Silver Van Lines and Storage

Horrid support: overlooked pickup and delivery date windows; pickup company came without pads; costs obtained jacked up across the way; telephone calls moved either unanswered or gave incorrect advice; walls obtained dinged; furniture obtained broken; after FINALLY delivered, no calls or emails back about each of the issues, so cannot record the insurance coverage because of broken furniture and additional charges; BBB maintain registered, but firm would not respond. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. GROUP!!!!!

Among the most worst worst worst worst encounter had with Silver Van Lines. The motorist (Alex) who arrived to send the material, he simply dropped all of the bag at parking lot and that he just left and once I see the majority of the things got ruined. He was suppose to unwrap the items and wants to construct all of the furniture in accordance with the contract. They talked well before we make a determination, after we signed up even they don’t bother to reply calls.I whined to the Silver Van lines and they stated they will phone in 1 hour to solve the problem, am only waiting for the answer. Do not ever select this moving business and don’t trust them, one of the worst encounter together. You can check on connected images
