to produce an official complaint on the motorist, the proprietor placed me on hold, and then wrapped up and never returned my phone.

Our movement was just 1.8 miles.   The movers arrived in and 1 requested to use the bathroom 15 minutes after beginning.   Then he asked to get a plunger (difficult to believe, but true).   Following the transfer, the truck has been stuck (broken down) in my driveway blocking my car in the garage immediately and Wasn’t eliminated until approximately 10 am the next morning.   I was ensured it would be transferred before I awakened the following morning and it was not.   I had been late to work….it was a tragedy!   Futhermore, there was hurt from the movement on the Brand-new living room furniture.   We experienced the movers shoot photos to publish and we also sent photos in.   I’ve called a few times and have needed to either leave a message with no call back or talked to somebody who shot down the info and then never known again. Our movement has been at the end of June and we’ve still not solved the problem of the harm. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!

I must have asked them to depart once I noticed things falling over in the vehicle. They abandoned my furniture greatly gouged, torn, broken and dented, and also the walls marked and dented. (??) I gave them the $1135 quote out of Bix furniture repair business, and they provided $50, then $100, then stop taking my calls. Silverback movers shouldn’t be in company.  I phoned them after studying a couple of great reviews on the internet. Following my exerience together, I’d more digging, and also the reviews I’d read was composed by famiy members, a few perhaps not even trying to conceal their titles.
