We can’t stress enough that you shouldn’t use this business for a little move. I can’t talk toward big distributions, but I do not envision their customer support or communication could be any better. For your own sanity, then go to somebody else to your transport requirements.

After the shipment was eventually picked up, it sat in a warehouse for more than a month until they called me to inform me that the cost was now $2,800. I cried , he went off to get a couple of minutes, came back & said we’d added some things to the first shipment and also the best that he could do was $2,399. They already had my merchandise & my charge card, so I consented. This was on September 24th, it’s currently October 6th. Not only have my merchandise not been sent, they can not even inform me where they’re!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They’re SCAMMERS.

This last month I sent many antiques household heirlooms} for my son and daughter in law in VA. to their new residence. Movers came 4 hours late! I were given a window of up to 2p to your pickup and that it would require an estimated 1 hour to pickup and load up the truck. I phoned in the morning several times merely to make sure this time table was more true. I called numerous times that the front desk woman answering the telephone knew that it had been me when I requested to double check since I NEEDED to return at the office later for an important interview. The movers didn’t arrive before 4:20pm and that I then missed a significant meeting I had to be in to prepare job for my transfer.
And of course, although the pickup had been happening a few bowls and plates were lost and broke. But hey- that I brushed off that since if this was all that was likely to split I might swallow going beyond a few flatware items.

You will be blessed if you receive your items per month following the date that they provide you and whenever you do receive your items they will most probably be damaged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Look out for Mike particularly, he’s the most unethical sales rep I’ve ever handled.

At this time we’d suggest submitting a claim with your insurance. I am going to have the claim directions forwarded to you straight away.” A day after I got another email with extended instructions on which I needed to perform for an insurance coverage such as the following:”we shall call for tagged photographs of the damaged items and fix quotes to be filed directly” to them. How can I envision missing shelves? I don’t have any clue where to get an antique restoration business that is going to give me a quote to fabricate duplicate shelves. I’d rate this business a zero out of five. They promise everything, deliver very little, maybe nothing. I’ve been waiting 3 months to receive my cargo delivered, and I don’t know if or if they are going to ever do this. They told me I’d have 2 packers,they sent you, they stated they’d have a palette to my grandma’s glass cabinet, however they didn’t bring you, they then said they’d take action in the warehouse. Imagine in case it brakes on the drive from Kings Mountain,NC to Charlotte, NC? They can care less it’d see. They stated my shipment would arrive at the Arabian Nights port July 4, but it came the 12th or afterwards seemingly. They say it’s further than they believed to send it in the vent to my home (I paid $1900 for this, they didn’t state the cost may change at their whim and cost more). Now I must cover $541.27 or else they won’t discharge my dead parent’s possessions I have inherited, together with all of the precious and precious memories which go together. I understand what goes around comes around, and I guess that’s some comfort, however I really do find their remedy of the possessions very disrespectful in lots of ways.
